Great customer service from the moment I called, to the time I left. Coco did my pedicure, and was extremely pleasant and paid a lot of attention to detail. I didnt have to tell or remind her to do anything (trust me, I have had some horrible experiences). Jamie I believe is the owner or person in charge, she was also very nice and welcoming! It felt good to give my business to people who appreciated having it! I will be back again!

I had called because I saw a Groupon deal. Nobody picked up and there was no voicemail. I did get a call back, however the lady I spoke with was very adamant that I come in today. When I expressed that I was interested in other time slots for tomorrow, she seemed to brush me off and interrupt me. Very poor phone etiquette. I did not book an appointment.

I went for manicure and pedicures.Manicure was really nice but the lady who did the pedicure was in a hurry and didn’t even apply the regular nail polish properly on my feetAlso, if you are buying a Groupon then make sure you carry good amount of cash for tip.

Service was okay, however I purchased a Groupon Voucher for $30 for a manicure and pedicure. Once completed I gave her voucher code. She insisted that I also tip her $15 (50%). I explained that I can tip her but it doesn’t has to be that much. She said yes it does and was upset with me. Again, she said get money out of your pocket and tip me $15. I explained it doesn’t have to be $15. She got upset and yelled at me “Don’t come back!”

I visited this place after purchasing a Groupon for a gel manicure. I called to make an appointment and they didnt even ask my name. I ended up just walking in and was taken right away. The girl who did my nails was nice enough but the gel manicure only lasted a week so I was a little disappointed.

They were ok, prices were expensive and nail polish did not last at all. I have had nail polish and this is the only place where it chips off in less than a week. Not worth going unless you have the groupon. If not you will be disappointed.

Made an appointment for Saturday at 10:30am. Showed up and the place was closed, despite the sign saying they open at 10am. Called them, and the lady said she was still driving and was “almost there.” After waiting for 15 mins, we left and decided to go somewhere else.Super disrespectful. If you have an appointment, at least honor that, especially if you claim to open much earlier.

Wow. If I could give no stars I would. I will preface this with my past experience here, which was fine. I bought a Groupon for a mani/pedi, arrived without an appointment, got seen right away, and was given a good solid service. Tipped them $5 and went on my merry way with a good looking set of nails. So I bought the Groupon again on August 30. That day, I called to make an appointment and they said something was broken, they were closing early and would be open tomorrow, I said okay. The next day, I called at 3 pm to schedule my appointment but they were all booked, I was going out of town so I told them that I would just schedule another appointment when I got back. A week ago, I called and no answer. The number that I called then texted me, asking me when I wanted to make an appointment and for what. I said a mani/pedi because I have a Groupon. They quickly replied that they couldnt take Groupons until next week (this week currently) because they were getting a scanner. Im not sure why they turned me away because I had gone there in the past, like I said, with a Groupon before and they just wrote down the confirmation number. So yesterday, I texted the number and scheduled an appointment for 5:30 pm today, Tuesday. I was so excited that after 3 weeks I can FINALLY get my nails done, relax a little bit, and cash in my Groupon. Boy...was I wrong.I arrive at the salon at 5:20, 10 minutes early. I walk in and there is one woman, currently working on a customer and she was the only person in the salon (the last time I was there, there were 3 workers). She asked me how she could help me and I said I have an appointment at 5:30 for a mani/pedi. She looks at me, dead in the eyes and just says No. Stunned, I said excuse me? She replied, You come back tomorrow. I said No, I am busy tomorrow evening. I have been trying to get an appointment with you all for 3 weeks now and made one yesterday for this evening. She gets up, walks over to the appointment book where it clearly says a manicure and a pedicure Groupon for 5:30. She once again looks at me and says No, you come back tomorrow. I said No I wont come back tomorrow. It is very rude and a terrible business tactic for you to constantly push your customers away. Who was texting me? Can I have your managers or owners number or email address so I can resolve this issue? She, I kid you not, just stopped speaking to me. The poor women in the chair getting a pedicure looked mortified, I probably ruined any chance of her having a relaxing experience.I kept on asking her, Are you going to acknowledge me?...no reply. I then said Okay well Im going to now contact Groupon and go spend my hard earned money at one of your competitors and then go online, post a picture of my bare nails explaining that you refused me service. Have a nice day. After I left, I texted the number I had been talking to and said I just came by and was turned away from my appointment with no resolution. I am happy to contact Groupon and get my money back because I have tried to make an appointment with your business for 3 weeks. And just like the woman that I spoke to, no reply. So here I am telling you my story at Lovely Angel Nails and to beware, Groupon or no Groupon. Ill save you the picture of my bare, un-manicured nails.

Worst experience I have had in a salon in a long time. Only two techs were working one was a teenager who bybher own admittance didn’t know how to paint nails. I was trying to cut them some slack and tried not being upset by the fact that one tech kept going between me and another customer making me wait so long that my hand started to overheat under the UV lamp.I went there because I purchased a Groupon and thought I’d give it a try. The Groupon was for a classic mani and Delux pedi. I was going away for 2 weeks so I asked to upgrade the classic mani to a shellac mani. They said it would be $10 and I said fine. 2 hrs later(mani pedi with only one other customer in the salon) i was finally done. The nail tech gets on her phone and puts it on speaker with someone yelling at me that it would be $15 not 10 for the upgrade AFTER they had already done my nails. I told her I wasn’t going to pay that because her own employees had quoted me $10. She then told me that they would have to REMOVE THE POLISH from my nails. I was so aggravated, but had my daughter with me and needed to go as we were catching a flight so I said fine I’ll pay the $15 (with other customer in the salon telling me it’s rodiculous that I have to pay $15) but I refuse to leave a tip. After some more yelling over the phone in a language I couldn’t understand they ended up charging me $10 and even though I was still upset I still left a decent tip.Moral of the story is to avoid this place like the plague.

Made an appointment days in advance, and waited an hour to be sat down and was never offered any water or anything. Once I was sat down in the pedicure chair, the water was luke warm and no jets. Manicure and pedicure seemed rushed.
