This place is absolutely amazing! My husband and I got massages and pedicures here and it was so relaxing. The lady who did my pedicure was an artist with it, I mean perfect! The ambiance is so tranquil as well, they were all nice and professional. We will definitely be going back!

I absolutely love relax foot spa. It is so quiet and has such a calming atmosphere. you will feel like you have transcended into some type of spa resort once you walk in here. I love to take as many girlfriends as I can when I go just to share the relaxing experience with them. I love to get the pedicure as well as the 30 minute massage. They really only deal with feet so dont go there with the expectation that you can also get a full set or even a manicure. They strictly only deal with feet and or massages from the knees down. They also do massages for your arms as well, however you dont get undressed for anything. The prices are a tad bit higher than average nail salons however the experience makes up for the cost and the calmness that will come over you as you are receiving the services. I always go here every year on my birthday as a gift to myself and it is well worth it! The staff are super nice and very attentive. If youve never been here before, I say treat yourself at least once on your birthday or for some special occasion and take yourself to the relax foot Spa. Oh, I also took all my bridesmaids for wedding prep! 😊

I have been to two other places to get a pedicure, and after each experience I thought I could take it or leave it.Not so with Relax Foot Spa! Today was my first time there, but it will not be my last!I chose the Mans foot spa with 30 minute reflexology and added a massage. My two companions got the girly deluxe package.It was worth the money!The house made us feel welcome, and the staff knows exactly what they are doing!The atmosphere is so relaxing! Two out of three of us fell asleep during the reflexology portion!They made me a believer! I need to go and get a pedicure with reflexology every month from them!My two friends were thrilled with their service as well.If I could, I would give them 10 Stars!

Received a wonderful 45 minute reflexology massage and pedicure. This establishment is not only very clean, following covid protocols, but also incredibly relaxing and inviting. All staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job and I will happily be returning again, maybe this time with my boyfriend in tow.

Went in to try out based on the reviews. The massage was horrible and it wasn’t professional or relaxing. She only rubbed the top of my arm and leg mostly way to fast so I couldn’t relax. When it was time for the pedicure the tech wasn’t correctly applying softener she put it all over my skin like lotion instead of just the cuticle area. The owner approached me but seems they weren’t really trained or licensed . I gave her a chance but once she shaved my foot two times without the proper technique ans softener I had to end it. Very clean but if you want a real massage and pedi this is not the place for you. The owner or manager was pleasant but the lady who was doing mine wasn’t and she definitely needs pedi classes. My boyfriends massage was bad to but his nail tech for the pedi part was okay. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECCOMEND! Won’t be returning and not worth the cost for the service . The massage cost 35 even after I stopped the pedi . Worst experience yet!Update : The excuse is they’ve been doing it fir ten years but they don’t know softener doesn’t go all over the top of your skin and toes . They also don’t know what they are doing . Save yourself this is far from a relaxing place. This a cheap rip off with untrained techs. I’ve went to school/ worked in the nail and hair industry for 10 yrs and I know better! This was a horrible response. If you want a real pedicure and massage DO NOT GO HERE !

They bring you into a private room with calm, smoothing music and the lights very dim. They put blankets on you while you lay back and relax in the recliner chairs. I recently came here for the first time after getting a gift card for an Ultimate Deluxe Girly pedicure and reflexology package. This was probably the most amazing spa experience of my life.They followed all Covid restrictions and recommendations (everyone wore a mask 100% of the time, they only seated every other chair, etc.), were friendly and communicative, had the most pleasant aesthetic (quiet noise, gorgeous decorations), and gave me just a truly wonderful experience overall.It started with aromatherapy and rose petals in my water and possibly the best pedicure Ive ever had, complete with mud mask and salt scrub (or sugar scrub, I dont know).Next, I had an ionic foot detox followed by a whole hour of reflexology with one of their masseurs. Ive never had a male massage therapist before and was uncomfortable at first, but he went out of his way to communicate when and where hed be massaging and always asked permission if he needed me to move clothing (just like rolling up my pants legs or moving my shoulder strap or whatever). I felt very safe and comfortable.Finally I had hot stones on my feet and calves and they finished with nail polish on my toes.I have never felt so pampered and relaxed after a pedicure. 12/10 would come again.

Great experience when Ive gone!

I came here after a long stressful work day needing to relax but I was not impressed. My nail tech seemed new or like she was still learning. It didn’t seem like she knew how to work the drill when taking off my gel polish as she kept drilling over my skin. A different women painted my nails who was extremely inexperienced. She left my big toe crooked so I asked her to fix and she ended up having to start over. Another women came to finish and it was better but still not great. My nails weren’t as clean as they should be after a pedicure and they coated the paint on so thick on one toe that it didn’t dry properly and messed up. This ended up not being so relaxing and left slightly frustrated. The massage was ok though but more just them rubbing oil up and down my foot and leg . The atmosphere was great and people were extremely nice but just need more practice or atleast mine did. I won’t be back

I have never had a bad experience here. It is a quiet, relaxing pedicure and massage spa. Emphasis on quiet!!! They really ensure that your service will be enjoyable. If something doesn’t meet your standards (which is rare), Chi Chi (owner) will do everything she can to make it right before you leave.The staff and techs are friendly, and helpful. Your service isn’t rushed and you are not treated like a number/ dollar sign.I recommend this place to everyone and I only go here for all my pedicures.

