I love the service I get every time. I always schedule with Mary for dip-in powder manicures. she always does a great job. I have attached a few pictures of the sets she has done for me. Besides the quality of the work, she always has time to set an appointment with me. I have also done a pedicure with her and it was relaxing and my toes looked so cute with the white nail polish. I genuinely recommend coming to this nail salon and requesting Mary. If she happens to not be able no worries, all of her other co-workers there also have a great attitude. So you really can’t go wrong coming here, you’ll receive good service.

Alynna is the best… she’s always available when I need her and she makes it super easy to schedule and make my designs come to life! Her craftsmanship is stellar and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Not to mention they always offer me wine or soda when I come High Park Nails atmosphere is amazing! Highly recommend this place for friendly, sanitary nails and pedis.

Mary usually does my nails and does a great job :) I usually do dip and they last me a very long time I also love their pedicures. They are by far one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever been to and love their neutral tones.

Had a great pedicure yesterday at HighPark Nail Spa! We called ahead and were told to come within an hour. The nail techs were sweet and kind and gave us both excellent foot and calf massages and treatments (we opted for the Deluxe pedicures, well worth the extra $10), and did a great job with our toe nails! The fully reclining massage chairs are amazing and the complimentary wine/water is a great touch! The salon is clean and we didn’t feel rushed. I will definitely be going back!

I have been coming to High Park nails for many years and I like the services they offer. When I was there recently I noticed they use timers that are obnoxiously loud when you are trying to relax. It seems they could use vibrate on their phones to alert them your time is up. Please ask patrons not to talk on cell phones during their appointment. Texting is fine but taking is disruptive to other patrons. They need to replace some of the chairs and remotes. They are in different states of disrepair.

I have been going to HighPark Nail Spa for years for manicures and pedicures. They have always done a wonderful job and all of the staff is equally great. The environment is lovely and I highly recommend them.

Love high park! I have been coming for years and am never disappointed. The chair reclines back and they massage your legs for 8 minutes with the classic package and 10/12 for the upgraded packages. Great prices and Its always worth it!

I just had one of the best mani-pedis in my life at HighPark Nail Spa. The salon is very clean, spacious, and quiet. The pedicure chairs are the most comfortable Ive experienced and the finished work was perfect. Ruby was talented and most of all she was lovely. Ive found MY place.

Really like this Nail Salon. I am pretty picky about my nails and have been very pleased with 3 different technicians. Multiple people have done my gel pedicure and I have been very happy with the results. I’ve asked them to try some different things like ombre pink & white and they have always tried to accommodated my requests. I usually make an appointment to avoid waiting. Their color selection is vast and they offer organic polishes as well although I always get gel polish so I’m completely dry before I go.

Really clean. We enjoy going there. Nice massaging chairs.

This place was horrible. No one greeted you when you walked in. Didn’t get back into the pedicure chair until 35 minutes after my appointment and then was just left there to sit an additional 10 mins. Feet weren’t even soaking while waiting. Got my gel taken off my nails and the regular manicure was terrible and the paint job even worse. Avoid this place!

First time I have been to a nail salon since the pandemic started in March. I was favorably impressed with all their precautions. I felt very safe. And my nail technician did a wonderful job. It was such a quiet and relaxing time.

I went in for a dip manicure, and left with six of 10 fingers bleeding! The technician used the wrong tip for the buffing tool and dug the drill into my nail beds. Instead of using a serum to stop the bleeding when he nicked me the first time, he just kept drilling. The wounds are so significant, it leaves my nail beds vulnerable to get infected.I’ve reached out twice now for a refund with zero response.Awful experience, I will not be going back.

