So I called to make an appointment for my fill in for Monday august 9, they told me I have to pay a $25 deposit because I was a no show. But I never not show up for my appointment and if I know I’m not going to make it I call and tell them before my appointment time. Called back and explained to him that I have my cash app receipt showing I came I came on the day I supposedly missed. Then he says oh it was cause you were 30 minutes late. My appointment was supposedly at 3:30 but I came in at 4. No I didn’t based on my receipt. They obviously don’t honor a loyal customer that’s been going there for years. Don’t want to take responsibility for their wrong.

Called for the very first time to make an apt for a pedicure and manicure. As i later found out I was speaking to the owner, she kept cutting me off in the middle of my questions and was rushing me off the phone when inquiring about their services. When i asked her if she could let me finish, she kept replying in a very passive aggressive/condescending tone. I then asked if I could please speak to someone else because i didnt appreciate her attitude, she said well youre talking to the owner so consider your appointment cancelled??? Very unprofessional, rude and, childish... thankful i didnt get the chance to actually book the apt and spend my money at a business like this.Its not that hard to be kind especially during these times and when people are trying to support your business, do better!

I have been to Lush several times and it is by far the best nail salon experience in Raleigh! The ladies here are so nice and truly give the most wonderful mani/pedis. I always make an appointment and they get me in right on time. The quality cannot be beat. My pedicures from Lush last much longer than from other salons. They also have 2 cute dogs at the salon which makes it fun! I cannot say enough good things. Thank you Lush!!

The nail techs are great. They are very courteous and creative. The salon is stylish and very modern. I have used their services several times in the past 2 months. My pedicure with gel polish was fantastic. Very relaxing. The techs are very welcoming and my nails are always beautiful! Highly recommended LUSH NAIL to everyone!

Customer service is not their priority at all and this was made clear during my recent visit. The nail tech (manager) proceeded to carry on side conversations, pausing on my service several times to look at photos with her co worker as I was ignored and they engaged in conversations about her moms new home, square footage etc. I even tried to engage in conversation with my nail tech, she spoke and proceeded to engage with her Co worker. I very politely told her that I was feeling a little undervalued as a customer and immediate she became defensive. When another co worker walked up she said to him I cant talk to you in a very facetious manner. Then she proceeded to pull up my information and place noted in her system. I advised her that if I wasnt welcomed back that was fine and that I didnt want anyone to engage in conversation thats not genuinely interested. I asked to.pay for the services performed and left. She never acknowledged my thoughts/feelings and was all to happy to have my money walk out the door rather than reflect on her piss poor customer service! Not to mention I chose a particular nail color and it wasnt available, rather than let me know and allow me to select another color, she waltzed over to put a different color on my toes without even letting me know that my chosen color was out. How quickly theyve forgotten that this time last year their business was completely inoperable due to COVID. All I know is that we all reap what we sew so God will definitely deliver you a blow that Im incapable of.

I got dip nails done here and there was very limited color selection. I have been there in the past (a couple years ago) and since then it doesn’t seem as clean. The staff was not super friendly when my friend and I made appointments together, having us sit at opposite ends of the nail bar when there were several seats together. 2 of my dip nails popped off 2 weeks in.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I booked this salon for 4 manicures/acrylics for my bridal party yesterday and they botched every single one of our nails so bad, but none as bad as my moms who is currently at Pretty Nails Salon getting them re-done. My mom attempted to ask the lady doing her nails if she could have acrylics done (and this was before any polish or any work had been done on the nails). The lady looked over at the presumed manager and asked what she should do. The manager who was too busy playing on his phone and his laptop simply said that we dont have time, and forced my mom to finish the botched gel manicure that looked like someone chopped her fingers off and left her with stubs with some blue and glitter nailpolish thrown on them. When my mom asked if they could re-do them, they told her she would have to pay for them to redo it today. Needless to say, we are not going back there. Between the dirtiness of that salon, the fact that all of the employees were more interested in their cell phones, and the manager sitting on his laptop, just petting his dog and blatantly ignoring my soon to be Mom-in-Law, this place was trash. Oh, and Im the bride by the way, and I have a chip in my nails already. And, what have I dont since I got them done at 6pm yesterday? I slept. My wedding is tomorrow, so thanks!!

