I went here last Thursday and got the worst gel manicure of my life. The employees were not accommodating or nice when I asked them to fix it. The salon is also very dirty (see pic of someone else’s cut fingernail on the table…) and not relaxing at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I got a manicure done by Jenny She did an amazing job! It was my second time doing dip powder manicure, and the process here is longer than wheat I had my first time BUT BETTER. These nails were meant to last!-.

When I come here, I get the best service!! Its a great place to come with ur friends. My tech is great for pedicures. They are very clean and professional.

Every single time Im blown away at how great they are. The shop is always immaculate and everyone is so sweet. Ive always been super picky with my nails and they have made them perfect EACH AND EVERY TIME.

Yesterday I went and was not disappointed at all. The quality is amazing and nails feel thin, not bulky at all! They look natural and dont feel like they will break. I AMAZING QUALITY!

They have a large selection of polishes to choose from and the pedi chair was comfy and modern. The staff are very friendly!!! Thank you!! Both my mom and I will be back.

Been a loY client and will never come back here again thanks to Jenny’s husband. I came in at 520pm she had 2 people before me and all seats were full. I asked her how long for a full set and toes and if she could even take me today. She said yes. 10 min later she said can your wait 15 minutes I called my husband he’s going to come and do your nails. I said sure. Her husband doesn’t arrive until after 6pm. When he arrives he does my nail not according to my photo. After he messed up my thumbs I showed him one by one how to file the others. He does it. Two are still off but after the gel is applied is when I notice and he fixed. I still tip 10 because it’s only eight as they had to be there longer though the owner Jenny offered. I get a pedi with acriylic and gel and he paints outside of my cuticles. When I asked him to fix them he gives me attitude and says next time go somewhere else. Excuse me? Jenny the owner then says they stayed for me. I told her had I known they didn’t want to I could have returned tomorrow. He was so nasty I will literally never come here again. They also rushed two ladies before me. Jenny won’t stick up for her customers either. I don’t recommend going to him or this shop..

The manager and staff are all really nice. The services are great and theyre very neat with the polish. I brought my kids once, too, and they were very happy with them.

By far one of my worst experiences with a nail salon as far as time is concerned. Do not go to this salon ! They over book the nail techs and then expect you to keep coming back for services . The owner constantly puts walk ins in front of scheduled appointments. There honestly is no point in booking a appointment if you’re just going to be dismissed. It seems as though it is more about the quantity of people then the experience that customers get ! I will no longer be going to this salon and my advice for anyone going would be to think twice before you do decide to go ! Spider-Man is definitely a great nail tech and I hope he leaves that salon so that I can start getting my nails done with him again!

I only gave this place a one star only because without any star you cant leave a review. This has got to be the worst nail salon in Raleigh.Im really appalled that its still in operation.The wait time is horrible. The area is questionable.The manager is extremely rude.And they quote one price when you get there & by the time youre done the price for services is the complete opposite.Beware if youre in the area.Unless you have exhausted your options.Let this place be your last resort.

I found them on Google and went to their website to check out the services. The website did not list price for pedicure with gel polish so I called to find out the difference between the basic pedicure and the deluxe pedicure. A lady said the prices are not accurate on the website and now they have pedicures for $30 $35 $40 and $45. I asked that she explains the difference prices and what I would get with each one but she said to show up and look in the book and then decide. Basically that the book will explain to me the difference but I wanted to call ahead of time to get the answer for that so that I know what to expect the cost for the service I’m interested in would be. I think there was a language barrier. It would help them out more if they updated their website with new pricing and description of what you get for each service so that it’s not hard to explain to new customers over the phone.

I dont normally get my nails done because I hate sitting for a long period of time, but I had a nail crisis on my birthday! My tech was able to help me out last minute, and she finished within an hour.

I always get SNS manicure and it lasts longer than gel or any other manicure Ive had in the past and nails continue us to look really good until its time (3-4 weeks) to redo. Forever love!!

They were the manicurists that took care of our pedicures and they were both very professional and friendly. They were very thorough with every step of my pedicure.

