This is the best place to get a haircut and beard trim. They are so accommodating, professional, and are second to none. They have also made getting services done during the pandemic as smooth a transition as possible. I will go no where else. In fact, last time I did go somewhere else, they messed my hair up so bad that I ended up at the mens room to get it fixed. That was my first visit, and the rest is history.

I have had pretty good haircuts here.

Wonderful experience, very polite, knowledgeable and professional. They trimmed up my beard, then straight razor shaved the lines to look great. The peppermint scented warm towels are a very nice touch. My only gripe is that they charged $22.50 for a haircut which Im pretty much bald and it takes 2 seconds to take a trimmer to it

Asked for a certain hairstyle and got something completely not what I asked for. Cut my hair really short when I asked to keep it long, and it is the same length throughout my head when i asked for a taper. Not the first time either.

This place used to be the best haircut in Rochester. Unfortunately they traded great service and quality for quantity and how many haircuts they can get done in as little time as possible. I have no problem paying $50 or 60 dollars for a haircut, but not when its done in 20 minutes and the same quality as supercuts. Ive given them more chances than i should have but I will never be back. Now looking for somewhere new where the extra dollar means something.

Good luck finding better service and a better hair cut. I love going here as they can always get me in for a cut. From walking in to walking out the entire experience is top notch. The barbers there are excellent and always friendly. Its worth the extra $ occasionally over your typical $20 hair cut.

I surprised my husband with an appointment here as a gift to have his beard trimmed/shaped and then cleaned up around the edges with a straight razor and he loved it. I booked it with their beard “master” and she did a fabulous job! He refuses to go anywhere else now. They also offer a beer and wine selection and a nice seating area when you’re waiting for the appointment. Highly recommend!

Always a great haircut. The staff here are all highly skilled and masters of their craft. A little more expensive for a mens cut, but you definitely get what you pay for here. They also offer straight razor shaves and a lot of other services. Definitely worth checking out.

I have been going here for years. Andrea is the best there is and she is the only reason I go there. I love the environment and getting the extraordinary haircut. I had brain surgery years ago and I like to get it cut short. She does it perfectly so you cant she the scar. I love this place. I recommend it to all my guy friends.

I specifically requested a classic “vintage” haircut for my son. The holidays were in sight and I wanted my teenage son with beautiful thick dark hair to look presentable. What does the stylist do? She completely buzzed his hair with clippers. What made it worse was that his sideburns were not blended evenly. I thought I was going to cry. I will never step foot in this place again. I wish the Rooster never closed. I don’t know where to go to get a decent haircut in this area. I would give a zero rating if I could.

The men’s room is consistently excellent! I’ve been coming here for 4 years and they cut hair better than any place else I’ve been. Also, the people are super friendly and the music selection is always fire. You also get a free beer while you’re waiting for your stylist.

Called ahead and they found a spot for me ... great customer service with a smile when walking in ... was offered a beverage. My stylist was nice, friendly and not too talkative and very talented. This is a full service male only salon and I have never been disappointed. Always look forward to my next visit.

Arguably the nicest barbershop Ive been to. Relaxed atmosphere, upscale service and a variety of offerings to make it quite appealing. Though I would expect a better result, Ive been here twice and my the experience was great, the haircuts were not.

Definitely work the money. The staff is extremely helpful and will answer questions and provide advice. I love getting a drink with my haircut. This is the only place I will get a haircut from now on.

Went in not knowing anything about Mens hair salons. Hair cut included a beer, brief head/neck massage, hot towel, straight razor, face massage with lotion, wash, style. It was awesome! I would recommend this to treat yourself to a nice haircut with many perks!

Made an appointment on short notice for a post-long-vacation beard trim & cut. I was a bit concerned when they said Id have an apprentice but my hair grows fast I thought, why not? Summer was beyond excellent. Tremendous attention to detail and precision. A better haircut than ones Ive paid double their prices for.When you get an apprentice cut here they have someone look it over, and all she added was showing Summer another way to trim mustache. I was happy with it before that, but it was amazing after. Thanks Summer, Ill definately be back!

I find it interesting that this place is named after the bathroom. The decor is nice. The place is simply expensive. I got a $45 manicure, that wasnt any better than what I can get cheaper from the mall.

The mens room is supposed to be a high class place that caters to men . They did a poor job on my haircut and never offered to fix it and didnt offer a refund. I feel this is very poor customer service . I will not be returning or will be recommending anyone to use this salon .

I found this place when I was looking for straight razor supplies. I was considering purchasing a straight razor so I decided to get a shave with one first. I made an appointment and had Danielle as my Barber. You get a steamed towel, pre-shave oil, and a fantastic shave. She is very good. Ive continued to go back and have become a regular customer. I now see Danielle, Stephany and Katie on a regular basis. The staff at the front desk are wonderful and Ive on occasion had appointments with the other staff. All of whom Ive had good experiences with.