Came here with my future MIL and was not disappointed. We were greeted, told their would be a slight wait and offered a drink. We had an apt for 11:15am but we didnt get seated for 15-20min until seats were available. They go off of when you sign into the arrival book. We both got the classic pedicures which consisted of a cuticle shaping, callus removal, leg massage, and nail polish application. My technician gave a very good leg massage. Both of our technicians did a good job with the nail polish. Glad we came here would definitely come back again.Edit 6/19 Will keep coming back here since the service is incredible and the designs are on point. Added a picture to show the quality. I love HighPark Nail Spa! I go to see Jenna and she is the best! I get dip nails and a pedicure from Jenna every 3 weeks. When I go in to get my nails done, its not because they are broken or chipping off. I go to see her every 3 weeks because my nails are healthy and have grown out so long. She is patient and takes her time to make sure they are perfect every single time. She is an absolute perfectionist! I also love the fact that I get credit for my visits and earn free pedicures. The chairs lay back when youre getting your pedicure and I almost fall asleep every visit because its so very relaxing. Ask for Jenna! You will love her!

The first time I went to High Park, it was actually due to my appointment at another salon being double booked. I was going out of town so I desperately needed a mani/pedi - two amazing techs at High Park stayed an hour late just to accommodate me. Ive been a returning customer ever since.High Park is very professional, clean and they do an amazing job. They follow Covid protocols very well. I go to Alynna who always takes her time and ensures I am happy with my shape/color/length etc. They have a wide variety of colors and techniques and their massage chairs are the absolute best!

Let me start with this, TEN MINUTE leg massage during pedicures. Not only is it ten minutes, but the chair reclines all the way back so you can enjoy your massage and just relax.The nail techs are helpful and polite and I trust I’ll get a great service no matter which nail tech is assigned to me.I’ll take some pictures next time I’m there. It can get pretty busy so if you have a tight schedule make sure you make an appointment ahead of time.

Simply the best! My shellac manicures last for almost three weeks when Alynna does them. If I go anywhere else, I’m lucky if they last ten days. She is always efficient, responsive, and does the best job! Highly recommend.

This is the best place to get a pedicure in Raleigh and honestly beyond. Any time I travel and get a pedicure I wish I had just gone to High Park before I left. The deluxe pedicure comes w pick 2 of paraffin wax, mask or hot stones. You also get a 10 minute massage per leg. The chairs are amazing and they recline all the way down for the massage. You can have a glass of wine or diet coke. Most importantly they do a great job and when I get my toes done here it tends to last well beyond the average pedicure.

“MICKEY IS AN EXCELLENT TECH” she UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WANTED, great TOE NAIL POLISHED.However, the receptionist was not friendly and was very RUDE after I requested another tech because the man tech not good or understood my requests.

I’ve been going there for years and I finally found someone I liked (Nina) and once she didn’t do them anymore they have been horrible. I got my nails done today and asked for the same color gel on my nails as my toes and they are completely different. My nails are pink and my toes are orange. The staff and environment are amazing but this isn’t the only time this has happened.

They did a powder and changed me $60 and my friend went there and was charged $ 40 its ok no good place

I will never go to another nail spa in Raleigh! Grace is wonderful. My shellac manicure has lasted over 3 weeks with no chips or tarnish at all. the salon is very clean, the chairs are comfortable and they provide drinks if needed! :)

Except for the long wait, I loved my first experience here! Hidden gem kind of off the beaten path. We made appointments but still had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated. However, the pedicure was probably the best I’ve ever had - just got a regular pedicure but still got a full lower leg massage and foot massage, and the full recliner seats are unique and cool. They also offer wine while you get your nails done if you’re interested.

I enjoyed the message chair and the technician who completed my pedicure. What I did not like was the deception in pricing. There are different prices listed when you book, visit the website services page and when you walk in. I came expecting to pay one price but was charged another. I will not return as they do not operate in integrity.

Made an appointment for 4:00 earlier in the week, knowing it would be busy for Easter. At 4:30 there was no sign of open chairs and people still ahead of us. Was very excited to have a hot stone massage pedicure, but not worth not respecting customers time. Went to Hayes Barton Nail down the street, was seated right away, and had a great experience! Go there first next time!