Made an appointment and had to wait 10 minutes after the appointment time. This was fine with us, as we thought they were finishing up a customer. It turned out to be a fellow employee getting her nails done before going behind the counter and telling us we were okay to come up. As if that didnt already have us on edge, the work was atrocious and their attitudes were as if we were inconveniencing them. Nails were cut uneven and had it have been a color (rather than clear), you would be able to see how much she painted on my actual fingers. Absolutely regret coming here instead of any other location in the area. Would never come back.

I’ve been coming here for a year and have nothing but great things to say about it. A lot of reviews complain about having to make an appointment for a full set — but it’s because they have nail techs who specialize in acrylics. The spend a lot of time with each client and pay attention to detail. Everyone is so nice and prices are very straightforward and fair. Pedicures are relaxing and staff communicates to make sure I get exactly what I want. Definitely make an appointment and come here for your nails!!

This is the only nail salon in Raleigh that knows how to do my nails the way I like them. I like to have long, coffin-shaped nails, and they do a fabulous job every time. The quality is great, and they last! It certainly is one of those places where you need to make an appointment. It’s the type of salon you go to and make your next appointment before you leave. They clearly value their time because their work is so good. Absolutely recommend, but not as a walk-in. If you make an appointment and show up on time, you’ll get great service and beautiful nails.

There really good people, however they had a young Caucasian girl do my nails and she couldn’t seem to get it right. The polish had left lumps, and it was a un-smooth texture left in my nail. Then a week later my nail just broke off, literally gone. I’ve been growing them for a years and this has never happens and I’ve gone here several time before and I’ve always had great service till now. I’ll make sure I keep the same person who did them prior. We live and we learn.

So happy that I found this salon!! The owner & her staff are amazing!! Absolutely love my ombré nails, exactly what I’ve been looking for! Highly recommend! The atmosphere is welcoming & friendly!

Came here once and my nails looked good. (Although they talked badly about all of the customers once they left or went to the bathroom and they had dogs running loose in the shop)It took her about an hour with designs. Tried to book another appointment and I was told I could book a fill in (until I mentioned I wanted a simple design on two fingers) then I was told I couldnt come because it would take too long. When I tried to explain to him what I wanted and how the nail tech I was requesting had done something more complicated before in a shorter time, (they had an hour) he cut me off and said there was nothing I could say. He acted as though they were doing me a favor, not like this is a service Im paying for. Will never go back.

Gone to this place twice now. I really enjoy it. I have already made my third appointment. They are busy so already working in a salon myself I understand the importance of staying on schedule. I guess some people see that as being in a rush. I can understand both sides. I love to have a glass of wine with my service. They all seem to help each other out when needed which is nice. Every salons atmosphere and vibe is different. If you don’t care for it then find another one.✌🏼

After paying $55 for acrylic full set was hoping to love my nails but I dont. The experience wasnt the best either and couldnt wait to get out. Tech didnt engage with me at all. Drove 35 mins out the way because it was highly recommended, but could have got cheaper in Durham. Nails arent ugly, just doesnt scream wow thats a $55 job.

Love the atmosphere and the staff! I would recommend calling and getting an appointment vs walking in since theyre a little busy. FOUR Doggos were there too making it an even better experience for me cause who doesnt like dogs?! If you want nail art call ahead because their nail artists do get booked quickly. They also have a time limit that you can be late to your appointment (10 mins) so make sure to arrive on time - Im sure they do this because they are busy! Would recommend highly!!

Decent place but if you dont have an appointment its like you dont matter. Came in from out of town and this was close to where I stayed. Asked the tech for Nexgen, eyebrows and a pedicure. By the time she was done with my nails, she completely forgot about my pedicure because several other appointments came in. Never turned me over to anyone else either. Just paid for my nails and left. Went back the next day for brows and those were phenomenal...then my nails broke a week later...🙄

I’ve been to Lush Nail Bar several times for various services, and they have consistent good service and reliable pricing. I am never surprised by how much a service costs, and all of their prices are listed online, which is really nice. The technicians always take their time, and never rush through a service they’ve provided for me, even if they’re busy. I highly recommend making an appointment.

First time here today, “Q” did my nails and I am so in love with them. I mean they are PERFECT. She took her time and made sure every single nail was right, even though I just got a basic red they are polished to perfection. I’ve found my new forever nail home.

