So I googled linen rentals because my sis is giving her husband a surprise bday in a couple of weeks and I found this rental place. It stated that it was open and closes at four so I said let me call to confirm that they were open because sometimes it can mis guide you with them being open. So I called and I asked The gentleman where is they open and he said no so I stated oh I’m sorry it said that you guys were open until four today. The gentleman went to say I don’t have to be open and I said excuse me and he said I don’t have to be open I’m booked until June 13. Wow like I know he’s already booked that’s why he’s not open how rude can you be so early in the morning. Please go to schooling of customer service.

I’ve been renting with Robinhood for years now. Always being greeted with smiles from Carlos and Charles. They offer great customer service and amazing pricing!This weekend I had an event emergency and Gary went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with my client’s needs. Honestly the party was a success thanks to him and his set up crew!! As an event planner having a company you can trust is sooo important. They have a customer for life ❤️

My wife and I rented chairs and tables from RobinHood for a family party we had at our house and it was definitely worth it. The price was affordable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m glad we found this place. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

I cannot say enough praise for this company. From the moment I called them and spoke to Carlos, the whole team was at my service. I had a lovely rehearsal dinner at my home and they added to the ambience in every way with their wide variety of options, ie tables, chairs, dishes, and linens. Everything they promised, they delivered and than some. Each time I phoned, speaking to the other employees and owner as well, I was greeted with courtesy and kindness. This place is wonderful. I needed a big tent, six tables and 50 chairs for a Wake. With less than twelve hour notice. I received a great deal, and professional service. They showed up on time set up everything. The service was so wonderful that I would be wrong not to give them an excellent rating.Also they did change me because I was in Dade county. :)

I have been renting from this company since 2003. The first order I placed with them was for my sisters first communion in 2003. She is now 23 year old. I say all of that to specify I have used their services and sent many customers to them for years. Although my career is as a teacher, but I plan events on the side. I have an event this weekend, that I placed an order for which we prepaid for. Carlos specified the easel would be painted and we can pick it up as early as Friday. On Friday we go to pick up the order and was asked to return because it was not painted and they could not locate the linens. My husband returned today only for them to load his car with the wrong easel. I called the store to rectify the problem, the woman who answered me indicated that AS THE CUSTOMER IT WAS OUR JOB TO INDICATE WE WANTED THE PAINTED EASEL. You mean to tell me I must do your job for you despite the money I paid? That is absurd! My negative feelings is not only about cost, because the price was reasonable but its the principle of it all. I am done with this company and will for sure not recommend them to anyone.