First time visiting. VERY MEDIOCRE WORK from nail tech named Grace. LESS THAN A WEEK LATER I NEEDED A FILL-IN. Took about 2 hours for this I paid $55 to try dip powder for the first time which I was assured would last long but did not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The salon was nice however the customer service failed. The constant speech and the crowd of other technicians snickering around me was very unsettling I was not impressed. The nail tech did not begin speaking until it was time for me to pay i did tip $7 regardless .

Not a great massage or overall experience. The girl was awkwardly caressing my feet/legs but looking off into the direction totally zoned out. Asked her to stop and just paint my nails so I could get outta there. This is my third time here and won’t give it another shot. Haven’t been blown away by any of the mani/pedis I’ve received here. Bummed bc it is not an inexpensive place and b the ratings are so good I was expecting better.

Great place, very quiet, so relaxing, soft piano music playing, wine if you wish. Not only do the chairs massage they also recline into a bucket bed. Hard not to fall asleep while getting a pedicure

Excellent mail salon. It smells clean. The staff are very friendly. They offer you a drink as soon as you are seated in one of their fabulous massage chairs. There is relaxing spa music in the background. They have a great nail color selection. Their service menu is beautiful and ready to read. Their prices are reasonable. This is my favorite nail salon in the Raleigh area.

Let me preface this by saying I am not the type of person to do this sort of thing at all but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon.I called at 6:30 (they close at 7:30) to see if they had any availability/time for a gel pedicure, he asked how long it would take me to get there and I said I could be on the way now so about 10 minutes, he said okay and just hung up. So I got to there and checked in and the man behind the counter said pick out your color, so I looked left and right to see where the gel polish was, he pointed to a basket beside him and acted like I was stupid for not seeing it in the first place. I was again treated like I was stupid when I sat down in the lobby instead of going to a chair when I was never told to do so. The second I sat down I felt immediately uncomfortable. The chair itself wasn’t comfortable and went up and around all weird. I’m short so it had to be pushed all the way up and I couldn’t sit all the way back. Was never offered a drink. My entire pedicure felt rushed. From the time I sat down to the time he started polishing my nails was all of 20 mins max. He never asked if I wanted my nails cut shorter or filed, he didn’t ask me a single question about how I wanted my toes done. He was also rushing me so hard about picking my color. Being so uncomfortable in the chair and having to balance the basket on my knee was making it really difficult to even enjoy the experience at all. The polish turned out okay. But honestly the entire experience was awful and awkward. I will not be returning 😕

I have been to this nail salon twice now and they have amazing equipment, relaxing music playing while you can enjoy your glass of wine they also have awesome customer service!The last time I got my gel nails done here they lasted several weeks and looked good without chipping. I highly recommend this place!

One of my favorite nail places. Everyone is very nice and professional and the massage chairs are wonderful. The only drawback is that sometimes when you make reservations, they still run late by about 15 minutes.

Never will I ever go back they are so embarrassing. I made reservations a month ago for my baby shower, when we got there the staff was so rude they rushed us out even started mopping the floors I will NEVER recommend this place ever..Why book an appointment for an event that you werent going to be professional doing.

The lady Jenni was so nice but she cant do nails. I told her I wanted acrylic nails & she kept persuading me to get gel that didnt last they broke a week later & she charged me $40 which wasnt worth that price. She kept telling me gel last longer. Well clearly they dont lol and she made them too short. Never going back again

Raleigh ladies, HighPark Nail Spa is a new little spot in Five Points and its amazing! Went in to celebrate making it through the first week of the new school year and was met with a glass of wine and an amazing pedicure. Sometimes I feel like nail places are just rushing to get you in and out as quickly as possible, and that was definitely not the case here! Seriously, next time you want your nails done, try this place and ask for Nancy!

I love HP nails! They have great customer service and everything in there is very clean. My gel manicure from HP lasts longer than from other nail salons. Only downside is that it is very crowded during peak times, but they can still usually get you in and out in a reasonable time frame!

Made a reservation per recommended by my friend, and still had to wait about 10 minutes, but they were definitely busy. It was worth it! They give you a very lengthy message with the pedicure, as it should be what you are paying for, and also the seats recline fully horizontal! So relaxing. They also have nail polish brands besides China Glaze, OPI, and Essie. They have Zoya, which I believe is cruelty free, so that is awesome!!!

