Absolutely LOVE this place. I refuse to go anywhere else. Nikki and Nathalie are my go-to for pedicures and acrylics. Nikki is super amazing to talk to and always does an awesome job!! Nathalie gets the design I want spot on every time she makes it look beautiful with her own special touches and design. Highly recommend if you want a personal nail salon. They always remember me and pick up conversation from last visit. I’d give more stars if I could!! Love them!!

I was actually referred to Nathali by one of her loyal clients who raves about her work. I was told I could book through social media. Last Friday I reached out to her about an appointment. She in turn responded and asked for what service and I told her. I also sent a photo of what my nails look like currently per her request. She asked what day. I said Monday the 17th anytime between 11-3pm. She gave me the time of 1pm. Not only did she NOT show up but the techs there acted totally unbothered which is totally unprofessional! The lady barely was talking to me had the attitude of why was I still standing there. Very very RUDE! I will post this review everywhere possible. It was unfortunate that in a place of business the common goal wasn’t just to appreciate a potential consumer but care less because it’s not “their problem”And I’ve seen your responses to many negative reviews. Don’t hate the truth. Because that’s all I speak. And Nathali of this was intentional it’ll come back to you.GOOD DAY!!

This place I was told do good work. Went for a polish change and two designs.I see something wrong with charging me $30 for a gel polish change. That didnt even include the design.

I used to love this place and Lily was the best! She may ran behind a little bit once and a while for my appointment, but always found someone to soak off my gel while she finished. The new owner must not care about the regulars, when I arrived promptly for my appointment the girl at the front seating area asked me what I wanted. I explained I had an appointment, told me to take a seat... and there I sat for over a half hour. Never again... time to find a new place.

I went and got a fill in on Thursday by Saturday my polish was chipping and I was missing 2 gems. So on Monday I went and got them fixed. It is now WEDNESDAY and I’m missing another gem and my index finger is missing all the gel polish. Anywhere else I’ve been I haven’t had this problem. Will not be going back.

Came in for a mens pedicure with my partner. The price is good for the area, $27.00 for the classic pedicure. The ladies who did the pedicure were professional, friendly and diligent. I wish I got their names, but I will definitely be going back again. The leg massage was a nice touch.

The shop is under new management and you will be satisfied and happy with the new owner. My nails are really long and been searching for a place in Raleigh that can accommodate at a fair price. This is the place! Been in Raleigh 10 years and finally found a nail salon I love. Friendly staff, clean equipment and professional. The reviews before must be under the old management. The name is the same but the entire staff is new and polite.

I love coming here. They take American Express for a dollar fee. I have been 5 or 6 times so far. I went when it wasnt busy and got the girl to give me my manicure while in the massage chair. That is my idea of being spoiled.

Whenever I come late, they happily service me even if it runs pass closing time . If you want your eyebrows done, make sure you ask for Nikki! She never disappoints.

Love this place! The new owner Lily is top notch, and you honestly couldnt ask for a better person to do your nails. Ive done SNS nails (with the powder), pedicures, and eyebrow waxes. I have been several times over the past couple of months and have yet to be disappointed. My nails start good for 3+ weeks and Im brutal on my nails playing sports, typing, and doing house work.If you need a new regular spot, this is it!

I do not write reviews ever....but this is something I had to get out there for people to know.Whenever I get my nails done, I make a courteous effort to get to know the nail tech who is doing my nails if they feel like talking. The conversation started off with both of us asking each other where we were from, to which I responded courteously. She mentioned she was from Vietnam, a country I find fascinating, and I asked her if she had any family there like I do in India. The conversation escalated to her yelling No! I have no family there and continued to go on an inappropriate and unprofessional rant about Vietnamese Govt for a solid 10 minutes.I sat there quietly saying nothing to trigger her and her voice got louder and louder as she continued to sloppily apply nail polish and attempted scraping it off my small, sensitive hands and making me bleed, THREE times. My natural nails were also shaved down with their spinning tool to something resembling thin tracing paper, my nails were not shaped to coffin ( its straight up square shaped ), all while continuing to bash the Vietnamese govt. and most likely taking her frustrations out on me as she was doing my nails.I quickly tried to change the topic of conversation by talking about the weather. She acknowledged the poor weather, and then immediately continued to rant to herself and pushed her rant further, specifically saying America is for white people and they dont care about us or no black people ( Verbatim. These were her exact words which shocked me ). The ENTIRE salon was DEAD silent after she said this. At this point, I just wanted to get my nails done and over with and leave the hostile environment. She finished my nails, leaving me with 6 hurting fingers, 3 of which were bleeding, square shaped nails instead of coffin shaped, and the feeling of anxiety in what turned into a hostile environment from a conversation that started with us asking each other where we were from. I paid my $30 and left only a 10% tip ( what I personally felt like she had earned from me ) and walked out.I am never stepping foot there EVER again.

