I love coming here I moved here from NYC and we take our nails seriously! And they are hospitable, talented and create the perfect atmosphere for comfort. When I’m having a rough week I come here to unwind. I always get served by Henry because he knows exactly how I like my nails. And all the techs make sure my feet look beautiful . I recommend coming here 100%!

I’ve been searching for a welcoming, professional and clean nail salon… This place is IT! The staff are super friendly. They have a ton of gel polish colors to choose from!! The salon is SPOTLESS, the floors were so shiny. I had a wonderful mani and pedi. I enjoyed my relaxing self care evening & the complimentary wine was crisp and refreshing. I’ll be back for sure!

When I went to Allure Nails Spa I received a pedicure and manicure, Henry is amazing, he is a master at this.  I absolutely love the shape.  I Also got my pedicure here and my feet felt so smooth, I just love that nail salon.

DO NOT GO HERE I WAS BOTHERD AND PUSHED TO DELETE MY OLD REVIW(i went in for a full set manicure) this is my 2ed time adding a review because my nail broke 1 day after i got it done i went back to have it fixed and they were nagging me and coming over my shoulder as i am sending a text message just to take my review down put NOPE NOT THIS TIME! So if my nail breaking after one day the first time the next time my nail broke after 2 days and i am not rough on my hands it broke from closing a car door like seriously?! my nail wasn’t even prepped right it was with a very over used nail drill and not sanitary at all.WAXINGi got my eyebrows waxed and the lady didn’t even prep my skin with that being wiping it down or some sort of powder NOPE NOTHING! didn’t even put pressure on it or anything.And them bothering me to delete my review (total of 6 times) really bothers me so with that being said PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

I have been at this salon on and off for several years. You can do better. Shop around.I think that their pedicures are quite acceptable but their manicure/nail “dips” are mediocre. Sue (manager’s wife) did not do what she was requested to do. She was also very rude, impatient and unprofessional when I was uncertain what I wanted. She snapped at me when I was spending $130. She has been that way the last few times I have been. I will not go back.

I have been going to Allure Nail Spa every 3 weeks or so for over a year now and love them!! This was a difficult year for us all and I needed something to look forward to. Sue, Henry and all the wonderful women of Allure gave me that. Not only were they clean (EXTREMELY!) and friendly (ALWAYS), they always make my nails (finger and toe) look amazing! When my nails were getting thin (I always peel my gel polish off), they recommended the dip nails and my nails are so much healthier.I could not be happier with the work they do for me each visit.

Went to this nail spa based on other reviews, I am in town for work and wanted to have my nails done so I stopped here after work because it was convenient. Well that was a mistake. I have medium length natural nails which had a 2 week old dip powder on them, I wanted it removed and a new color. The first tech sat me down and wrapped my nails with acetone, cotton and foil. I was then passed to another tech. I originally asked for a pink and white ombré which the tech seemed incapable of doing, odd because I’ve had it done many times on shorter nails elsewhere. I picked a color and moved along. The tech didn’t even remove all the prior product from my thumbs before proceeding with dipping my nails !!Let me just say the end result was a huge disappointment! My cuticles were covered in dried powder, my nails were all different lengths one being super short and the color was not all the same, some had light patchy areas ! I was then passed off to someone else to pay, this person was on the phone and had zero communication with me. Poor service all the way around. If you are going to ask for $40 plus for a service, the least you could do was supply a decent service !

Sue and Henry are so nice and did amazing!!! I got a full set and my boyfriend got a pedicure and we both loved our experience! Definitely will be coming back:)

I came to Allure because of their great reviews. I walked in without an appointment and was seated for a pedicure within a few minutes. Excellent job on the pedicure! The tech took her time and made me feel relaxed and not rushed. Then, it was time for my full set. Sue started my nails but when I asked for Ombre, she said shed pass me to her husband because hes the best at doing them. I appreciated that she asked me if it was ok to switch. Her husband came quickly and made me feel very comfortable. He did an excellent job on my nails. He was very fast too, but in a good way! I will DEFINITELY be back! .... Oh, and by the way... I drove from Knightdale to their Salon because I was tired of feeling rushed out the door. Great job, Allure! I give you 5 stars!

I absolutely love all of the nail techs here. My go to is Henry for my hands and Sue for my gel pedicures. They are not only my friends, but have turned into family. I LOVE THEM.

Great staff and nail work. Eye brows done well, but problems with skin in that area being damaged temporarily perhaps due to dermatological producers used??? No one had new wash that area beforehand.

This is my second time here. They do a really great job. They take appointments too! I’m really indecisive and they were really patient with me in doing the design I wanted.

