The employees was friendly, intelligent, that was my first time in shop they treated me like they have known me for a long time. Very nice customer service. I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend others people to visit.

Customer service overall was below average. The owner told me the price for my services were now $35 instead of $33, but charged me $36 dollars on my card. The polish looks ok but definitely not a professional grade job. I’m pretty surprised as this is the first time I’ve had this issue here. You would think after not having business due to global circumstances people would provide outstanding service??

I’ve come here multiple times and the quality of manicure/pedicure is very hit or miss. So much so that I’ve decided to look for a new salon. What’s frustrating is I’ve been paired with the owner multiple times and her work is by far the worst. It’s as almost if she doesn’t take pride in her work. I tried the dip manicure today and my nails look like I did them. Cuticles still present, area surrounding nails not groomed and paint all over. If you do decide to come be sure to get Maria or Julianna to take care of you.I do not recommend coming here.Calling to make an appointment is purposeless as there is a wait regardless. You don’t make an appointment and come with another person they get annoyed you didn’t call. Very strange way of doing business.

I went to get a fill in and a color change the nail polish ended up looking out dated and she put some type of stinky oil on my hands not the good smelling oil Im use too I spent $30 and have to go get it redone by someone else it hasnt even been two days smh

Would recommend for quick touch up(color change or nail fix), but definitely do not recommend to get nails or feet done. This place is very unsanitary, they do not clean the tools they use for your nails or feet Ive seen with my two eyes. They spray the tools and wipe them and then go use on the next person

The lady who did my nails made me feel very comfortable and listened to what i wanted. Everyone there was so nice and she did a great job!!

Love this place! Have been going here for a year or 2 now and won’t go anywhere else. Sandy and Cherry are very friendly. Reasonable prices and best paraffin pedicures ever! Even my 5 yr old daughter loves it here, Definitely 5 stars.

My friend and I were traveling from out of town and needed a pedi and this place was the absolute best. The paraffin treatment is the added bonus aside from the staff. I could not get the young technicians name that did my pedicure but she did not rush one bit and was extra attentive. Also, their exfoliate smelled super good. If I lived in RVA this would def be my spot.

The technicians are friendly and efficient. You must try the paraffin treatment when getting a mani pedi. They also have their own exfoliant which they use during a mani pedi and is for sale.