I am typically not the one to complain or go out of my way and write a review, however, this nail salon is horrible. Last Sunday I came into the salon to get a gel manicure and pedicure because I was going on vacation. I had a busy day and was kinda of in a rush, however, I was at this nail salon for about 3 and a half hours!!! The man that did my pedicure was nice but probably never did a pedicure in his life, it was awful I still left feeling dead skin on my feet. I had to get a fake toe on my toenail because mine fall off from someone stepping on it months ago. I guess thats why I had to wait 3 hours because only the owner knew how to do artificial nails. The young lady that did my nails was in a rush because it was past closing time. Not once did I hear anyone say Im sorry about the wait or thank you for being patient. The salon was understaffed and the workers did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I paid and left and told myself I would never be back. However, while I was on vacation, 3 days after I got my nails done, the fake toe I had put on fall off. I was upset because I was at the beach with no toenail (the whole point I went to get a pedicure in the first place) but knew that when I got back to town I would go back and they would fix it. I got back in town Saturday night and went to the salon on Sunday around 12:30 right when they opened. The owner that put the fake toe on was there and I explained to her what happened, she rudely said that it fall off because it has no toenail to hold onto. She then asked me if I wanted it fixed. I said yes, thats why I am here. She told me to have a seat and someone would be with me soon. Again, they did not have a lot of staff. I was in the salon again for another 2 hours waiting to be seen. Finally when I was about to leave, the owner says thats going to be five dollars. I tried not to lose it, I said I paid the other day, I am not going to pay again. She looked at me and waved her arm up and said Fine, bye. It was very unprofessional and the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Customer service goes a long way and this salon does not have it. Dont waste your time or your money here. I will never be back!!! WORST SALON IN RALEIGH!

Just went there and Lily (the new owner) was amazing! Definitely going to be going back for SNS Dipping and to take advantage of their pedicure specials! I have only ever done gel polish before but SNS is awesome and Lily took amazing care of me and wish we could give more than five stars.

They do a great job, but sometimes getting a manicure and a pedicure can take 2 and a half hours.

It was okay, but the gel polish on my thumb was very bumpy and is chipping. Idk, if I will be going back. If you see the side, it looks a bit serrated. I didnt notice it when I left.

The worst nail shop iv been too I asked for short simple square cut nails and ended up having fat square marshmallow looking shaped nails? Absolutely ridiculous never going back. The whole staff changed and I highly recommend for no one to waste their money.

I have been getting my nails done regularly here for a while and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Nikki knows exactly what i like. She takes her time and treats your hands as if they are her own. The staff always asks if im thirsty and go above and beyond to make sure i have a good visit. The atmosphere is always so nice and clean. They have soothing hits playing in the background and always try to accommodate everyone equally. My little 4 year old enjoys her pedicures, tremendously. She feels like a big girl and they treat her like a little customer. I enjoy all our conversations, even with the language barrier. This is the place to go.

I went to get my eyebrows touched up I told the lady I want to keep my tail long and just clean it up... this lady makes me look like her! Then laughed about it! My eyebrows are so thin and my left brow is almost gone and not to mention they are uneven PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE AT ALL!

Extremely dissatisfied with the pedicure I received today. My water was cold, even after repeatedly asking for a warmer temperature. I was not offered anything but a regular pedicure. The male employee extremely rough -ie squeezed my ankles tightly rather than verbally asking me to “life my feet” etc. to the point where I had to ask him to stop. I usually don’t have issues with my pedicures at this location, but they lost a customer today.

I have recieved excellent service from the staff at Luxor Spa on Glenwood Avenue. Specifically, Diu is wonderful!!! Each and every time she works with me- Dui uses care, patience, and attention to detail! She also works with my young daughter - and gives her perfect princess treatment. We love Luxor Spa- and we don’t have a reason to go anywhere else!

I have been to other nail places before and my nails never lasted like they do here .I get my pedicures here too and it is a really nice experience. Moved to Raleigh recently so Ive been trying new nail salons and decided to give this salon a go since it was convenient and in a safe location. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted warmly and asked what service I needed. I opted for a pedicure and a full acrylic set. I was immediately seated into the pedicure chair and offered a drink and everyone spoke English which made it easy to describe what I needed. Hence why I gave them 1 star. Needless to say, The pedicure was great. The young lady had great conversation, took her time and I thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure experience and for $27, you cant beat it. Hence the second star. My experience went downhill after that when the young man began my acrylic full set. He first off had trouble gluing on the false nails. Having to take one off by force which hurt. Then struggled to apply the acrylic which dripped all over my cuticles and underneath my nails. His paint job was subpar and for $45 ($30 for full set and $15 for gel polish), I left completely baffled as to how my nails could look so ugly for such a high price. Ive attached pics. Welp, I gave them a try, and I wont let anyone there touch my hands, but Id come back for a pedicure anyday.

I Made a appointment at 730 just for them to close early with no phone call. Thank you for wasting my time. You guys just close whenever you want to. I’ll never come here again.

Rudest people in the world. i have tried going to them 4 times now for different things and everyone has been rude and none of my purchases have been good. gel manicure, terrible. eyebrows, she got wax in my hair then said “it’s a weave you can cut it” even though my hair is all natural from my head. not good. would not recommend to a dog.