In town from Maryland and wanted a simple pedicure. After reading reviews and this place being closet, I went there only to be turned away. Their door clearly states walk ins welcome but I guess thats only for show. I was greeted at the door with, Can I help you but once I stated I would like to get a pedicure. I was then told, I dont have any available space for you but I can try to fit you in another day. Im now looking around and not fully understanding why I couldnt get service when there were only 3 people in there. You live and you learn even though the door says walk ins welcome NOT everyone is welcome. Maybe the door and Google should say BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

I highly recommend Lush nail bar. Their services are amazing, They talk to you like your family. Oooo let me mention they have dogs there. I’m so glad I got to go 💙

Just read the negative reviews to make sure I wasnt being super sensitive.YES RUDE as F! I guess Q wasnt there.They look at you like you are a bother.They dont listen or cant understand English. Other reviews said the same.Nice looking place but horrible service.The service I had was so basic .and they didnt take time or care to do that right.If you people hate your job and customers that much get out of The business.Oh and read the review where they insulted a womans child.Not shocked.

I decided to try a new place only because it was near my job. I can say that I was satisfied with the outcome of my nails. They were beautiful despite the fact it wasnt exactly what I asked for. I told the technician that I wanted a few rhinestones on my nails and she said that she didnt have time because she had an appointment. She had already made a mistake on one nail and I decided to ignore it because I try not to be super picky. I would totally given them 5 stars had she not rushed.If your business relays on appointment only you should not advertise walk-ins. Ive been to better places in the Raleigh area that have better customer service.

So I moved here from Charlotte where I had a regular nail tech for years. I had terrible luck with the first two nail salons I tired in Raleigh area. I was told to visit Lush but honestly heard conflicting reviews.Well I have to agree with the bad reviews. I had a total of 5 nails break, I got 1 repaired twice. My nails were lifting within a couple days.So fast forward to today. I woke up this morning and decided I want going to call about this complaint I was just going to go up there and talk to the manager so he/she could see how sincerely upset I was and also I didn’t want to have to write this long review about how terrible my experience has been. I’m here now waiting going on 1 hour to speak to a manager in private (I do not like giving negative reviews in front of other patrons. I will rate them 1 star everywhere I can as much as I can. I tried to be a repeat steady supporter but they clearly don’t care about their customers or their time. Disappointed beyond belief.

I chose this nail shop after visiting a couple and not being satisfied previously. I saw the photos and felt that they would be better. I even mentioned this to one of the managers (Phuong) who did my nails. You would think that me expressing my concerns and what I was looking for hed take it a little more serious but, nope. One thing Ive noticed at the shops Ive visited since moving here is they dont have clients wash their hands prior to services. Anyway, I made an appt. Just wanted a fill-in of liquid gel on my own nails with gel polish. My nail shape is natural and what I wanted. They didnt need to be changed just taken down a little and he changed them. Normally rounded with somewhat of a square shape he filed the top and made them squared with slightly rounded corners. Not all of them though. Some misshapen. He had his ne t client showup before finishing and at that point he rushed through the rest of my service. Before leaving I pointed out where the shape was off. He filed it a little which took the paint off the edge. Frustrated I left and figured Id come back next day when he wasnt rushing. I called and set an appt to fix it. He said 2p was best. I get their about 5 min after(called first though to let them know I was behind and he said no problem. I get there and hes with a client at the point of having her coffin shaped tips already done. I felt bad that he would just stop her nails and come to me again didnt wash his hands or have me wash mine. I pointed out how they were misshapen and not even the same size on each hand. He took off the top coat filed a little here and there, didnt check size differences at all or shape differences. He added another layor of gel polish and top coat. This resulted in bumpy, thick, uneven polish as well as bubbles. I was over it at this point because i pointed it all out when he asked and he agreed but didnt offer to fix. I need a nail tech that cares about their art.

Got my nails done Saturday. The tech didnt shape my nails that were clearly uneven. She just out the gel polish on there. It hasnt even been a week and four of the nails are already chipped. There is a chunk missing from one of the nails. I called and that was no help. I will never go there again and pay what I paid for a crap job! Worst nail experience I have ever had! Lush aka crap.

