Wonderful!!! Had never had a pedicure... was a little afraid.... But the pedicure was so good and Kim so gentle that I got a manicure too. Nice place, nice people.

Initial visit pleasant. Regular pedicure and gel manicure. Polish on toes started chipping after 3 days (normally last me about 2 weeks). I was out of state and couldn’t get back to shop until day 4.5. Wanted to get another brand of polish like the traditional ones they have on the shelves near the entrance; they had used some brand that was in a white box and had a very flat, almost chalk/water mixture appearance (clear, top coat added the shine).2 males appeared to be in charge told me I’d have to pay $10 for a polish color change. Told me I must have hit my nail on something. Said I should’ve gotten a gel pedicure. Somewhat condescending, disrespectful way of addressing me. I brought this to his attention and pointed out the fact that I had not addressed him in that fashion and would appreciate the same courtesy. (None of that “Customer is always right.” stuff here!!) I am not a fussy, pushy, entitled customers so I was a bit offended and definitely disappointed. Tried to give them an opportunity to recover 2 customers (my daughter had same issue but no time to come back), but was not impressed.He directed the nail tech to re-polish the 2 nails that had the most obvious chips; I went along with this.While the tech was re-polishing, another tech came over, offered tips to my tech, showed me her relatively new pedicure that had already chipped (she says because she went to the pool) and said some colors in any of the brands chip faster that the brand overall. She gets high marks for customer relations. Her boss on the other hand, needs to take a few lessons.Gel nails are holding up fine.

First off they are extremely rude, i asked why weren’t all the prices posted before being seated for a full set seemed as if they wanted to up charge for every little thing any shape not squared etc. The staff is hardly trained, maybe one person knows how to do designs ( limited) hardly anything special. I had to make the man fix my nail shape twice, he gets mad at me when his shaping was way off finally just told him he would have to do it over cause he made it worst. Tried to tell me it was my finger smh just sad, horrible customer service I’ve never had this happen. I asked for almond shape he gave me stiletto he took 5 dollars off after going back and forth about the shape I asked for and showing him the picture I present earlier again. He put the acrylic on uneven so 3 days later the weak side broke. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

When ever I go to get my manicure and pedicure, I have not had to wait very long. I guess it may depend on the time of day. I have had services done by more than one person. My favorite person is Kim. She was not there today and I was not as pleased with him as with KimShe is one of the happiest and most pleasant young ladies there. I have not been dissatisfied with her service. Very professional atmosphere.

I went into this establishment to get a soak off and a new full set. I was moved away from the station so that someone could handle another patron, which I understood. The next gentleman that came over attempted to use a carbide bit (the metal piece) on my natural nails which is extremely dangerous and can damage the nail plate. I asked him to switch to the mandrel and use the sanding band instead to remove the remainder of the acrylic. I requested the powder used on my nail last time because I only get powdered sets, I do not use gel polish unless it’s a topcoat. The associate became upset and asked if I wanted to wait until the original person finished so he could do my nails, which I thought I was doing anyway. Not even five minutes later, the original person asks if I wanted a woman to do my nails so I would not have to wait. If I am waiting on someone to do my nails, I have no problem with that. I have never seen their work so I do not feel comfortable with these associates passing around the service. Also, why is it a big deal for you to check and see if you have the powder you used on my nails? I use the same products and am very particular about how my nails look because I am a business woman. I paid for the soak off and left. I will never go back. I was there for hours, only to leave unsatisfied. Do not waste your time.

Mimi and Kim are amazing at Nobility Gel Manicure and Spa Pedicure. They provide a lot of service for what they charge. Love the massage! Great Brows too!! Great service for a great price! I always tip them very well! They are 2 of the best in Raleigh!!

Unfortunately, I never got a chance to try them. I traveled across town because I thought that they were still open based on the hours listed on Google. Arrived at 7:15 and saw that the Open sign was still on. I went in, told a male employee what I wanted done, and he said that they didnt have time to do it. I asked when they closed, he paused then said 7 (despite having a full shop with people still waiting). I told him that the hours online said that they close at 8 and he just says oh. Taking my money elsewhere.

I am a regular. Every two weeks. I have had to go back now my forth time this week. They are going to fix this nail. And I will never be back my polish had air bubbles. Went back they took majority of my acrilic off then my nail broke fixed them and the nail is unbelievable even. Pissed

This is the worst nail salon l have ever been..l am so disturbed by this place itsbelow the one mark..so l will leave it at a zero..l wanted a pedicure..it was not a good good one..they need more training in how to do pedicures..the polish was old and they had used nail polish remover to thin it out,and when I went back in to have them take it off she said itd be another $10, after already spending $55. Its overpriced for terrible work. If you wanna throw money away, thats a good place to do it.

So today I rushed over from work to try this nail salon for the first time. I moved to Raleigh from Cary a year ago and had been hesitant to give up my old shop in Cary, but the drive got to be so much and I felt I should just try it out and see.Well... when I arrived at about 6:30 pm, the there were 2 other customers standing outside the door. One of them attempted to open it, but it appeared to be locked. The other pointers out the sign on the door which said the hours were until 7:30pm. We all three stood outside the door perplexed, trying to get the attention of the people inside, because the lights were on and there clearly people inside being services. One woman, who works there I assumed, made some sort of jesture with her hand that we took to mean they were closed or at the very least, not going to come to the door and explain or even open it.I jumped in my car and immediately looked up the number to the shop. The woman answered and I politely explained to her what had just occurred and that it was poor customer service. She explained that they were short staffed and closed early to prevent having too many customers. I politely advised her that she couldve at least came to the door and explained that, rather than leaving us confused and looking dumb at the door. All she said was, Sorry, and hung up.Listen no matter what area a place is located, it should provide the best customer service possible since the people in that area keep the lights on!

Great Salon excellent staff love me some Mimi she very fast and very friendly always the same person. The only objective I see is they need to do a sign in sheet to keep clients from jumping in front of you or her numbers to grab from cointer to keep altercations down. Ill keep giving them my business.

They were a lot better than JD nails when it comes to technique they spend more time one technique of nails not so much on designs Im sure my desire would have been a lot better had I really want 1 but what I asked for that technician was very good so I gave them 4 stars

I needed a manicure and I work nearby so I went in and saw Mimi for gels. I have NEVER had gels that stayed on this long and looked so good after going to several salons and even working at one. Definitely going back here.

My fullest was uneven, not even a week later i’m missing 4 nails. TERRIBLE service and quality of their work. My pedicure was ok, i still had dead skin on my heel but the toes looked beautiful afterwards. If you can help it, don’t waste your money here guys.

They can NOT do nails. I asked for coffin shape and ended up getting triangles. None of the nails were even and did NOT match.

This was my first time visiting and my experience was HORRIBLE, they move entirely too SLOW I waited an hour and I still didn’t get my nails done, and to top it all off they don’t have good customer service. I just ended up leaving, I will never return. If I could give no stars I would !!!

I always receive quality work done on my nails and I get there and hour before closing cause I respect the closing time..I have seen people come 15mins before closing and get turned away which is right because its closing and its only 2 nail techs there..nobody should stay after closing because somebody cant understand how to arrive early