Props to them for taking lavish time to complete once they get you in. I went a second time because a birthday party I attended there before was impressive. The most important thing is that the person who actually completed my pedicure did a good job with shaping the nails. However, I was very disappointed with no greeting when I arrived and being passed over as others walked in. I walked out, and a lady said she was ready for me. Something that was alarming was that while I received my manicure, another technician came to get the emery board that my technician used on me to use on another guest. The wine was good, but I think I will go back to my home salon--for everything--from now on.

Literally the worst experience. Unprofessionalism. I asked for a new set (acrylic), the lady asked me why I wanted a new set because apparently the nails I had on were still “good”. Ended up just getting a huge cut down and fill in..... this was the worst fill in job ever. She just kept layering and layering the product, and my nails ended up looking bumpy and thick. Mind you, they’re short baby nails now, and they look like they did the 100 layers of nail polish challenge. Smh. It took nearly 30 minutes just to paint the damn nails! They’re short as hell. No reason I should be sitting there for 2 and a half hours and leave unsatisfied. And unsatisfied is definitely an understatement. They gave me a 10% discount but I really don’t think I should’ve had to pay a dime. This is crazy.. I’m truly perplexed about the way my nails look. I can’t even fathom to look at them. Sad. I could’ve done a better job. They just wasted my time. Don’t let them waste yours, or your money.

Awesome pedicure! Super comfortable chairs that recline all the way back. Very relaxing. I get very bad calluses, and she took the time to really work on them. My feet feel softer than they have in a long time!! Also got my eyebrows waxed, and although it seemed very fast and I was concerned by that, they look pretty good! If I were just rating on the brows, Id give 4/5 but the experience was awesome overall.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. This place is insanely overpriced for no reason at all. the quality of my nails and feet is no different than a cheap nail salon. I’ve been to “upscale” nail salons that were cheaper and had WAY better results. There was a nail tech that had a horrible attitude I did not get her name.I came here to North Carolina for my sisters wedding and we booked our nail services with them and the services were rushed. My mother was cut by a nail tech because she was extremely rough. My niece as well got a manicure and pedicure and the nail tech herself put my neice’s shoes on prematurely and messed up feet up and never fixed it. We waited for about 45 mins for her toe to be fixed and another nail tech had to fix it. The customer service sucks here. Save your money and go somewhere else that is willing to take the time out and ensure u are having a relaxing experience. I would not recommend this salon. Take your business else where!

I was upset to see a negative review on Jenny. A personal experience doesn’t define the person or their skill set. I go to Jenny every two weeks and have regretted the time or two I’ve settled for someone besides her. She works in a timely manner and always delivers exactly what I ask for. Would highly recommend her and the salon !

Interesting ..... I arrived at 7:05 pm on a Thursday night, the website says they’re open until 7:30pm. I walked in with a pleasant smile, the women behind the counter did not greet me, instead she said something in Vietnamese /Chinese to one of the other workers and the girl looked up while doing someone else’s nails and said “ we’re closed”. I was stunned, by the lack of customer service. I stated that the only reason I came in because their open sign was lit. I walked out and realized, not only was I not greeted but no one acknowledged me at all! I may have wanted to schedule an appointment or get my eyebrows waxed. Bottom line they DID not want my business . I understand less than a half an hour for a pedicure may be pushing it but to not ask a customer what they need was VERY rude. When I looked around and saw their clientele, it hit me, they prejudged me from the minute I walked in and decided they didn’t want my business. I have to note: I have never seen this much disrespect in regards to service. It appears that they cater to a specific clientele. Look at the reviews, if the person does not look like you.... you are not wanted here.

When receiving the Deluxe Manicure, which included a neck massage, the girl dripped massage oil all over my expensive down coat which left oil spots all over it that were not removable, ruining the coat. I emailed High Park Nail Spa allowing them a chance to demonstrate accountability for the incident. The response from Johnny Lee was I am sorry about that. I believe you can wash it out. I’ll tell them to be more careful next time. Johnny Lee you clearly dont know about oil stains, nor have any sense of customer service. I am definitely not coming back and neither are my friends.