Nice vibe. A bit upscale as compared to your usual nail salons. Professional, yet personable staff. Had one of the best pedicures ever. The glass of white wine was the cherry on top. Prices are a bit more, but certainly worth it. I will be back!

Went in for a normal 32$ pedicure and they did not do a good job at leaving my heels smooth, i feel as if they could do a better job with pedicures

I love my nails and I really liked what what done though it doesn’t seem as good quality as the place I go to. The place I usually go to I have never broken a nail even when I was moving out or working out. My nail tech suggested that I might break a nail just from normal wear and tear 😬 yikes. I also paid $35 for what I would have gotten for $20. They said my fill in would be $28 at a base rate which would be a $15 at the base rate.

I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a new nail salon. I figured I would try out this nail bar since its in close proximity to my home. I was very pleased with the outcome of my nails, the service, -and the atmosphere of this modern nail bar. I received the solar nail full set with gel polish. Unfortunately, it has not been quite a week yet and three of my nails have broken at the tip where the nail was glued at. Sitting at my desk in my office, I started to press down on the keyboard and my nails broke. I was serviced by a new person who had only been there for a week or so from what overheard. Unfortunately, thats money gone to waste. Now I will have to soak off the rest of my nails and search for a new place. Im highly disappointed because I thought I found my new nail salon here.

At the time I visited the Lush Nail Bar I recently moved to Raleigh and was still looking around for a good salon. I was pumped when I saw that Lush was only about 2 minutes away from my apartment. One thing I love about Lush is the modern theme it has-it isnt the typical nail salon with all the separate stations and harsh chemical smells-instead the stations are set up to look like a bar. I got a pedicure, gel nails, and an eyebrow wax and was also offered my choice of complementary beverage to which I had a glass of Chardonnay. I paid around $70 for the whole package which is truly impressive price wise. I gave this salon two stars due to the fact that I felt hurried with my wax appointment, not to mention the woman who did my wax hands smelled like onions. Most disappointing was that about a week after getting my gel nails the polish started chipping and peeling off which is unacceptable considering the fact that the gel nails I had on prior lasted for a month plus and was very durable.

Atmosphere is very nice, pedicures are excellent!! The way they speak to customers could be a lot better.I got my nails and feet done a week ago, two nails broke off after 5 days. I call to get my nails fixed she told me I couldnt get my nails done cus I missed my appointment (the same appointment I got my nails and feet done 😒). She said she would let me slide without putting a $25 deposit down. Which I think they should have fixed my nails for free! Slide my ass! I spent $132 including tip in there in one week!I get there, my nails are being fixed and the lady tells me Because your nail bed is so short the length of acrylic nail wont support it.Ive been getting my nails done longer than what I asked for 10 years and theyve never casually fell off after 5 days. And I pay $37 back home.My nails were rushed, done poorly. She kept going over my SKIN with the machine, grazing me several times. She didnt push the acrylic back far enough when constructing my nails because I already need a fill in.Would only go for the lush pedicures!!

I loved coming here. I love my nails, & the services given. However, I have made 3-4 appointment with the shop where I have shown up and tipped very well, when I call to get an appointment like I normally do they said I didn’t show up for a appointment previously and that I would have to pay a deposit. It discouraged me, and now I know I will have to walk in. I completely forgot about the appointment it was for almost an hour before they closed and it was only for a polish change I will however understand if it happened more than once and if it was a repeated offense, but for my one mistake it kind of irritated me. Please remember that your clients are human, and that they are not perfect and have things going on at times in their lives..Thanks.

This place is freakin awesome! Thats all I got to say. Probably not the spot for someone who just wants a basic manicure but definitely the nail salon to go to if you want quality and unique designs. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for as the saying goes. (I recommend Tee or Brenda.)

Dont waste your time. This place NEVER has an opening for you...EVER! Out of two years walking into this place for service because its close to my house, Ive managed to actually get service maybe 10 times. Ive completely stopped trying. They clearly need to stop pinching pennies and hire some employees.

While scheduling my appointment I let them know that I wanted a design. When I arrived the next day I got a male who spent the majority of my appointment on the phone and laptop scheduling appointments.When I expressed my nail shape wasn’t what I wanted. He became combative and responded with “I don’t know what you mean. It’s the exact same shape, I didn’t do anything.” He then refused to redo my nail shape. Very unprofessional. Then when it came to do my design he lets me know that he doesn’t even do designs. So why am I in his chair? Save your money and go somewhere else!

