My nail stylist never fails me. It’s always something different. I never know what I want color or style. But somehow she always works it out. I’m like the most difficult customer. But I always get so many compliments on how good my nails look. I love it. 💕. Thanks Tina your the best see you in two weeks.

I have come here regularly for probably 2 years. Love how fast they are. My small nail beds can be difficult to work with, but here my nails sometimes last up to 3 weeks with no lifting. Prices are also great.

Got my girls nails filled in at her favorite shop! Look what Tina and her husband did for Thanksgiving. They have a nice seating area for waiting men. Very clean and they even help my girl pick colors and designs. Ill definitely be taking her back. Very professional and on time.

I’ve been coming to Nail World for years and I love it! I get short acrylics and they always look super natural and well done! I moved to Cary last year but I still drive back for nail world got my nails!

HORRIBLE OWNER. IM NOT RETURNING! Owner is always in the rush and doesn’t care about her customers at all! Dana is great but due to the horrible owner I won’t return!Just got my nails done Thursday 12/3 and my nail broke Friday just before they closed. and she doesn’t even want to take the time to fix my nail after i’ve tried getting it fixed since Saturday morning. Horrible service. very upset.update 12/9: Dana text me stating she will be in Wednesday to fix my nail issue on 12/07. Dana text me Wednesday morning stating THE OWNER TINA doesn’t want me to come in to get my nail (that I PAID FOR TO LOOK COMPLETE) fixed because I left my first review. Horrible service ! never will I return or refer anyone to them ever again! If you cared about your customers I wouldn’t have to leave a review.

Great place for my nails and pedicure

The people were extremely rude, kept me waiting 30 minutes for my appointment which I’d made for my daughter and I both to have services. When they finally addressed me they refused to do the design I wanted done or anything similar looking. Would NOT recommend very unprofessional

Walked in for a standard manicure and pedicure and was able to start almost immediately! For the price youre paying, it is really well done. Theyre very nice and did a great job. Will be coming back again for the next set!

This might be my worst nail experience I ever had. The shape I asked for was tappered square but they looked nothing like It. They do not know how to shape nails and the colors did not uphold at all.Also there selection of colors were very limited and they did a very sloppy job at painting, where they missed most of the edges of my nail. Not to mention, they seemed irritated and annoyed whenever I asked them to fix something . I have had them on for a week and am embarrassed by how they look. I would rather spend more money somewhere else for better quality nails.

Terrible customer service - EVERY SINGLE TIME. I usually dont post negative reviews anytime but this time I feel compelled to post. I have been coming here on numerous occasions for a pedicure and waxing. The owner - the lady is always rude. I went in not long ago and she was on the phone. She did my waxing WHILE ON THE PHONE. Every time the price varies. Yesterday she did my wax for less than 5 minutes, while on the phone and charged me $20. That is an outrageous sum for 5 minutes of a shoddy job, while on the phone. She and the others also laugh while I am there which makes me think they are poking fun at me. Very unprofessional. I will never ever go there. Please take your money elsewhere.

I was looking for a nail spa that does really good with natural nails, and I looked on Google and found this shop and it had awesome reviews. Tina was quick and did an awesome job. I am so satisfied with the finished product. This shop doesnt have all the bells and whistles but u will be satisfied.I just found my new nail shop!

I got a full set. It was only $25 :) The nail technicians were very careful and took their time to make sure they got everything right. As they were doing my nails, they asked if I liked what was done, to make sure that I was satisfied with what I was paying for. The salons environment is nice and clean. Prices are clearly expressed on the menu, and there was no wait. Ive gotten my nails done probably about 3-4 times, and this has been my most pleasant experience.

Have been going here for about a year now. The husband and wife that own the place always do a great job on my nails and are very friendly. Prices here are very fair - best I have been able to find in the area. I would recommend to make an appointment rather than walking in. They dont have a lot of staff so you could wait a while. To me, waiting a few minutes is worth the savings. Would definitely recommend this place.

This salon has been my go-to for pedicures for over a year now. My nails grow really fast and can become painful if I dont maintain them. The staff here are super thorough, their prices are fair and they take their time with each customer. I would definitely recommend this place!

Terrible customer service! I have given this salon a try numerous times and each time they do the same and disappoint me tremendously. They lack customer service, have rude attitudes, and the polish did not uphold well for me. I suggest going right down the street to Village Spa Nails and enjoy great service and work!

I asked for coffin nails and they said that they were too short to form them but they’ll grow into coffin nails. My fingers still had some of the material on it, wasn’t cleaned off. Reference the picture with 4 white nails and one with white and glitter.

I just left there about 30min ago. I’ve always received great customer service and I always leave satisfied. I love my nails and I will definitely be going back!!

I got a manicure last night and it was most definitely the worst one I have ever gotten. The girl barely filed my nails and none of them are the same length. The whole experience lasted 20 minutes and I could have done a better job myself. She didnt push my cuticles back at all and you can still see the white of my nail through the color, meaning she did not put enough coats on. Dont waste your time or money, I will never go back!

My sister has been coming here for quite a long time and is always happy with her gel polish. I decided to try them out because I was always impressed with how good hers looked. I got here at 5:30pm and didnt get out of there until 7:30pm. It look an hour to sit me and I was only the second person in line. There were only four people in at the time. Shortly, about ten more people walked in. I think the panic started to set in and of course they didnt want to lose money so they promised everyone they would be sat soon. They finally sat me and spent less than ten minutes on my nails. Yes, gel polish does not take long to do but you can tell when they are rushing. The lady working on my nails was literally bouncing back and forth to me and another customer. I was not impressed at all. My nails were gloopy and uneven. I wanted to be excited but I wasnt. Id rather pay a little more to go somewhere else. Disappointed...

The prices are reasonable. Also they are perfectionists over there. Every time Ive gone my nails always look great. This time they even rubbed my neck and shoulders.

I consider Nail World my neighborhood nail salon. The couple who owns the place is really nice and they have experience. It is a small salon, but they have loyal customers and are very affordable. Give them a try! Afterwards, check out Nur Deli, Ruckus Pizza, Cuppa Joe, or go see a movie. Mission Valley has been one of my favorite spots for years. :-)

They were rude with unnecessary attitudes. They only have a handful of colors that has been there for years getting diluted. Don’t waste your time.

Rude and terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment and they made me wait a long time to seat me. Painted my nails the wrong color from which I had picked. The person originally painting my nails left and had someone else start to work on me leaving their client alone who started to complain she had places to be. They started to rush and didnt take their time with me or the other client. Will not be going back.

The husband does a very good job. He does not rush. I went to Nails First in Garner which I regret because they did a horrific job on my nails. I wish I had waited instead of wasting money because I was in a rush to get my nails done.
