This is my second visit at Beverly Nails Spa, and I am even more impressed with my nails this time. I didn’t think it could get better, but Leon shaped and painted my nails perfectly! I’ll definitely be back.

I have been seeing Lily for acrylics for a few months now, and she is the most incredible nail tech I’ve ever gone to! She is so talented and does an incredibly thorough and beautiful job. I like my nails long and she does a lovely job making sure they’re sturdy and beautiful. All my pedicures have been with either Lily or another amazing nail tech and they’ve always been relaxing, soothing and have left my skin feeling soft and lovely. This place is the best in the area by far!

I have been on the hunt for a great salon for SNS, and Beverly definitely did not disappoint! I have seen both Andy and Leon and couldn’t have asked for better service. This spa has a such a calming atmosphere. The staff is kind and sweet, very pleasant people. I have been here only twice but I love coming here. Last September they were able to fit me in their schedule last-minute to get a gel manicure a day before my wedding, and I had a great experience!

I’ve been to this nail salon twice for acrylic fill-ins, and both times have been amazing. I made an appointment prior to showing up and both times was immediately seated. I typically get my acrylics filled in every 3-4 weeks since I am so busy, and the color of the polish has stayed almost perfect and not a single nail broke. This is now my go-to nail salon in Raleigh!

I love this salon! Not only are my acrylics, gel polish, and pedicure done beautifully but the staff was excellent and really attentive. The experience here has been nothing but amazing! The nail technician, Tina, was the absolute sweetest and she did a truly wonderful job with my acrylics and pedicure. My nails are PERFECT and my pedicure was so relaxing. This was my first time using this spa and it will now be my 100% go to nail spot in Raleigh.

Ive been coming here for awhile and love getting the pedicures and manicures. They take their time and show attention to detail. I love the cucumber pedicure they offer it smells sooo good.

Beware of price gouging! I just took my daughter in for a “mini” mani-pedi (ages 10 and under). According to their published prices, her mani should have been $15, and her pedi, $25. The color she chose was a gel polish. While I anticipated a slightly higher price since it was a gel polish, I did not anticipate, nor was I told ahead of time, that the polish would add an ADDITIONAL $17 to the mani and $20 to the pedi! The price of her mani more than doubled and her pedi almost doubled...just by using gel polish instead of regular polish. (No other products were used, and her “mini” service ended up costing the same as the full pedicure I previously received from the same person, and I also used gel polish!) When I questioned the man at the register about it, he became angry and insisted he didnt overcharge me, yet he could offer no explanation for the doubling of price other than to say her nails were painted with a gel polish instead of a regular polish. With the number of nail salon options available in this area, the price gouging and poor customer service just permanently removed this salon from our list of businesses to support.In reply to your response, at NO time prior to the service did ANY technician approach me regarding the price of the service. Once the service was complete and I was at the register paying, two ladies were standing there consulting each other about the pricing. Only one of them spoke to me at all, and only when I asked about the doubling of price. It was only when I asked to speak to someone regarding my concerns that an additional tech, a man, came over and was rudely insistent that I had not been overcharged. Again, I expected a slightly higher charge for gel polish, but was never informed that the cost would, in fact, double. While I realize you want to defend your business, the fact remains that the price I was charged was NOT discussed, and the customer service was less than satisfactory. Word of mouth is effective, and in this case will not be for the promotion of your business. Price gouging and lack of integrity don’t build consistent customer loyalty.

Such a pleasant and relaxing experience. Not busy and over crowded, very nice and professional staff. My daughters and I enjoyed ourselves with complimentary drinks and the perfect nail polish colors for every little girls imagination.

First time, walk-in customer seeking quick service with COVID-19 protections. Got that here. But if your idea of a salon manicure involves a hand soak, a warm towel wrap and a lotion massage, this is not your place. They get right to stripping old polish, filing nails and applying new coats. The only water involved is you washing your own hands. This is also not your place if you like a cat-eye manicure. The woman who serviced me really tried but she just wasnt able to produce the cat-eye on any nail. To her credit, she did apologize and did not charge for the cat-eye that wasnt. Overall, a decent multi-coat gel manicure, but not what Id hoped for.

LOVE this place! There is actually a Beverly Nails 5 minutes away from where I live (Falls of Neuse location) but I make the 20 min drive to come here because they are so sweet! They always do such a great job in their services, and they are all so entertaining. I always find something to laugh at watching the staff interact. Its also super clean and they dont rush you out like a lot of places. They take their time in everything they do and Ive never had a bad experience (been going for about 5 years).

Stopped by this place after work yesterday because it just happened to be on my way home from work. It was my only opportunity to get a mani done before I travel to NJ for a wedding so I was weary about choosing a random place but this one had good reviews so I took a chance. Honestly it’s one of the nicest nail salons I’ve been to. Very clean, friendly staff, and good transparent pricing. I did a walk in and was seen immediately which was great because I was on a tight schedule. Trinh did a beautiful job on my nails. She helped me choose the right color to match my dress and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Super sweet and friendly. I also got a great eyebrow wax. My sons friend that was with me even dropped a $20 in the waiting area on accident and they returned it to me. Great integrity! I highly recommend and I’m glad to have found this place. I hope every visit is just as good.

