My second time coming here and i love it! My sister told me to go to Tom and i highly recommend him.. he was very professional and did everything i asked and i love the outcome!

I have never had my nails done before. I wanted to look nice for daughters wedding. My daughter said gel nails with magnet. Most beautiful nails Ive ever seen. Tom did amazing job! Recommend this place definitely! I almost changed my mind at last minute. Glad I didnt!

Got my nails done 6 days ago, mostly all are now cracking. Thought the file felt hot when he was filing down my nails, didnt say anything. I figured he knew what he was doing, I should have spoken up. I loved the nails after they were done, they were beautiful. But now they are cracked and BLEEDING through the cracks. They hurt so badly, I can feel them all throbbing. I have no idea how we are going to soak these off with all these open wounds. Ive tried to call several times with no answer. Im going to keep trying and will update if they attempt to make this right. Also would like to mention that this was my first time using this shop, and I have had my nails done consistently for close to two years now, and have NEVER had this issue.

Best place to get your nails done or a pedicure! Tom is the most experienced an also airbrushes! I go every month an have been to a few others but hands down favorite! They have you in an out an looking great! Tom is by appointment! Check it out!

Overall business is good. However, the last two times I went in was totally disappointed. Had same guy both times; his attitude was ridiculous. He didnt do my fill/manicure completely as Im used to.

Pros:-Liked the selection on polish-Helen who was not my technician was quite sweet. (She is the reason, I gave them two stars)Cons:-The employee who welcomed us was quite rude-They have a new policy of no beverages allowed-Nobody but Helen was friendlyNever in my life have I been to a salon where they set a timer. A LEGIT TIMER. As soon it went off I was rushed to the drying station, being told you pay now. There was a young lady in there complaining about how her tech did her nails, she voiced her opinion before he was done and he still refused to fix her nails. Finally someone came over and fixed them for her. Holy moly I was told they do a great job, so I tried them out. I will never be going back.

They did great! I love my nails, they feel and look one hundred times better.

My granddaughter and I both had pedicures there Sunday. Lexi did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend her. She was very friendly and very Professional. My granddaughter also had her nails done by Helen and she did a fabulous job. I went back on Monday to have my nails done and Tom did exceptional job. He was very professional and made sure that I was satisfied with the service he provided. I would highly recommend this salon and I definitely will be going back

I had an appointment with Helen and I ended up not getting her. I also did not get what I asked for which was white toenails with brown spots. And when I booked my appointment It said it would be $55 and it ended up being $77 becuase they used gel polish when I didnt ask for it. The nails look decent but they didnt give me what I asked for. Also the water jets for my pedicure was broken. Plus my toenails had spots that the nail polish came off of while they were doing them and they didnt fix it.

I went in for a pedicure and to get my real nails painted. I was charged $78.00 dollars which I found out I was overcharged for. The guy that did them did not take the toe separators off of my feet and didn’t give me foam flip flops so I was walking around barefoot. I called to ask for a refund only on what I was over charged for and they will not refund my money. The paint is already coming off of my toes and they only want to fix it. I don’t expect a full refund even though the quality was terrible and very unprofessional but at least a refund for the amount I was overcharged and they refused. I will never go back.

This salon is hands down the best salon I have ever been to. They are very punctual with appointments, and have amazing prices for their quality of work! I recommend Lexi for pedicures, she is super friendly and always does a great job! Tom is great for manicures, he makes sure to take his time and is friendly as well. The salon itself is really clean, and has a friendly ambiance. I refuse to go anywhere & I have been going here every 2 weeks for about 9montns!!

I showed a picture of what I wanted 3 times and the nail tech would not do it. My nails are sharp and sticky. I will not be going back. Poor customer service.

Lexi was fantastic. It was the first time I’d had a manicure in probably a year and first time for a pedicure in 3 years. Lexi was personable and professional. I had gel polish and appreciated her attention to detail, making sure the polish covered even the sides of my nails without getting on my skin. I look forward to coming back regularly to keep up my nails.

My favorite place to go. They do a great job and all the artists have their own specialities and talents. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience! Even though we had appointments, we still waited 25 minutes and received the wrong pedicures! My tech dumped my toenails and dead skin into the water where my feet were soaking!! The pedi only lasted 20 minutes; we felt rushed through and unimportant. My advice: steer clear of this place!

Really disappointed with this salon. I made $200 worth of appointments and received service I really didn’t want to pay for. I didn’t get who I scheduled with, my friend and I felt like an inconvenience, and we were rushed through finishing 35 minutes before our appointments indicated we would.My friend was getting her nails done for her wedding. This was supposed to be the perfect spa day for us. Whoever did her nails was yanking her hands and didn’t make sure she liked the shape before continuing with the acrylic. He kept looking at her and talking to another employee.My service was rushed, with uneven French tips that I paid extra to have done. I sat down for my pedicure after my friend did but finished first by 15 minutes. This was after they tried to switch technicians while my feet were soaking because my lady had another appointment. Even though I made our appointments over a month in advance. On top of that, my polish chipped a day later and wasn’t even the color I picked.I even called the salon multiple times to verify our services, their time frames, and to make sure my friend and I could sit next to one another. I felt rushed and it wasn’t a relaxing day at all.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My bonus daughter and her 4 friends went to have their nails done and good lord were they messed up. Two of them had significant cuts on their fingers, all of them had glue all over their fingers and one of the girls suffered a serious allergic reaction to the alcohol used. She informed the tech that she was allergic and was told something else would be used but instead had her hands soaked in alcohol. She now has severe blisters and swelling in her hands. On top of everything else the nails all looked warped, uneven and poorly done. Its obvious this business isnt interested in training or licensing their employees. Do not risk your health or waste your money here. I cant believe the health department hasnt shut them down.

Helen is always great, good service, on time and a good time to relax even with the hot water issues today she still was able to give me a good experience.

Got my nails done for my wedding. Not even two days later and they have started to turn yellow. My appointment was with Tai. I went with 5 other people and my cousin and aunt said their nails turned yellow too.

Helen at Station #5 did my nails and she did great. She understood what I wanted and did a great job! She is great at the design I wanted and I noticed her artwork on the other nails and seems very talented.

Worth the wait! Only had to wait about 10 minutes but this place totally exceeded my expectations. So many choices and very helpful staff!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to by far. The lady told my friend and I 40 minutes for the wait and we ended up waiting almost two hours. When I got seated the technician started my nails and then I got moved so that a different girl could go in my place so I ended up waiting another 15 minutes. My friend was moved six times. The quality of our nails is not good either, it’s not even close to what we described. Find somewhere else to go!!
