This is the first time, I visited this salon and it was a horrible experience. Trish was very rude and would not do anything I asked her to do. She just gave us the basic pedicure without asking if we wanted something more. I will never visit them again

Very pleasant atmosphere and the workers are nice and will answer all your questions. The shop is nice and clean.

I love this place. The owners are super sweet and they do great work without you having to break the bank. Would recommend them to anyone!

Went to My Nails for the first time. Very impressed. I was seen right away and walked out 35 minutes later with my pretty blue gel polish and fill in 35 minutes! Trish was great. I will be coming back.

My Nails is definitely my go-to manicure and pedicure place in Raleigh! They really take their time to do a thorough job and make sure I’m comfortable and happy. The employees are so nice and welcoming, and they’re great about taking walk-ins. Highly recommend!

I had a fabulous pedicure here! I thought for the price ( $25) the service was excellent. They use a sugar scrub, hot stones and hot towels. I like the atmosphere. It was calm and they played Christian music! I will definitely be going back!

Everyone is always friendly that works there! Some of the customers get on my nerves with their nasty, privileged attitudes and loud a** children, but the pedicure techs do a great job, for the most part its relaxing, and Trish is extremely good! I never have to tell her what I want or need, she automatically does it and my nails ALWAYS look great!

Quality services and great customer service! I would highly recommend them. Trish does great work and they are fast if you are on lunch break or in a hurry.

Ill be coming here from now on. Great experience and amazing customer service!

Ive been going here for 8yrs & I absolutely Love Trish & her Family

The service I received from Trishs husband far exceeded the service I received from her 2 or 3 weeks ago. On my first visit I wanted a pedicure, full gel set with an ombre pale pink to white finish. Once she started she told me she could achieve the ombre finish by doing An American manicure which everyone who get a French manicure knows an American is a pale version of a french. She used an antique white lace color on the tip, did the pink, then the overlay of the gel builder. Didnt look like ombre but it was ok. The nails were too thick and had to go back later that day due to getting rushed out because her 4:00 appt showed up early. The nails had a beveled finish instead of being smooth. She had all types of excuses for the problems I saw with each nail. $96 down the drain! No ombre, a full set, pedicure, American. Came back today, her husband who was very nice, cut my nails way too low but it was ok because I thought he would correct it by doing an American manicure. Nope, Trish told him I would get the same effect by doing one coat of some pale pink color instead of giving me what I wanted she argued, and continued to say I was incorrect about the first visit argued some more without me instead of just providing the service I wanted, and being honest about your skillset. It was a humiliating experience, she was blatantly disrespectful! (I agreed to disagree and will not return.) Thankfully, there was only one other person in there. She doesnt care enough to respect this client and thats fine. If her camerasactually work, she can view the footage of my 1st visit to see I was accurate. Customers come and go I get that, however, theres always a nail salon that will welcome a new customer instead of being content with their regulars. If youre not one of her regular customers she doesnt seem interested to try to earn your new business, as how she failed to conduct herself professionally and appeared to not be concerned about anything but getting paid. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. Good luck with your visit.

Wish I could have gave this place 0 stars . The staff are RUDE and unorganized I don’t know what type of business they are running in there .. I came in for a fill in and the man who did my nails jumped from 24$ to 34$ and then when I got to the register they said 43$ for a acrylic fill in . Guy messed up the shape and style of my nails so bad and didn’t want to fix it and blamed IT all on me . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . If I was u I would avoid this place .
