So I chose to go to this salon since it is literally 5 minutes from where I live. At first, everything was great and I was beginning to go regularly for dip powder, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. They are on the expensive side, but if they actually do a good job I don’t mind paying extra AND I still tipped at least $20. The last few times I have gone in, the staff has not been as friendly and the last dip powder set I received was TERRIBLE. My nails had cracked and broken off weeks before it was time to get them done again. They didn’t even make it the “recommended” 2 weeks. Also, my eyebrows need to be waxed more often than I get my nails and toes done (monthly for nails and toes, biweekly for eyebrows) The past two times I have attempted to walk in for eyebrow waxes I have gotten blatantly turned away with, “sorry we have no one available.” However, if someone walks in for manicure or pedicure service they are told when to come back and their names are written down. I have experienced this myself and watched them so this to other people. I understand eyebrow waxing is not as expensive as other services, but especially since I am a regular, eyebrows are important, and it will take no more than 10 minutes, can I not be given a time to come back as well? Lastly, the last services I received they told me they would match my nails and toes and they were NOT the same color. I used to color match as a profession so that whole month that I had them drove me crazy. My nails were almost purple, while my toes were Carolina blue. This was the first time I did not tip for services and I will not be returning to this salon. I only gave 2 stars because besides the bad service, the salon is clean. I went to Triangle Town Center instead and had a very lovely experience.

Today I went to Bella Nail Salon, and Kathy killed it! I brought a video/pictures/screenshots of nails from a girl on TikTok and Kathy came through and delivered, went above and beyond expectations! I walked away loving my nails and 100% sure I will be switching to them and going there regularly!

I would suggest making an appointment if you can. I did and they were having to turn walk-ins away because they were fully booked. This was Fri, late morning. Im very satisfied with my pedicure.

I went in on July 24th or 25th for a pedi that was okay but came out with a nail fungus that won’t go away. The massage was barely pressure like she was just petting me, and my feet were rough as soon as I went to the nail dryer. I left my polish on until august 12th when I noticed discoloration underneath the sheer color and sure enough I had yellow bumpy spots on and under my nails. It has not grown out and anything I do isn’t changing it one bit. Definitely do not recommend.

Had a great pedicure. I just wish the massage was a little better.

The staff here were very professional and attentive they make room and time as long as you call for an appointment I got a pedicure and they did an awesome job.

Excellent service during this crazy time! Super clean and I felt extremely comfortable as someone who is pregnant coming here. I needed this hour of relaxation and it was perfect! I didnt feel rushed at all. So much better than midtown if youre looking for a place in the north hills area.

Ive tried a lot of salons in the area and this one is hands down the best. My nail tech always shapes my nails with such attention to detail, which is amazing because Im a little OCD with my nails. Not to mention, the results last for WEEEEEEKS. I absolutely recommend!

On the door is a sign that reads WALK-INS WELCOME, I had walked in several times prior and received service, On this particular day they were perhaps busy, the male working there, very sternly told me YOU NEED APPOINTMENT, he did not honor his advertisement, take the sign off of the door, it does not say sometimes we take walk-ins, he expressed what he thought was a superior place in upper class society, you dont fit in here today, we have others to serve today, you are founding out how superior you are now.

My nails look terrible, so tired of all these basic nail salons that cant do anything but paint color on your nails and they cant even do that good, not happy at all with my service

I went there for a pedicure. Kathy was very good. She was meticulous and did a good job. In addition, she was friendly and an easy person to which to talk. I had chosen the 45-minute pedicure and she worked for more than 45 minutes. As a man, I am always a bit anxious about going to these places, but Kathy made me feel at home, no uncomfortableness.

I’ve been going here for years, and my nails always used to look so nice! Over the years though, they have started nickel and diming you for EVERYTHING. Not only are they over priced, but they just haven’t been good. The woman I delt with last time just brushed over my concerns about how curved he acrylics were looking, I asked for coffin shape (extra money) and they were more like rounded almonds. They also fell off in less than a week. Needless to say, after YEARS of going to this place I will not be stepping foot in it again.

I love this nail spa. I have been coming here for 3 years. Its clean, quiet, and efficient. I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure and that runs $60, but they offer a variety of services. They are open 7 days a week... appointments or walk-ins taken. They are in the same shopping area as Whole Foods off of Six Forks Rd so very convenient. Very friendly staff who quickly recognize you as a regular--I like places like this where Im appreciated as a client.

I got a manicure with my sister and my friend and I was very pleased with my experience. The woman who worked on my nails was very nice and she did her job very well. She took her time with my nails and made sure that my gel manicure was perfect before I left. My nails have yet to chip and I am very pleased with the overall look of my manicure. The staff was very friendly and I loved the decor inside of the salon. I felt very welcome and I got a free beverage when getting my nails done. I would rate my overall experience as excellent and I would definitely go again!

I came here for the second time today, its hard for me to find a place but today Jessica my nail tech killed it my nails look so pretty! i will def be coming back, !

I absolutely love this nail salon! I have been searching for a great nail tech for years and always settled. I am very particular on how I like my nails shaped and those standards are always met when I had my acrylics done at Bella Nail Spa by Quinton. He is the best there for acrylics, gels, and manicures. He’s very professional and always consistent with his work. I high recommend Quinton.

Prices not posted anywhere. I made an appt & asked for price for eyebrow wax was told $12 mani was 17. When I got there appt was not written down and eyebrow wax was $14 instead of quoted $12. I noticed no signs w/prices anywhere. No written list of prices nowhere.Manicure consisted on mainly cuticle softener and mail polish. Eye brown was was horrible. One eyebrow was noticeably thicker than the other, even my husband noticed! Also had to pluck eyebrows that were missed on brow bone.I rarely complain and am pretty easy to please but this place, the technicians and overall vibe gave me the creeps. Only one other person there and now I know why. The manicurist was rude and in a huff, instead of the “spa” treated I was extremely tense. I may also add that it is the most expensive manicure I’ve ever had. $17. No lotion, no exfoliator and skin around nails was not clipped off. I was looking forward to a “spa experience” since my regular nail salon has not reopened due to the pandemic. I thought that Bella Nails would be grateful for the business since being shut down instead it was obvious that I was not welcomed. I even told the manicurist that I wanted to come back in a couple of weeks for a gel manicure. This was an opportunity for her to be friendly and secure a new client. She said nothing. I wasnt offered anything to drink like most places do. Ladies do yourself a favor and find somewhere else! Bellagio right across the street is a MUCH better place, wish I had went there instead. This place will never get my business again.

Wow! Award for worst service! I have been doing pink and white for over a decade, I have never been to a salon so rude. Nail tech started working on my nails, when I realized she wasn’t doing what I asked for (she decided to do gel instead of acrylic) she laughted in my face and asked me to leave the salon because she could not make me happy?!! My nails are half done with something sticky on them. I asked her to finish what she started doing so I would not go to work next day with something 1/2 done, she just said no. I think she did not have training on how to do pink and white but that is not a good way to trick customer into doing nails her way

I went in for a pedicure with my cousin and nephew, and my pedicure was okay. I think my experience couldve been better. The technician working with my cousin cut her pinky nail with the nail clipper and hurt her, then claimed that she had to do it for her comfort because her nail was long or some other excuse. She had recently cut her nails and the nail wasnt bothering her until the tech clipped it. And, online it says their price for a classic pedicure was $25, but once our pedicures were finished they told us that price was only if you were 16 and under, and that we had to pay $30. Different types of pedicures shouldnt have an age limit on them, in my opinion. Definitely will not be returning here.
