I had no wait, I was able to walk right in and be serviced right away. Lindsay was my nail technician and she did absolutely amazing! She was very sweet the entire time! Highly recommend seeing her and this salon!

I have always used this place as my go to spot since it opened up several years ago whenever I wanted a pedicure. The customer service and quality has always been top notch even without an appointment! That is until like the last month or so…. I am not sure of what’s happening but the place feels different and my experience walking in has been a gamble….while they have been kind….once I am seen, the top notch quality that I am accustomed to just isn’t there! I see that they’re expanding and there seems to be a staffing issue currently….I hope the business gets back on track. I really liked it here!

I went in without an appointment and although the wait time was long, Hannah did an excellent job! In fact, I kept telling myself to ask for her name so I could request her next time and make an appointment. After using the pedicure dryer, I went to the front desk to pay. Two men were outside smoking and talking and they looked at me several times, but never bothered to come help me. One of the two ladies who were working on manicures went outside to yell at them to come help me. One of the men did eventually come in to ring me up. I did not let their rude behavior stop me from tipping Hannah and thanking her for a job well done, but I will NEVER step foot in that place again. Its one thing to be indifferent to good customer service. It is another thing entirely to be so boldly RUDE! There are waaaay too many good, clean nail salons to put up with that sort of nonsense! NEVER AGAIN! Thank you anyway Hannah.

People were nice, but I wouldn’t go back as I don’t feel that I got my money’s worth. I got a pedicure and paid more for the one with the longer massage. The “massage” was just fast aggressive leg rubbing up and down - not a massage. The manicure, same “massage” that lasted less than a minute. I wanted my hands and toes to be painted the same color and I told she picked up the wrong one for my fingers and she insisted it was the correct one. I came home and they absolutely did not match. Wouldn’t go back.

They were very friendly, but I did not get my money’s worth. I came here to try a new place because my usual was closed. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was very painful. I have had acrylics for 4 years and never experienced this pain. They even hurt for a few days after. It has been a week and 2 have broke already. I also did not get the color I asked for. I hate giving reviews, but I do wish I had saved my money.

Didnt know I could get dip powder in Ombre. So happy with the nail techs experience in this! I plan to go back soon. Update: Valentines day nails. Got nails 💅done about a week ago, but wanted to show some more of Susies work. My nails growing fast. Dip again.

My daughters first time getting her nails done and Lindsey at Grand Venetian did a good job. Very pleased with them.

I have been going to this location on and off for about two years and they never cease to impress me! Lyndsey did the set shown in this photo and is an absolute master of her craft, as are the rest of the ladies there. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Their prices are a little higher than most places in the area but the quality of work demands the slight added cost.This is my go to place when I’m getting dolled up. I got my nails done for my wedding here because I trust the experts here to actually give me what I ask for/ show a photo of and I know the set will last more than 2 weeks. The ladies who work there are always kind and accommodating; it’s honestly it’s the best nail salon in the city, and I have been to a lot of salons in Raleigh... Give them a try if you haven’t!

My daughter and I visited while I was in town. The pamphlet said that the dip powder manicures were $38.00. We were charged $48.00 for regular dip powder.I specifically asked if a manicure was included and I was told yes. The manicure consisted of nail filing. My attendant didnt even ask me how I wanted them shaped - just started filing.We wont return, not worth the cost.

Best experience always, extremely clean environment, all the techs are nice and well experienced. If you got a picture they can make it happen. And if you have no idea what you want they are always willing to give you a helpful suggestion.

Had a wonderful experience at Venetian Day Spa today. I got a manicure & pedicure by Sammy and she was so thorough and gentle! My nails look beautiful. The price was super reasonable. Thank you!This place is also extremely beautiful and clean. The decor is so elegant and the whole spa shines!

I don’t do reviews so please read and take with caution with this place!!!The places when calling a day before to schedule an appt the staff said that everything was individually wrapped and cleaned properly but when seeing the tools they were shared with others. 😡The nails were not buffed and my experience was very rushed and very much like an assembly line! My pedicure was not done properly at all and as of today not even a full 24 hours from completion and my polish is already chipping away!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my daughter in to get her nails done. Very pleased with out come.