Very comfortable going there during this pandemic. We were told to wait in the car until they were ready for us. Took our temp upon entry, had to sanitize our hands before touching nail polish bottles. We had to wear masks. All employees wore masks and technicians had face shields. Highly recommend.

Doing these uncertain times when we are not sure what things we can do that are safe or not, but at this place, my husband and I was very comfortable and felt safe. Only available by appointment and must sign COVID-19 consent forms, temperature check upon arrival, and upon arrival call before u walk in, everyone must wear a mask, must sanitize your hands as soon as you come in, I also witness sanitizing chairs and equipment. I really enjoyed my pedicure and massage today. I felt that my massage therapist gave me the best and most thorough foot massage Ive ever had. The pedicure was also relaxing. Some people were talking loudly in the room beside me while I was getting my massage and my therapist went and addressed it. That being said, please respect the facilitys signs that ask that clients keep volume to a minimum. I feel that its disrespectful to staff and other customers to talk loudly. If you want to carry on like that, go elsewhere. I go to this facility for r&r. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be back.

During these times It can be really weary about going to a nail salon, but this place makes you feel really safe!! Upon entering they make you call before coming inside, take temperatures to make sure everyone inside is well, consent forms, and sanitizer everywhere. All the techs wore gloves/masks/shields. 🙏🏻 And I watched them clean literally every surface after customers get up. AMAZING, it was great service and I will be back!

I have been a client for years. Would not go anywhere else. One of the things I love is the quiet. So many places are a cacophony of voices. I go to relax. This is a perfect place for that. As for the service, no where else that I know of gives a minimum of 20 minutes worth of reflexology included in the pedicure. This place is second to none. It used to be you could walk-in, but the word is out; a reservation is a must! Enjoy!

I love this spa, it is always so good! They include 20 minutes of reflexology massage with your pedicure that is amazing on sore calves and feet. I have only had great experiences here. This is a spa experience and hidden gem. They do book fast and are busy on the weekends so appointments are needed usually.

If you are wanting a relaxed pedicure without the loudness of other nail salons plus a massage...this is the spot! Beautifully decorated & wonderful staff! I was in Durham for one day and decided to look up a place for foot massage. So glad I stumbled onto this wonderful place. From entry to exit I was treated and handled with care. The combination of reflexology and pedicure services take this place above the average pedicure salon. Well worth the price. I chose the relax spa pedicure with 30 minute reflexology and lavender salts. I drank white tea during the pedicure and fell asleep to calming music during my reflexology treatment, all the while surrounded by the sound of soft bubbling water and soothing aromas. No brash sounds of cell phones or loud talking allowed! I wished I lived in Raleigh-Durham. If I did, this would be my new go to place for my feet. Highly recommended. You can book online, but call if you find there are no available appointments online. There may be an opening.

I visited for the first time today. Everyone was thoroughly professional. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The leg and arm massage was so great. And my nails and feet look super. A pedicure is a splurge for me - maybe once a year - and I felt entirely pampered here.

I was told to come at 3 oclock but upon arrival my appointment was switched to 330 and the front lady was rude about it.

The ambiance here is amazing!!!! The 20 min massage I received took place in a quiet serene room with low lighting and soft music. I also received a pedixure... which was done miraculously. Except, I would have liked the nail tech to use one more coat of colored polish in order to solidify the color and make it pop just a bit more. In conclusion the experience was just so peaceful and relaxing.

This is my spot. No one else touches my feet. Once I came here there was no need to go anywhere else. The relaxed atmosphere and the reflexology is amazing.

I highly suggest this spa for a pedicure! I made an appointment and went on a weekday night. I was seen promptly by the staff at the front desk and immediately taken to my chair. There were two women who oversaw my treatment here and both were phenomenal!The spa has a very relaxing vibe. The staff have done amazing things to the inside of the space to make it feel like it is not in the middle of a busy shopping district. Quietness is a rule there and it makes the experience that much more relaxing, especially in our loud/busy lives these days.I will definitely be back.

Ill start with the atmosphere. They play light music and keep the lights dim. Its pretty quiet (but not eerily so) and the decorations are Asian inspired. I was taken quickly to my spot for my pedicure (but the website does state that you should allow yourself extra time because their appointments often run over). I appreciate the care that was taken to ensure the job as done in full (calluses removed, cuticles cut etc.) and not doing it in a hurried fashion. After your pedicure, youre taken to another, private, area for your reflexology massage. This room was a bit too cold for me but the large beach towel they provide helps with that (not sure if thats the point of the towel though). The reflexology its definitely nice and relaxing as well. After that, youll go back to the open room to get your nail color. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend and return to this place.