Ive been a customer at Beverly for SO many years and it occurred to me that while I use Google Reviews all the time, Ive never really written any. So Ive decided to write Google Reviews for all my favorite haunts. Over the years Ive used many of their services (to include waxing, gel, dip, pedicure, etc) but my favorite is the lavender (see attached picture) and (seasonal) pumpkin spice pedicure. Usually with a glass of champagne or tea and I want to say they even had a spice apple cider one time in the fall. They really make you feel at home and relaxed. A few years ago they did a remodel and Ive already forgotten what it used to look like but I remember walking in and just being like OMG its SO beautiful now! They have a HUGE selection of colors (thats the most difficult part about coming to Beverly...picking the color). I bring my friends and my family and they are like an extension of my family and Im so fortunate to have this place within walking distance of my house! They take such great care of my feet and Im a runner and people always comment about how they sure dont look like runner feet. Thanks Beverly!

Could not be more impressed! The ambience Is nice, customer services is great. My nail tech listened to everything I wanted and did my nails perfectly. My gel polish lasts over 2 weeks. Drinks on the house and they use new clean tools for each customer. You can choose Free Wine or champagne while getting you nails done was a nice touch. Cant wait to come back!

I have been to many nail salon in this area, and this is one of the best. I had a Dipping Powder manicure. My nail look the best they have ever been in a long time. It has been 3 weeks, my nails still looking good with no chipping or peeling. My nail technician took his time and made sure they were absolutely perfect. Will never go to anywhere else!

Came into this place after I got a horrible manicure at another salon. I was so excited for my manicure because I hadn’t had time in months, so I was very upset when my nails looked horrible. My husband being the sweet human he is, insisted he take me here and pay for a re-do. And boy am I glad he did. He explained to them my prior experience and they really took care of me. My nails look wonderful now. It’s a quiet place, very clean and everyone seems to really get along. The pedicure chairs look glorious. I will DEFINITELY be back for a pedicure. And I will treat my husband to one too! :)

I’ve been coming here, periodically, for over a year! Staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the facility is very clean and well run. Lili, my favorite nail technician, does a great job at making sure your nails look great, and even chooses colors she know will look best on you if you ask! I haven’t had a problem with anybody there and I would highly recommend coming in for a special occasions considering their a tad pricey. It’s entirely worth it though I promise!

Highly recommended! I made an appointment a day before and they could be able to fit me in. The salon takes Walk-ins too, but appointments are recommended during COVID. If you are worried about the safety of returning to the salon, you will feel completely and entirely safe at Beverly Nails Spa. They have sneeze guards for clients/technicians, they disinfect areas between clients, there is sanitizer everywhere, they ensure social distancing, so just a few customers at a time. Mask is required to enter to the salon. If you dont have it, they also sell them at front desk. I got my Pedicure, and it was perfect!

I love Beverly Nails Spa! Both of the last times I went, it was after I got off work in Johnston County and I arrived at about 5:45. I wanted a pedicure and a man acrylic fill-in, which knowing that they closed at 7, I thought I wouldn’t have time for both. Each time, I was happily encouraged to still come and never made to seem like I was annoying or inconveniencing by coming that late (which, I knew I was and was willing to reschedule my appointments). My services were not rushed to hurry and finish before closing and my technicians still were friendly and attentive to me and my experience. I appreciated that very much. Both times it was a little after 7 when I was finished drying and still no rushing or pushing me out. I actually decided to leave before they made me because I felt bad for keeping them too late!I also love the variety of their “pedicure” menu and always feel refreshed and satisfied. I will continue to come here!

I’ve been getting my nails done here by Lily since November 2018. She is so extremely attentive to detail when doing my nails - I’ve never had to ask her to make my nails thinner or fix an edge or anything, because she crafts each of them perfectly every time. With that said, I’m still in and out of the salon in the same amount of time as the other ladies! Lily has also become such a good friend to me and my mom while seeing her at the salon. If you want perfect nails every time, see Lily!

I went for a pedicure and dipping powder nails. The atmosphere is very clean, they change the plastic liner every customer. My nails are perfect, it lasts for about 3 weeks without chip or break. My tech did ensure Im happy with my nails. Very pleased.

I just stumbled across this salon and Im so glad that I did! I am also so happy with the services, environment, and staff! All of the technitions are great, but my go to person is Lily. She is so sweet and kind! She never pushes extra services on you, is so sweet to talk to, shapes your nail so it looks great on your hand, and helps you find the perfect nail color that you are looking for! I have been to almost other nail salons around Rex hospital area, this is the best nail place. Lots of color selection. With the dipping powder nails-SNS, and the Organic diamond Pedicure, my nails always look amazing and I feel so relaxed after I leave. This is truly a relaxing spa experience, you wont feel rushed in and out. Highly recommend.

This is one of those few places where they dont use their own nails to clean the excess of color on the borders of your nails. My nails were done by a guy...awesome work. He is very skilled and used a brush to remove the excess of color/clean the borders of my nails. Excellent!

Went here after a horrible experience at Pretty Nails on Creedmoor. I love this place. Tom did an excellent job and demonstrated excellent customer service. It’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I’ve found my new nail shop!

My gel manicure would chip in a week.When I get a manicure at Beverly Nails, it lasts three weeks . The spa is spotless with nice, soothing music so its very relaxing. Their pedicures are definitely a step above.As soon as you walk in and see their display of polish, you know this is a well run, nice place . They are very focused on service.

Fantastic job with My Ultra Spoiled Pedicures I just love it.Comeback today, they are super busy but I was seated on the pedicure chair around 10 minutes with a drink. I had an interesting conversation with my tech and feel good when I leave.

This was my first visit at Beverly Nails Spa. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and spacious it was. I went around 11am so there were not many customers in there. I asked if they could have me in and out by noon and she told me yes. They were very nice and even have a drink menu.I only went in for a fill in and color change. The nail technician did an excellent job on my nails. There were so many gel colors to choose from! The only downfall was that the gel polish began to chip a week after I got them done. It may or may not be my fault. I would definitely recommend this place to someone else.