I’ve been going here for a while now and my service has been okay. I’ve tried venturing out to different nail salons but always come back because it’s close to my home. I came in a little late around 5:45 and got my feet and nails done. My feet look amazing but my nails are a different story. They are beautiful from afar but up close they are uneven. Some are thicker than others and there is left over glue on my fingers. I get that it was past closing time but quality was still expected and I didn’t get that. It was very rushed, but they still took my money and tip. I will be going back tomorrow to fix it and if I have to pay I will be very upset.

I asked for french tips. They have always charged me$25. This time she used a pink gel and charged me $48. When I told her what I had ordered. She said these were a full set and would last longer.

The employees are lovely and will really make you feel pampered while they make your nails look pretty. Tons of colors, easy to walk in, and good prices! Its great to have a new, convenient nail salon in the neighborhood.

This was my first time to this salon. I was impressed by the cleanliness and service. It was user friendly and easy to navigate. We showed up for our appointment early and they were able to sit us all together. The nail tech was super sweet and very professional. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Id definitely recommend this location and business to anyone in the future.

My manicurist is amazing! I have been coming here for month on and off and I made this my main spot once I found she. She does an amazing powder application and a great pedicure I would definitely recommend. Plus they are very attentive, who could beat that?

Wonderful experience! Really truly awesome place! Lots of colors and the staff is really sweet. I got the deluxe pedicure and it felt amazing and looked very nice! Ive been to lots of nail salons and this one isnt that close to me, but its worth the short drive to get my nails done here.

I absolutely love my nails. My tech was a little edgy at first because I didnt want to take off my old set but it was first time here and I wanted to make sure I liked their product before doing all of that. He eventually warmed up and all was cool. This is the 5th shop Ive been to since moving and Im pretty sure it will be my regular now. The style options and quality of their products is great. Even working on top of 9 week old product of lesser quality my nails feel sturdy and look better than ever.

Always great service when I come here. They get you in and get you out. I usually get a french pedicure and have not been disappointed yet. Its very thoughtful, and adds to the customer service.

Ive been searching for my nail salon for YEARS and Ive finally found it!! I dont remember my manicurists name but she was really nice and conversation flowed freely. She did a great job on my (short) nails and theyre still looking good so far. They stay up to date on nail trends, and have high quality products.

Amazing staff, unbelievable pedicure, Ive never had a pedicure like this one. Definitely deserves all the 5-Star reviews it has. I am from out of town and I will definitely be coming back next time I visit.

I went in as a walk-in for a pedicure. After years of ballet dancing my toenails are a mess and I need acrylic nails on my big toes. They did the best job Ive ever experienced! I definitely recommend this shop!

I have been going to so many nail salons and have never found a place that I truly liked ... I found BN Nails Salon by chance and she is terrific!! I love my nails and will be a lifelong customer!! Appointments only.

Im not from the area, i was just passing through and really needed my nails done bad and fast. And they did not disappoint. The energy here was great, the service was wonderful. I wish I could come here every time to get my nails done but I live in South Carolina uggghh. Never got the mans name that did my nails but ask for him lol I love my set.

I have been going here for a couple of weeks and everytime they were very helpful and accommodating! I was worried that I had to get a full set because two of my nails were broken, but they made the two looks so natural, you cant even tell!

Dropped in late in the day after arriving in town as the owner was about to leave. She graciously stayed and did my nails and they look beautiful. Needless to say I will be dropping in here every time Im in the area to get my nails done.

They are somewhat friendly but after I went there I got a nail infection under my nail and I’ve never experienced this after going anywhere else. I recommend them making sure the supplies are clean bc my finger looks nasty and this has never happened before

I went in for a fill in and the nail tech clipped and even removed a nail. She then told me I have to get a full set. I told her that I dont have the finances for a full set. She gets loud agitated with me and states she will not do my nails. So now I am walking around with half of a nail on each finger and one finger with no nails at all. She was rude and showed no empathy. I would rather cut them off completely than to deal with this type of arrogance. DO NOT GO TO BN NAILS!!!!

The guy who did my nails was so rude he kept snatching my hands and Sighing like he didn’t want to be at work and he was moving fast trying to rush when the salon was empty and he cut my finger

Will not be returning i went in for 1 nail repair & change of color gel polish they charged me $18 but i complete fill in is $17 .. these people charge for every little thing and dont advise you till after that a service price has changed . Who spends $18 for one nail and change of polish they prices are beyond ridiculous