Everyone was really nice to us from the moment we walked in. I got Andrew and he did my pedicure and my manicure. He did really great work. My nails were beautiful and he listened to everything I asked for. My sister also got a full set and a pedicure and her work was beautiful as well. Very great staff. And I have been getting my nails done for many years.I have also had some pretty funky designs put on.Lastly, its nice to walk into a place where everyone is smiling and happy. There is to much sadness in the world today.Almost forgot that I highly recommend this salon!!!Thanks again Venetian.

Got a full, asked for a specific design. The OLD woman had an attitude and seemed very irritated. When she finished, I was so mortified by her work~ I just paid and left. Then the next day~ called to talk about it and was told nothing could be done because the manager wasn’t in. They then said they didn’t have their managers phone number to call~ to see if they could fix the problem. Said I could come back Monday. Had a very important meeting on Monday so that wouldn’t work. Had to go drop more money for someone to fix what she did. TERRIBLE !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you want quality!

This is probably one of the best nail salons I have been to (and Ive been to a lot). The receptionist and the rest of the staff were more than kind, they basically treated you like a loved one. My nails turned out fantastic and the conversations that were made were amazing as well. I went in for a full set of acrylics and it was my first time there. I will always come back here and get my nails done from here on out.

This is my home Nail salon! Every time I come in there is no wait or they find a pedicure chair for me. There are a ton of colors and options like gel and powder. Their variety of pedicures can be personalized and extra massage can be added. The staff is so friendly and always greets me with a warm welcome! As long as I live in Raleigh I will be going here.

I love this nail salon. Very clean and staff is friendly. I’ve been going here for about a year now. Billy is the greatest tech here though. The only person I will allow to do my nails. He’s very considerate of you and pays close attention to detail. Also holds great conversation.

This was the most stressful pedicure of my life. I was given 30 seconds to pick out a nail color, I wasn’t asked which pedicure I wanted, was charged for the entry level one but then my friends ordered the deluxe so after I paid the guy came out to request that I pay $5 more for my services? No one even asked me which services I wanted. Overall very rushed, polish chipped within hours. I get it extra precautions w/ covid but damn it was stressful.

The service here is always top notch and the owner is always walking around talking to customers and making sure everyone is great. The first time I came, my manicurist did a great job. Professional technicians, lots of colors to choose from, and theyre always on time. Thats enough for me!

I loved this place and had came in 3 times for a fill once, new set and a pedicure. When I came for my last fill I spent $55 and my gel polish began to peel after 4 days. When I went back with in the week I was charged $30 for a polish change! Although I liked this salon I can’t give money to people who don’t stand behind their work.

Went in Friday for a gel manicure after reading the great reviews including some saying the gel lasts 3 weeks. Atmosphere was nice and the staff was super friendly which is why I gave some stars. My nails started peeling 24 hours later. Talk about a waste of money. Its now 5 days later and 3 nails are pretty much peeled. This was a gel set. They should have at least lasted 2 weeks. I ended up just removing the gel and will try to find another shop. Very disappointed as the reviews had my hopes up.

I have made this my new regular nail spa. They have consistently great service and the staff is always professional and friendly. My gel manicures always last at least 3 weeks and look great. On my last visit, I arrived shortly before closing and they agreed to do a pedicure even though everyone was getting ready to go home. What a great place!

I just had the greatest experience at this place and im not suprised. I could tell that my manicurist really loves what she does and takes pride in his work. She even suggested a color that he thought would look nice on my feet. Ill definitely return for another pedicure. If you havent visited this place, youre really missing out.

Best nail salon I have ever been to! I got a french gel manicure back in July and they are still perfect (which is very unheard of them lasting almost 2 months). The gentlemen that did my nails really took care of me and took his time.I also got my eyebrows waxed and typically get super red after since I have sensitive skin. My skin wasnt red at all when they finished. I was so impressed. Ive found my forever salon and HIGHLY recommend this salon. I never write reviews, but my experience was so great I had to leave one.

My manicurist was Julie. She was AMAZING! So sweet! I enjoyed her company. She gave me a great gel manicure. She gave me her professional recommendations to ensure that my polish would last longer. She was very gently in buffing my nails and trimming my cuticles. The atmosphere is very spa like. I dont usually get manicures or gel polish but I think I have a new habit! I will definitely be back to see Julie in a few weeks.