I have been to this place several times but I’m never going back after today. Although they do good nails customer service is important to me and after today I realized they don’t care about their customers at all. They canceled on me twice. First was through a phone call and the second was right in my face although I made an appointment both times. They didn’t offer to reschedule or a discount for the next time. They just said sorry and shrugged their shoulders. Their nails aren’t worth the terrrible customer service they have. I will never return.

I asked for clear polish, plain clear and the tech charged me for clear gel polish. Thats ridiculous 20$ clear. I wont be back.

First and last time coming to this place. My nails look super thick and horrible. The guy that was doing my nails was rushing the whole time. He left my nails super thick and I came back for them to fix it and was told she didnt tell me if she wanted them thick or thin...... um what? Ive gotten gel powder before and never have they ever look this thick. Making them thin or thick wasnt a option theyre supposed to be flat out and done correctly. They told me to come back at 5 because they were booked. It’s is now 2. Horrible customer service just horrible in general.

I walked in at 3:30 and told her that I needed a Gel Polish change, she didnt check to see if it was my natural nail or artificial nails. I was advised there would be a wait for about 30min I patiently waited and when finally called over, the guy tells me oh I cant do this you need a appt? Really? After I waited. If the place is appointment ONLY maybe that is what should be advertised. Very pretty decor and style and thats the only reason I gave it a 2, I wont try to ever visit again.

I tried Lush for the first time today as recommended by a friend. The nail technician I was assigned to (Nina) was very rude throughout my time there, initially rushing me into picking a color, once a color was decided I showed her a picture of a particular nail design I wanted, she assured me she would be able to replicate the design. After multiple attempts she was unable to complete the task, then sending me to someone who does designs, I dont do them this nail salon is over rated, and unless youre into having dogs urinate in the floor while having your nails done and wasting your time I wouldnt recommend going at all!

I absolutely LOVE Lush! My nail tech, Tori, is the sweetest and does a great job with dip powder nails. She also has given the best pedicure Ive ever received. They offer complementary wine (or any drink) and their prices are great too. My nails have come out perfectly each time, and Tori is great about asking if I like the shape/number of dips/etc. as we go. She even knew my name after just one visit! When I go with my cousin, we get to sit side-by-side and her tech will talk with me, and my tech will talk with my cousin. Everyone is super nice there and I dont feel any less than welcome.I dont understand the reviews that say the techs here dont understand/speak English. All of the techs at the bar (6 or 7 of them) talk to each other, and with the other customers, each time Im there. The two owners are really nice people and again they converse with me when Im there too. If reviews say the techs arent engaging, its probably because theyre concentrating on their work. Ive heard each tech talk to their customer before.Theyre good with add-ons, too, as my cousin decided at last minute she needed an eyebrow wax (after dip manicure and a regular pedicure), and she was taken care of immediately.Ive had to reschedule two appointments and they were very accommodating, even a few days before a major holiday weekend. And yes they do accept walk-ins—I saw one happen today. If they didnt accept you, its because they were full. Remember that even though they may not have anyone in their chair right then, they probably have a scheduled appointment coming up. The nail tech shouldnt be expected to be 20 minutes late to a pre-scheduled appointment just because they were free in the moment. Good techs take time, and everyone here is an amazing tech. Their techs are booked weeks in advance, so walk-ins can be hard to fit in, but they will definitely try their best. Schedule an appointment a day or so in advance, and you should be fine. Anywhere says they accept walk-ins (as you should for any appointment—its not like youre seen right away at an urgent care) but its not guaranteed.And yes, there are two bulldogs in there (and apparently corgis on Saturdays), but they are literally the sweetest dogs ever and stay completely out of the way. They even wear ties. Its the cutest!Oh, and they accept venmo, which is really cool!Dont believe these bad reviews. I really dont understand any of them. Just go in with a positive attitude, try and schedule in advance if you can, and enjoy! Theyll take care of you if you treat them with the respect they deserve.