I stumbled upon Relax Foot Spa recently and signed up for a pedicure with Lemon Grass essential oil and an hour reflexology foot massage.Heaven!!! I was so relaxed and comfortable. The service team is always so professional and dedicated to ensuring your experience is an amazing one. Wonderful job every time! I definitely recommend visiting this place. Make sure it is the one over in Brier Creek. Same location as to where the Walmart is located. You will be relaxed, happy and glad you did.

WOW! This place is amazing! Definitely not a typical foot spa. Its dim lit and quiet. They offer drinks including wine. Its more of an experience that a pedicure. Very nice and quiet music. I absolutely LOVE it. I will definitely be back!!!

Tried out the Deluxe Girly Foot Reflexology spa package today after the place was recommended to me by a few friends. It was a wonderful experience and well worth it. Service was considerate and impeccable. Absolutely no complaints. I was even pleasantly surprised when the fragrances (essential oils, herbal/floral scents) floating around were mild enough to not cause me any discomfort as Im usually rather sensitive. I will definitely treat myself there again!

This place is awesome if you are looking for a more elaborate pedicure! They specialize in foot reflexology, and anytime you get a pedicure you get a miniature foot reflexology massage in a separate cushioned chair in a private room.The prices are great, it’s the same as your typical nail place but the value is much better for what you get!!I would recommend asking for “P” for your nail technician, she was super sweet and helpful and did a great job on my nails, definitely going the extra mile to make sure it’s perfect and to your liking!

I will give them another chance as I can tell the owners have integrity and care about their customers experience and those qualities are important to me in a business.I did enjoy my pedicure and like how the atmosphere is set for a relaxing and quiet visit. I will re-assess my star rating when I visit again.

Absolutely AMAZING! This is Raleighs best kept secret. The massage technicians are outstanding and very professional along with the nail technicians. The atmosphere is set for relaxing. I recommend this to everyone within 30 miles maybe even 60 miles because its definitely worth the drive. They even showed us how we can save money with different specials they offer.

This place is AMAZING! I visited for the first time today with a friend, who is a frequent client, and I quickly realized why she loves Relax Foot Spa so much. First, note that they have a cell phone policy that requires you to put phones in silent or vibrate mode while receiving services. Second, the lights are dim throughout your visit, which adds to the calm, relaxing feel of the spa.I got a 30-minute foot massage and 15-minute chair massage, both of which were awesome. I walked in planning to get a longer chair/back massage, but the associate at the reception desk was honest and said anything longer than 15 minutes would probably be too painful for me. Boy, was he right! The massage was quite thorough and a lot of pressure was used, which was great for helping me to de-stress. I feel so much more relaxed and loose since my massage this afternoon. The foot spa was equally wonderful. At the end of the massage, a warm stone was used on my feet, which felt awesome. The customer service here is also TOP NOTCH! I plan to visit again for a pedicure soon.

Been wanting to write a review since we came a few weeks ago. This place is amazing. All the staff were very nice and did great jobs on both of us. Atmosphere was nothing like your typical nail salon, even better. Although only some were fluent in english (not a big deal); other than that we will definitely be back and looking forward to it.

Relaxing, clean and quite. GREAT quality AND value. Everything you want from a pedicure. Ive been here twice in the past year and both times have been impressed. It is quite and dimly lit so you can fully relax. They encourage you to relax with spa music and decor. The massage chairs and additional chair massage are fantastic and my pedicure feels and looks great.

I had a pedicure and hot stone massage on Sunday. By Monday afternoon, one toe was totally bare and one toe looked like the nail polish had a hole in it. Pretty much all I did between getting the pedicure and having it disappear was eat dinner, go to sleep, and drive in the car, so were not talking about normal nail polish-destroying activities. The massage was nice and the place is relaxing, but ultimately I paid $50 for a full pedicure that lasted less than 24 hours. Would not recommend. Im not particularly local and was visiting with a friend (who, by Thursday, was also missing a whole toes worth of polish 🤦), or Id go in and at least get it fixed. Frustrating.

5-Star All The Way - From An Exceptionally Picky Person! I decided to treat my husband and I to a pedicure the last day of our Thanksgiving vacation. We had the whole family to our house (all 15+) for Thanksgiving and after hours and hours of getting the house ready and hours and hours of cleaning up after the party - we were beat. I am VERY, VERY picky and have my salon that I have gone to for 9 years and vow it is the best place in Raleigh. It is a 20 minute drive for me and I am committed to them... but they were not open today so I decided to take a risk and book our treat time here. I can not say anything other than 5-star all the way. I loved the atmosphere. It is not super fancy like a hotel or anything like that, but extremely relaxing environment and you forget the outside world when going in. We both got a pedicure with massage. They sat us in a super comfy room, low lit room with recliners and then we got parrffin wax on our feet. Then the massage experts came in the room and gave us both hand and arm massages (which we did not expect) PLUS our leg and foot massages. After 15 minutes of that, we were off the pedicure area. Then I can honestly say I got the best pedicure of my life which is saying something - I have 20 years experience behind my belt. SO I will definitely try this place again.