I did not use to consider myself particular about my nails until I started getting manis w/gel, dip, etc. I have not been able to find a salon in Brier Creek, North Raleigh, NE Raleigh, mid-town, you name it. I have learned I have oily nails and it is truly a thing! I gave this salon a try tonight and was beyond pleased with: quality of dip nails and the very natural look (requested), hospitality of all the staff I encountered, cleanliness and atmosphere. Serena took extra time to provide the details needed to give me a quality look that will last. I will be back and bring my friends!

I love this place! Last week I got my nails done at a place in Apex and my nails were jacked up. I hated them I had them on for a week I couldn’t stand it anymore and I went in to see Billy at Venetian and he did an amazing job! I am so happy with them. This place is clean and the staff is great! Billy cracks me up! I would have gave 10 stars if it would’ve let me.

The worst! My nails broke after a week 3 nails... I went today to get them repaired. Hayley Rlan had the worst attitude! She told me next time i should remember the exact name & number of the polish... I didn’t think i would be back so soon to get them fixed! She acted like she didn’t want to do it. Can you believe she got upset and painted my nails different colors ? I mean truly the worst!! Never will I return

I really felt like I was overcharged for the work they have done the eyebrows was 15 bucks and I walked out with an uneven brow so unfair and my nails really not the best! This service sucks unhappy

They were great today. I showed up with my 2yo and 6yo. I got a set of acrylic with regular polish for $30. My 6yo got a mani pedi where she was pampered just as much as an adult. They were extremely nice to both of my kids. My mom had come to take my 2 yo while I got my nails done, and later came back when I was finished. As I put my 2yo in her carseat, I ruined the polish on several nails. They very kindly offered to repaint the messed up ones for free.My nails look amazing and the customer service was great. It was also a very clean and organized place. Will definitely be going back.

Horrible customer service. Went to get a pedi & nail dip before my trip today, i never thought i’m suppose to tell someone to do 3 dips when picking a light blue for my nails (since they are the “professionals” doing the job), you could noticeably see the patches when the color didn’t set evenly. The guy doing my nails & the lady next to him tried acting like they didn’t notice but another guy stepped in and confirmed it. Seems like the woman nail tech wasn’t pleased with that. I explained i didn’t have time to correct this as i have other things to do & i don’t know why the tech didn’t correct this during the process. The woman was completely argumentative the whole time & kept pointing her fingers at me. The guy told me i could come back after my trip & he would make it right, the lady yelled “no” & mumbled some other things in a different language at the guy. “I can do it now it will only take 10 mins”, 10 mins to correct an hr process ? While you’re working on someone else? Better yet, do you think i want someone doing my nails after the way you spoke to me & tried to deny there being an issues to begin with ? Anyone who knows dip knows you have to soak it off and to apply the final layers would take way longer than 10 mins. To do it any other way would be providing me with poor service to accommodate your mistake. I wouldn’t ever go back there after this, customer service is a big part in a salon service industry & They have none.

This was my first visit to the salon. I have been on the hunt for a new salon since my favorite spot lost my business. I stumbled upon this while I was exploring Sprouts Farmers Market of off Falls of Neuse. The salon is beautiful with its all white decor. Very clean and inviting. Haley did my gel mani and regular pedi. She was very nice, but very quiet. It was good, not perfect, but good. There was polish on my toes after she finished which is why it wasnt perfect. Other than that it was a good experience. I will return to see what the next visit will be like. I would recommend this salon if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place.

The staff acted like they didnt want to wait on me. I thought maybe I had come in close to closing time but, they didnt close for 2 more hours. The girl who did my pedicure did not speak to me. When I came in and asked for a pedicure, the girl walked away and motioned to another person. They went behind the wall and talked, glancing over at me every once in a while. I felt like I was being rushed thru. During my pedicure a girl came by with a broom and swept up as if they were closing. Another one turned off the t.v. While I was watching it. I asked what time they closed and there was still another hour to go. No one said thank you. Plenty of other places to chose from. Very unpleasant experience to say the least.

I was disappointed with my experience at this salon. My daughter and I were taken back at the same time for our pedicures, but they made me wait almost until hers was done before starting mine. Even after making me wait for so long, the women doing mine left in the middle of it to do another clients eyebrows. She rushed the whole time and did a lackluster job. None of the staff were friendly, and the service was mediocre at best. I will not go back.

I have only been twice but have been extremely please both times.. 1st time i got a Gel fill in with a flower design on two nails. 2nd time i decided to try the SNS dipping stuff.. so happy i did.. Everyone is very friendly.. Place is nice and clean...