First off there is a dog walking around. A sign that says we can refuse anyone! Well I refused this day. I work in north hills and after a long day on a Friday, to start my weekend off right I decided to get my nails done and my eyebrows. I have been here for my birthday before and loved the idea of the nail bar and all things Lush. HOWEVER on this visit I was told that i couldnt make an appt. Because i didnt show up for a previous appt. And they wouldnt take me until 6 which was an hr later AFTER an appt came in late. to take my spot...AND if left they would not honor my place. Rude.

Unless you are never considering breaking a nail or having a nail mishap the place is okay. But in reality, things happen and nails break from time to time but good luck trying to get in for a repair! The owner was very nasty with me when I simply called requesting an appointment for a repair. What’s the point in having a nail tech if you can only get in for major services!! Needless to say...I won be back!

I wouldn’t even give this place a star unprofessional-ism at its finest.. not only do these people treat you like you’re beneath them, they act as if doing nails are the worst part of their day

Ive been there twice now & they will see alot more of me its a very nice atmosphere & everyone is nice & welcoming prices are very reasonable & my nails last without paint chipping before my next fill which is a win win for me no complaints here 🙂

My nails were just ok for $58.however the staff and my nail tech weren’t very friendly. Customer service absolutely sucks . My nail tech didn’t Engage with me at all . I drove over 30 mins to feel unwanted .Not to mention dogs were present during my visit . I wouldn’t return I’m not used to overall bad service at a nail salon . I truly felt unwanted there .

Except a wait if you dont have an appointment because this place is super popular. Come spend your money here, this is where its at honestly. Amazing staff!

Nice decore the girl who did my nails was nice but.... Got a gel manicure three days ago and one nail has already chipped and one has come off completely wanted to try this place because it was close to work and I liked the vibe of the place but Ill stick to my regular place

I am a chronic nail biter. I went in apologizing and they made me feel comfortable and not judged at all. They did a great job and I can’t wait to go back!!

I finally found my nail lady! Brenda killed these coffin acrylic nails with ease. So perfect, precise and exactly what I wanted!!! Will return for many more nail services!All the girls and man (lol) were beautiful and sweet!

Customer service sucks. Will not support this business. They need a class on valuing customers.

Not great :/ The girl who did my toes and nails hardly knew any English so there was a bit of a language barrier there. I said I wanted a metallic design on my toenails and she thought I meant gel. I thought she understood, but I guess not. The gel pedicure was pretty good quality though, so I will give them that. Next: the manicure. I dont think she knew what she was doing because she injured my thumbs quite a bit and overall the health of my nails was worse after she dealt with them. I showed her the design I wanted on my nails. She didnt understand, and then when I waited almost half an hour, she said I could leave. Had to inform her that she forgot to design them and she sloppily, and swiftly did the design. Not satisfied.

This was the worst gel manicure Ive ever had. The next day after getting them done 2 of the nails gel polish chipped. Unfortunately this happened on a Sunday when the salon is closed so I had to wait until Monday. I was at the shop as soon as it opened and explained my situation about chipped polish and they said they would fix it. I made it clear that I didnt have faith in the other polished nails due to how fast I experienced chipping but they insisted on just repolishing the 2 that were chipped and adding an additional top coat to the rest. I reluctantly agreed already knowing it wouldnt work and the polish wouldnt last. Two days later other nails started to chip. It hasnt been 1 week and I need another manicure. I wouldnt recommend going here if you need your gel polish to last more than a few days.

My 15yo old has anxiety and bites her nails. I wanted to have hers done to give her a confidence boost. The male tech who did her nails talked the entire time about how bad her nails were and took a before pic without her permission. The tech next to him commented that she needed to go out in the sun more. I dont see how treating a kid this way fits in to what their website describes as a great experience. I called the manager and he only said what do you want me to say. No apologies and no refund. They are lifting already in less than 4 hours, too. He finally offere of to fix them bit not until tomorrow. Why would I send her back to be made fun of? Sad that this is how they treat people. I guess he felt more like a grown man by belittling a teenager. We would have been treated better at a Wal-Mart salon than this place. Pretty on the outside but some pretty ugly personality on the inside.