I have been here 3 times. The first time, I went a good hour and a half before closing time - it was raining out. A technician walked to the door, as I was about to open it, and changed the sign to closed and just shook her head - kind of asking me to leave - it was very rude of her, and I felt insulted, but I let it go. I did decide to give them another chance - I got a manicure and a guy did a great job - he fixed cracked nails, and did a thorough job. So I went there a third time. This technician was manning the phone, reception desk and was also on a personal call for the most part. She was extremely distracted and really did a terrible job. It was the first time I got a shellac, where the polish came off the next day! And through the week, the polish has actually peeling off in layers! I really wanted to like this place, but if you appreciate any amount of customer service, this is not the place for you.

I go see Jenny every two weeks. She is amazing! So sweet and patient. Helps me pick out a color every time. I’ve broken a nail in the past and she has fixed it for me at no cost. Definitely recommend her. And there’s complimentary wine which makes getting your nails done 10x better

I have liked this place in the past because their chairs are the best! Today I was not at all pleased. The technician who did my pedi forgot to add on the 5 minutes of massage that I requested. I’m still not sure whether I paid for it or not. Also, my cuticles look awful after my mani. They recently raised their prices too. I will not be back.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. I HAVE BARELY HAD MY NAILS ON FOR A WEEK (ACRYLIC) AND THE GEL POLISH HAS STARTED TO LIFT UP AND PEEL. They are amazing! I have never had to wait longer than 10 mins, even without an appointment. Their gel manis consistently last me longer than when any other salon does it. Pedicure chairs and services are top-notch, and the wine is a nice touch.

I got my nails done here about a week ago and they had super basic products, and nothing I asked for, so I had to settle. The quality of my nails are terrible. My gel polish on acrylic nails is peeling off after ONLY a week and my acrylic is cracking. Waste of money. Will never go here again.

Had a 1230 appt. for three. 115 and just getting started for two of us. Third still waiting. Have had great service in the past but clearly overbooked today. Had to sit in separate seats so not even sitting together. A regular customer but will not be back.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!I called and made an appointment for 5:30, staff asked if we could come in at 5:15 and we accommodated them. When we (2 people) arrived, no one said hello or acknowledged our existence. After 5 minutes I approached someone about our appointment and she refused to speak with me. After 20 minutes of waiting we still had yet to be helped or acknowledged. At that point we walked up and talked to someone who said it would be only a few more minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting we left.DONT GO HERE!!

If I could leave 0 starts I would. I came here because of one specific employee, Mary, who unfortunately left. Since I did not know where she went I decided to stay and give them another try. They messed up both my gel manicure and regular pedicure so I called them to ask if they would fix the polish (about an hour after I left I realized the gel polish didnt dry and the polish on the toes was like goop). They told me I could come back and they would fix it. Upon my return I was told that I would be charged. I have been coming here religiously every 2 weeks for 2 years. I walked out. Terrible customer service.

Awful experience!!! We had a bridal party there which was booked weeks in advance. I was asked to proceed to get my pedicure done I waited 20 minutes before someone came to start my pedicure.Then the lady who did my pedicure did a good job but wrong color for the bridal party which was emphasized several times. Now I know what you’re thinking why didn’t you notice... well bc they put your chair back so your resting flat on your back I was relaxed and didn’t know the shade was off until I looked at one of the girls in the bridal party. So I proceeded to get my gel manicure and the lady doing my nails got up to help one of her colleagues who was actually servicing my mother. She ended up cutting my mother twice. Come to find out the reason for my appointment taking almost three hours was bc they only had one bottle of the requested nail polish. I’m from New York and I know the service in NC isn’t as fast but that was pure terrible NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hands down best place to get a mani pedi in Raleigh. Jenny is amazing and always does the best job—but all of the girls at Highpark are great! The atmosphere is top notch as well. Relaxing music, great pedi chairs and WINE!
