Love this place. Besides the fact that they are friendly, clean, and have fair prices, my nails have never looked better. Anthony is my go-to. I can literally show him a photo of a nail color or design I want and he’ll do it flawlessly. I’ve attached photos of two different times I’ve been there. Every where I go I get compliments.

Very clean and they have dividers between pedicure bowls, wear masks. Lots of services to choose from, and they take reservations. I love my toes!

Very clean, festive salon staffed by cheerful, dedicated professionals who do a good manicure & pedicure.

All the staff were wearing masks and they did place a barrier between myself and the customer closest to me. I did not feel unsafe and it was clean inside. My pedicure was nice but one toe was cut a little too close to the cuticle

Have been here many times for acrylics. The manicurists were always super nice and always did a thorough job. I broke a nail and I went back and they fixed it for free! Excellent service. 10/10.

Ive been here quite a few times, Im definitely not a regular, but this is the shop I go to when I decide to get my nails done. I like Tina. Shes thorough, she does a good job, she puts in work, and she always makes my feet look new. This time I got Lani, and I was really disappointed. She barely did the basics of trimming cuticles and just getting all the dead skin off. I came home and had to get some places that she didnt. Not to mention she hurt me trying to pull a nail back, which was odd because I dont think it was necessary. The paint job was also kind of sloppy. Definitely will not use her again. Other than that its a great salon.

This was my first mani pedi here. The staff was unwelcoming. I spent almost $60 including tip. The quality is terrible, 3 of my nails were ruined as soon as I left the chair... they fixed one.. the girl got up and left me sitting there the guy was supposed to put the top coat on the nail that got ruined... I sat under the dryer for 20 minutes and 3 nails still got messed up.

This place has the potential to be Great but every single time I’ve been there over the past 2 months i have never been serviced right away! If the shop was busy that would be understandable and i would have no problem waiting. For example today i go in to get a full set of Gel nails i am told that i would be a 10 min wait! So i look around everyone is sitting around relaxing only one customer in the shop so my response was i don’t understand why is there a wait and no one is in here! How do you run a business and only have two people that can do Gel nails and they are NEVER at the shop!!! My suggestion if you go here is to definitely set an appointment and maybe you will get your nails done!

Best salon experience I’ve ever had!!! Wish I had gone to this place sooner! I got a full set with dipping powder. They did such an amazing job exactly what I asked for. I’m introverted so it’s hard for me to say what I want, but they made me feel so comfortable. Definitely going back!

Fine for fills or regular manicures and whatever, but dont ask for stiletto nails. They dont know how to shape them. My nails are all sorts of funky lengths, theyre all shaped differently, some are crooked and round and some are sharp. Plus she cut my real nails when I asked her not to. Im literally going to have to fix my own nails and it cost me $55 to get these done. And since Im not a scoundrel, I still gave a $5 tip (normally I would have given closer to $15). But really, the work done is not done correctly and wasnt worth $60.Edit: I called to have my worst nail redone. The fact theyre willing to fix at least one of my nails for free is super wonderful. I appreciate that theyre willing to fix issues if any should arise.Edit #2: All they did to fix it was file it into a better shape, despite me asking for a redo and booking an actual appointment. Now its shorter than my other nails and the polish is rough on the edges. Seriously? I could have done that myself. Not going back to this salon.

I was reading through reviews and thought I would give this shop a try, I was extremely pleased I got a awesome pedicure and powder gel nails for the 1st time and am very satisfied. Staff worked well together and I was catered to. I ‘ll se you guys in two weeks!

They charged too much for an OVERLAY/gel polish and a pedicure. My paint job was sloppy which had to be corrected. Nice location though. Ask price before they do your nails!

This is the best nail salon and spa around! They are THOROUGH. No rush jobs here. I go here regularly and they are consistent. I get manicures and pedis and their pedis rock. Love the hot stones they use for pedis. They really take their time. I love that it is a quiet atmosphere. The women who work there are not constantly talking or making noise, so you can really relax.

Theyre just ok. Im finding it very hard to find a good nail salon in Richmond and surrounding areas. I originally started going to them because they can do chrome nails well. However while attempting to remove the gel polish off of one of my toes, one of the girls used the machine too close to my nail which made it black and blue. Took 4 months for my nail to get its healthy color back. They dont know how to remove gel polish safely. Needless to say I stopped going

My first time here wasnt pleasant at all...i was the only person of color in the whole place (besides the people working) and had three or so white women come in after me and they were all serviced before I was... I was left sitting last in the waiting area and felt very uncomfortable. I came with my half sister (White) and she was almost done before I even got sat.Very expensive and one of my nails popped off after a week and a half. I payed $50 and will NEVER go back. I went back to my home nail shop Nail 2K .

This was one of the worst nail places I have ever been to in my life. the service was horrible. the manicurist are inexperienced and rude. I had to tell the girl to re do my nails twice because she kept messing them up. dont waste your time or money!