Extremely rude! I drove 30 miles to come here because it was recommended and I wanted to relax. I walked in 3 1/2 hours before they closed and wanted to get a set and a pedi well the girl - who was also doing someone’s nails - stared at the computer and said we can do the pedicure but not the set, I asked if they could do the set and not the pedicure and as cold as could be said “No! There’s no technician here to do them” I was like ok - in my previous experiences at other salons, they at least try and also give other options - so I stood there for a minute and she started doing the girls nails again and I said maybe I’ll just go somewhere else and the lady replied ok - and that was it. Everyone stares at you when you walk in due to the set up - maybe if you can’t accomodate walk ins you might want to make your salon bigger and more staff! Not going to even attempt to try again especially after reading the other reviews!

Got my nails done on Thursday, one broke on Saturday. Made me pay for repair when usually places will do it for free when it breaks that fast. Also the owner is rude.

They did a great job. What is overpriced I spent $25 on a polish change but they did a great job not usually what I pay for a polish change still deserves 5 stars

My first experience was ok, when I walked in they gave me a female whos was there for her first day. While getting my nails done the other workers were staring at her as if they didnt trust her work. I felt totally uncomfortable. Needless to say I liked my nails but I asked up front for cost and wasnt told even after the third time asking until my services were over. It was quit expensive especially since the gel polish peeled off in less then a day. I had to settle for what she choose bc the colors I choose were just empty bottles. I also never been to a nail salon with dogs, heads up they have two they are beautiful dont get me wrong but I kept witnessing employees playing with them without washing their hands. I thought about going back for a second chance but my pockets cant afford the stuff I went through if I pay steep prices it should come with quality and professionalism. A pretty atmosphere doesnt make employees professional.

I got the dip and it lasted.... One day..... it was $45 and it chipped the next day. The people were nice but it’s just not worth it

This nail salon gets ONE STAR completely disgusted with my experience here. First all of the nail techs talk bad about customers after they leave to other customers. Horrible attitudes. The man that was doing my nails was literally watching a YouTube video while doing my nails. And complained about how tired he was. I won’t be coming back!!

The staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoy how they give you a glass of wine while you unwind! They are very reasonably priced.

If I could give them a zero for unprofessionalism that would be exactly what they would get, the first thing I told them was that wasnt from the area over the phone when I made the appointment so you would think they would take that into consideration when I have to find my way to get to the salon. Then I come in about six minutes after my appointment time which was at 11 AM and I guess the supervisor or the lady that was in charge had made a comment right in front of me to the lady that I recommended that if I wanted to be too much stuff done to my nails that she wouldnt be able to do it because she had an appointment at 12 so right off the bat to me that was very unprofessional because Im standing right there and Im here for my first time experience and it wasnt for me to feel like Im gonna be rushed through my service so I would never recommend coming here ever again the reviews are a bunch of bullshit and Im sure the majority of the reviews are from the employees anyway !

I absolutely love going to Lush Nail Bar, any specific nail design that I show by photo, theyre able to do. I always feel welcomed when I walk in, plus they do an incredible job! If you want an amazing manicure or pedicure I highly recommend Lush Nail Bar!!

I went back here after a disapointing appt at my regular nail salon. Let me say, Yay!I was a wall in for a pedicure. They got me right in and the girl I had was a delight. Everyone was friendly even the lady next to me. They also have 2 cute bulldogs that add to tge great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Lush Nail Bar. This is my new go to for pedicures.

Had a pedicure at Lush Nail Bar a few days ago. The facility is cute... cool bar theme, nice decor. I could tell a lot of the women who were in for manicures were regulars, chatting up the nail techs, having a good time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The guy who did my feet--sorry, dont know his name because no one introduced him and all my attempts to start a conversation where I might learn about him were met with monosyllabic replies--was texting on his phone throughout! Clearly not attentive. But whatever. Fine. I gave up trying to talk to him. I thought he did an OK job--did all the steps, the toenail polish looks fine. But then after one day I notice that my heels are super rough. Not just dead skin rough like when I went in, but like tore up. Probably because he used the coarse pedicure tool to get the dead skin, but nothing finer afterward to smooth it out. Given that that is the main reason I paid for a pedicure rather than just painting my toenails myself, I am not pleased. Worse, one of my big toes started getting red and tender around the toenail this morning. By evening it was so painful I had to go get epsom salts to soak it. I dont know if the tools were dirty or if he cut or filed the skin, but whatever it is, I have an infection brewing. Sorry. Will not be going back.
