Amazing place was very clean and did exactly what i asked for just overall amazing

Today was my first visit. I received great service and I had a wonderful experience today at La Beauté. My nail tech Lissette was very patient and kind and did an amazing job with my nails. I’ll definitely be back again!

I love this place. It took me a long time to find a nail tech and Lissette is my girl. I have been going here for my nails for at least 2 years now and she never lets me down. I moved about an hour away and I still drive to see her for my nails!

Very friendly staff. The lady I saw was super nice and held conversation with me. She wasnt pushy to upcharge any sales. She definitely made me want to go back for future appointments. My daughter loved her tech that did her nails as well. This definitely will be our go to place now.

The nail technician act like to she really didnt wanna be there. Didnt make me feel welcome at all. Ive been in this establishment before and HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. LISSETT and NOMEI are the best. If a customer doesnt know west they want..... you have to make them want it without evening knowing it!

Horrible experience, 1 week later and $70 nails are chipped and 4 lifting, 1 broken In so much pain, pictures available. Would like a refund but the customer service here would never give me a dime back so I’m going through my bank.

The shop is beautiful and extremely clean. The hospitality is amazing and they make you feel so comfortable. They offer a variety of beverages. They are kind and patient with you (I had my 2 year old son with me and they understood that although he was in his stroller, I would have to pause to tend to him for a few seconds). The ladies here really know their craft and I was highly impressed with all of the up to date nail techniques that they know. I have been going to nail salons bi-weekly for over 15 years and the quality of the work at La Beaute has been the best I have experienced. The work was well done, fast, and very affordable. Best nail salon in Raleigh. (I have been to 7 in this town alone). I have lost count of the amount of compliments I have gotten on my nails. I recommend them to everyone. I found my permanent nail salon at La Beaute.

I called and scheduled four appointments and the appointment was confirmed for 4:30 pm and an hour or so before appointment they called and said there was only ONE appointment available!! Earlier the appointment was only written down but not put into scheduler! That’s terrible customer service and what makes it worse is this was for my daughters sweet 16! They lost FOUR potential clients due to laziness and incompetency! I am NOT HAPPY with the level of customer service provided!

This was my first time going to this shop. Noemi was nice and my nails look great!! I will be going back!

I went a month ago for the first time and I absolutely love Lissette and Noemi! They are excellent nail techs and there service is awesome! Love my nails and they last up to 4 weeks!!! You don’t feel like another dollar to them, they treat you with the upmost respect and hospitality.... I’m all set up with my filling appointment soon with there website online booking fast and easy, can’t wait!

I love Neomi she is very professional. this place does really good nail art.. I would recommend her to anyone. the shop is really clean and well kept...

Didnt like the customer service.

The person who did my nails, Arianny Guerrero gave me attitude. I asked aquestion about their gel polish and she got upset. She wasnt nice after that. I did not receive good customers service. I will not be going back there.