I’m willing to give anyone a chance to do my nails. The tech was nice however she did not understand what I wanted (which was dipping powder and a different color on two nails). She only polished the 2 nails which will probably break. She cut my nails too short and the shape was horrendous when I asked for coffin. A hail has broken within one day. I’m so frustrated that I’m not even going to get it repaired. I could’ve done a better job doing them myself.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I called made an appointment here for a fill in and pedicure and both were rushed. They only offer 2 different types of pedicures and the “best” one was mediocre. The fill in was pathetic and rushed. The woman who did both was very cold and unfriendly. I couldn’t wait for my service to be done and I definitely won’t be back nor refer anyone to this salon. If your looking for a top notch salon this isn’t it, they don’t offer ombré nails or add diamonds. Save your money and time by going elsewhere

Today was my first time in and Sue did my pedicure, she was super nice, friendly and professional. I will most certainly return and very pleased with everything. This place is awesome so make sure you check it out.

Everyone had on masks. They provided hand sanitizer. They didnt take temperatures tho. I saw one employee clean her pedicure station after her customers so hopefully the nail techs do the same. I didn’t stick around to see if my station was cleaned after me. On yelp it says they have a new client promotion when you do a check-in. But they didnt accept it. So beware of that. Not a huge deal for me but just a heads up. Its very clean & nice looking on the inside and it doesnt smell like a whole bunch of chemicals which I liked. Im very particular about my shape and the way the paint is layered. At first I didnt like it because some of my nails (acrylic) were too thick. I was hesitant to address it but I knew Id hate my nails if I didnt. Thankfully Henry was understanding and fixed the ones that werent filed evenly/properly. The shape wasnt exactly what I asked for but itll do this time. Just glad the thickness was resolved. Im sure we can resolve the shape issue next time. I got a full set with gel bubble bath polish. It was $55. Ill be back to visit Henry when its time for a fill in.

This was my first time at this location, I was treated like I was a valued customer. I had gotten a full acrylic set somewhere else, the place I had gone before did a terrible job for my wedding day. Allure nails was able to get them fixed for me and they look amazing now! I will definitely be returning here!!

Nail tech did good job but it was way to long. An hour and 45 min for pedicure and nail polish change. Chair was killing me. Two tech worked on my nail polish change.

Henry and hiss wife are amazing, I have been doing my nail there since June of 2020 and have never been disappointed, they are friendly, sweet, always pleasant and if something is wrong they are quick to offer a resolution. I do my nails nowhere else.

My sister, my niece and I went here for pedicures while we were visiting Raleigh area on family business. The place was clean, no doubt, as they are new. That is probably the only positive thing I could say about them.My nieces pedicure was interrupted several times while the technician went to mop up floors from a spa tub overflow.My sister and I paid for upgraded pedicures to the tune of $47 each, and we were both completely disappointed. This was no where near an upgraded pedicure, and definitely did not include a leg or foot massage. I pay $30 for a far superior service in Florida, one that includes both attentive massage and paraffin treatment; my sister pays far less for her pedicures in New Jersey as well, and they include the paraffin treatments. Additionally she walked out with inadequate nail polish coverage.Unfortunately I cannot give this nail spa 5 stars. They were too expensive for inferior service. Weve both gotten far better attention, service and quality elsewhere.We will be meeting up in the Raleigh area again shortly.... but we wont be returning.

Sue and Henry were wonderful! Their salon is very clean, bright and gives off a luxury feel. They were very accommodating and my nails were done beautifully! I definitely recommend going here! Also they are running an amazing 20% off special on all of their services!

I went in the salon today as they are very convenient to my work. I went in for a basic acrylic full set with no polish. I got to the counter and they told me $45 I was a little taken back because how basic this service was. 4 of my fingers were cut but the drill and I have been peeling acrylic off of my skin since I left. I am so disappointed with the level of dishonesty when on the website it said $25 for a full set. I should have paid no more than $28 with the cleaning fee the added on. I am a hairstylist in salon near them and I would never try to get over like that. I will not be returning and I will not be giving a referral

The area was clean and my nail tech was nice. However after two days my gel polish starting to peel up on the edges, and my sisters gel polish chipped a day later. I wish the polish lasted longer cause it was a beautiful color.

I just moved here from Florida and it’s been so hard trying to find a decent nail salon until now! I went in for a pedicure, gel manicure, and eyebrow wax and MiMi knocked it all out of the park. She paid super close attention to detail and was so friendly and sweet. The ambiance is really nice here too. My nails and toes look amazing and this is the best eyebrow wax i’ve gotten in a very long time. I will certainly be back!!
