First time at this location. What a wonderful experience!Riley was my stylist. I know my hair is difficult to cut, but she exceeded my expectations! Jessica, the manager, was extremely polite, and she helped me through the check-in process.I havent been to a Sports Clips in a very long time. Highly recommend. Will definitely be returning.

What an amazing stylist that we had! We needed to have my sons hair freshened up while we were on vacation. I’m a hairdresser and have been the only one to cut his hair, we were a little nervous but our stylist did amazing!!!! She was very professional from the time we walked in until we walked out. I hate that I didn’t catch her name! Her cut was on point and she worked very well with my son. She was the 2nd to last chair on the right.I do wish that I could say the same about one of the other stylists that was there. She was rude and looked annoyed to be doing her “job”. Her hair was a mess and didn’t look very nor did she act professional. She had her client waiting on her for 15 minutes before she made contact with them. The last time I checked us stylists have work because of our clients so we wait on them it shouldn’t be the other way around.

I was on vacation and needed a haircut. I reserved a slot easily online and they were right on time. Although it was my first time in her chair, Jessica did an excellent job and was a pleasure to speak with and get to know. She was very careful and fully followed all Covid protocols safely. Bad customer service, i came in at 6:15 pm and there were 4 people waiting. it would be all good if they told me they stopped taking customer, but no one come and say anything and let me stood in front of the check in desk for like 15 mins.

Very friendly barbers. You get a really relaxing vibe while getting your hair cut here. They do hot-towel and a two minute scalp and shoulder massage for an extra 10 bucks.

My husband went there today and he gave the stylist precise directions on how to cut his hair. She just about cut his hair to scalp. He asked her why she did that? Her response was that she would know for next time! THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME !!!

Holly is fantastic! I have always had problems finding a great and consistent haircut but she always does a flawless job. The only Barber i will go to and I never have to worry about a sub par hair cut. Beard is always perfectly done as well. Ask for Holly and never be disappointed with your haircut or beard trim again!

But I do like sports clips because at least I know politics and other rediculous things arent going to be on the TV.But not today. Another rip off of The View was on TV. Just women spouting opinion, blah blah. Opinion as fact, blah blah. I had yo leave. I dont watch that trash at my house, why would I want to sit through it at sports clips. I wont be back to this location.

This place is hit or miss with who cuts your hair. My haircut is very simple and the girls usually do a great job. This time however, the girl basically buzzed my hair. If you go here and get someone who hasnt cut your hair before. Watch everything they do very closely. Some of the people here have no business cutting hair. Very unhappy with this massacre on my head.

I am challenging the Sports Clips statement that they offer services to all genders and ages. They (Tonya?) made multiple excuses on why my 8 year old daughters hair could not be trimmed. It was obviously that she just didn’t want to do it. They even said there is an additional $10 charge because of the length of her hair but of course that charge was not posted anywhere. This was told to me to get me to say “no” but I recognized the tactic and said it would be fine.I would like to request that Sports Clips Corporate change their website to “We refuse service to certain genders, ages, and hair types”. If they won’t change it then can they at least change it for this franchise location?

Its a nice place to get your hair cut if you needed one if your hair get to long and its in your face and faint see mabey its time to get if the families needed like school interviews are getting a paying job if there hiring in different place impeding on you are and graduation .

First time Sports Clips customer. I was greeted at the door by Kristen who proceeded to provide an excellent hair cut, shampoo, and massage. All the girls seemed to enjoy each other and their customers. Impressive sports interest by all. Ill be looking for one of these back home.

Ive been to multiple Sports Clips and this experience was head and shoulders above the rest. Jessica did an amazing job cutting my hair and put extra care and expertise into her craft. In and out quickly and was also a very friendly experience.

I have never given a bad review online before this point.When I arrived, there was a great bit of tension in the air. I assume this to be in relation to the current manager on duty, who was less than cordial while checking me in....if you want to call it that. She asked my name, verified the spelling and then handed me some sort of receipt style ticket. I had no idea what to do with it, so I stared at her.At this point, she stared back at me as if I had a big green booger hanging from my eye lid. Which kind of irritated me, so I said what am I supposed to do with this? To which she said, oh, give it to Barbara.Upon hearing this, I glanced to Ms. Manager Mcpissys left and notice 3 or 4 ladies, who looked absolutely miserable, standing in a line like the ladies at that Bunny Ranch in Las Vegas...unfortunately, like said bunny ranch, I was unable to choose who cut my hair. I was assigned to Barbara.Anyway, not knowing these ladies like the Manager obviously thought I might, my first thought was, Who the F^%k is Barbara? Its not like I stop by this place on a daily basis.One of the ladies finally popped up and said, Im Barbara. I said, okay. I assumed that I was supposed to hand her my receipt thing, so I did. We stared at each other awkwardly for what seemed like 300 years. Finally, she realized that I could not intuitively figure out where her hair cutting station was...Barbara, who seemed extremely kind, was either a little nervous, drunk, high, lost, or just pissed off at Ms Boss lady (see tension comment I mentioned earlier). She made attempts at conversation, but since she didnt even wet my hair before cutting it, I had a mouth, eye balls, nose and ears full of little hairs.Her preoccupation with whatever she was preoccupied and the fact that her car alarm went off mid cut, contributed to one of the crappiest hair cuts of my adult life.The concept of having sports on the TV is a great one, but European soccer bloopers doesnt count as sports when the College baseball and softball world series is an option.The only difference between this place and one of those that rush you in and rush you out is the TVs.I gave them two chances... I will not go back,and I recommend you skip it all together.

I go to this sports clips all the time and for the most part the staff gives good haircuts, but the short blonde lady named tammi is incredibly rude and can’t cut hair for her Life. When asked to fix the honestly terrible hair cut she does an even worse job and then talks to you like the issue is you. She is very sarcastic and unprofessional, if anybody attends this sports clips I would not use her, you will thank me.

Nice place online check-in makes it a breeze you can pick who you want or take the first available stylist and it tells you when you should show up everyone was super friendly and on top of that they give a military discount as well which once again is very much appreciated

Stopped in for first time today, they opened the door at 9am with five waiting in line outside. I walked in and they asked me to fill out into on a kiosk, as I filled out info, they filled the chairs with the others behind me in line and told me even though we were first, they were doing others first that were already in the system as returning customers. So we said Ok and left. Really a shame after waiting 20 minutes outside the door then first inside and they wouldn’t cut my sons hair first as they say first come first served in line. Won’t ever go to a sorry sports clips again.

Since moving to Destin I have visited this location monthly. Staffing in Destin is difficult and it appears to me they are not excluded from this which has resulted in times where they were understaffed/backed up. The service has always been good and they have always cut my hair how I requested. My tip... be there when they open.

If you come here make sure you do it a few hours before they close. Showed up 40 min before close and was met with a huge attitude and was told that I will have to wait a long time. There was one person waiting. I just walked out.

I’ve gotten two haircuts here and I was happy with the quality of my cut. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that I don’t think they are very LGBT-friendly as advertised on Google Maps. Some of the comments about me being female made me a little uncomfortable, and I felt like I had to push to get a haircut that wasn’t so “girly”. But other than that this is a nice place to get a haircut and I would recommend it.
