I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had an awful experience. I explained to two different people and even showed pictures of what a French manicure is but they both messed up despite assuring me that they knew what they were doing. The first one tried and failed and the second said she would fix it. The two looked like trainees and ended up giving me badly shaped and clumsily polished nails for both pedicure and manicure. I paid $91 but that cannot be compared with the time I wasted.Celebrity Nails staff, if you dont know how to do something, let the client know before you start and release them to go elsewhere but its both unprofessional and very rude to do trial and error with a clients nails.Absolutely disappointed!!

Best pedicure ive ever had! The owner gives a great massage and is super funny. Plus my nails look amazing! I cant wait to go back.

6/19/21 Updated: Took my mom back to the salon to get her nails done. The same young man did them but guy who runs that place needs a class in customer service or just common decency. He was rude and disrespectful. Im not the confrontational type, but the way he treated me and my elderly mother, could not go without something being said. Just because people are elderly doesnt mean they dont matter or have feelings😤 so I told him that I hope that when he gets to be her age, someone treats him kinder than he just treated her!! WE will not be going back!!Previous review: Took my mom to get a Mani/Pedi.. So I got one to.. The person who worked on her was awesome!! The one who did my pedicure was awful.

I had a terrible experience here. They cut my finger and made me bleed several times. They put on several of the nails crooked. When I took the nails off my nails were awful underneath. They were so thin and weak. A couple of my natural nails had HOLES in them. Like down to the flesh had holes from the acrylics. It’s been 4 months and my nails still aren’t healed from going there. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I think the workers are very professional. I like the was they administer my pedicures. My toes always look good.

During a search for a “new” salon, I stumbled across this location. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try. That was the best decision EVER! The staff is AMAZING & treat you as if you’re family. I would recommend calling in advance for availability due to the steady flow of business.

I had the best pedicure. While seated in a chair that massaged my head, shoulders and back down to my tailbone. At the same time my beauty expert massaged my feet, shins and calves with oil then hot stones. You have to ask for the stones! The she picked out a color that was almost an exact match for the gel polish on my fingernails. Awesome job with the gel nails as usual, but the pedicure took the cake! Cant wait to get another one...will be my special treat to myself often.

I CANNOT PRAISE THIS SALON ENOUGH! I was on a business trip, traveling through Richmond, googled and found this nail salon. Thank God! They took care of me right away, did a FANTASTIC job on my nails, got it done fast, and I was back on the road in no time at all! THANK YOU for making my day!

They are always professional and courteous. All services are preformed with the utmost quality and attention to detail. I often walk in without an appointment and I am always serviced in a timely manner. Love this place!

I have been a client for over 15 years and I have been totally pleased with all of the nail technicians that work there. I have issues with my nails and they really take care of me. Nancy, Lilly and Angel are my go to technicians.

I visited this location Friday. Spent $112 getting a gel set. Its Tuesday. I have one nail left on my hands. Nine have come off. Disappointed is not the word. The man spent the whole time telling me how they were the best. That all other places were not as good as them. Im a single mom who never gets to treat herself. I wasted my money and will never return, nor do I suggest anyone else visits!

The place was very nice. My nail artist did exactly what I asked for. I had a good experience. Everyone was very professional and pleasant.
