I love this nail salon! I started using them recently after a negative experience at another salon. I usually go for the super fancy places but they are just so kind here I love it. The bathroom could use a little updating but I’ve realized that is not the most important thing when it comes to a great nail experience. They really listen to what you want and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied!

I walked in with my 5 year old niece for her first nail salon experience. We didn’t have appointments but they were great about working us in and were wonderful with my niece. She now is obsessed with the salon and cannot wait to go back. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful they made the experience.

My go to place for mani & pedi (s) is T Nails!!! Diane is my girl but Nancy is FIRE as well...or just ask for T the owner. You cannot go wrong with any of these ladies. Stay beautiful and treat yourself, you deserve it!💙

Its basically like most nail salons, but here they actually try to give you what works best for you. Ive had some issues trying to find the best way to do my nails, and they were able to suggest then newer option that has been fabulous! Its three weeks later and my nails still look pretty good even though theyve grown out. Ill be going back soon to have them redone. This is now my go-to nail salon in North Raleigh. Prices are in line with most salons. They are very friendly! 👍

I love this establishment, they are personable. They greet everyone with a smile and call those who they are familiar with by their first name, which shows how much they care about their guests. My all time favorite is Nancy she is meticulous, friendly, and always delivers according to your needs. Shes the best (perfect) and I never stray.

They are sweet. Brought my daughter here for her birthday recently and I found it fairly priced with friendly staffs. Being new to the area I didnt have an established salon. The place was clean and smelled ok for a nail spot. I will try to bring my husband next time and get him to enjoy a pedicure with me as well.

I came in for a gel polish change. The woman at the front told me to pick a color on the wall (the gel colors are in a box to the side). After choosing a color, they informed me they me that they did not have that color in gel, which was fine. The problem occurred when I asked for my toe nails to be filed or cut down a bit and to get a cleaner square shape. I explained that I liked the shape but the length was just a little too long for my liking. I also said I’m not sure if u need to cut it or filed down, I just wanted it shorter and square. The woman got upset and asked what did I want with a frustrated tone.I have been getting my nails done for many years now, and I have always been asked what shape or would I like them shorter. I was confused as to why she had the attitude but it was not appreciated. I also did not appreciate the side comments about what I wanted, as if I made a mistake about MY toes.I ended up loving the white on my toes but the shape was not clean and her snippy service was not needed.

I really loved how my toes were done. The man didn’t try to push any service on me. He was very gentle with cutting my cuticles and nails.Only thing I wish I could’ve soaked my feet a little longer. As soon as I sat down he started working.

Just started going there. Went for the 3rd time yesterday. Ben is my guy....everyone there is helpful, friendly and provide great customer service. Could use some specials, though. All of the salons are more expensive than in NY.One last comment, the staff needs to decrease speaking Vietnamese around the customers....everyone there speaks perfect english...it is rude.

T Nail Spa saved my engagement photos from a total nail disaster! They were quick to get me in and were meticulous in correcting the horrible job from another salon. I recently had surgery on my knee so I came into the salon on crutches and wearing a brace. They were extremely attentive and made sure I was comfortable and that I wasn’t experiencing any pain. My nails and toenails look great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great service. I went in for a waxing and it was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive ever had. I hate waxing because its painful for me but the lady was gentle, personable and sensitive to my skin. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. Ive been to many salons in the area but this is by far my favorite. I highly recommend this place.

This is normally my go to place for a good pedicure! After my experience today, I will never return. I walked in for service and another lady walked in behind me. The gentlemen at the desk was checking someone out, looked past me and asked the lady what she needed help with? The lady responded that I was here first and I stated that I needed a pedicure, the lady that sits in the front started speaking in her language. (never addresses me by the way). If my money is not accepted here then I will take business elsewhere!! Horrible customer service!

Manger is very nice! Service from some of the workers are too fast. It’s like they rush to get done so they can take someone else. Other then that they are okay.

I absolutely loved it. My coworker suggested them and Ms. Kim did an amazing job on my nails. She was very friendly and it only took about 45mins to do my nails. It is a clean establishment, and I was greeted when I walked it. All of the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

I usually come in for a full set with the gel nails and they look neat and clean and not too thick. They offer you beverages and the staff are very kind. Very good atmosphere and the results are good for the price. Would recommend this to a friend.

The complimentary glass of wine is a good feature, but the pedicure to me was average-- not much massage, just lots of soap and lotion. Im particular about the painting of my nails-- there was polish in the corner and the application was lumpy. The painting was rushed and this is something I hate in a ball salon--- spending lots of time on washing feet and rushing to paint the nails.The shape of my toenails came out nice but nothing memorable about three rest of the service. This is a place you need to know and request a specific person not just pop in and take whoever is available.

I stumbled upon this place while in north raleigh one day just bc I happened to be up in that area. Loved it so much that I keep coming back. Nothing spectacular about extra perks with your manicure (except glass of wine), but the price is less than others in the area and none of my shellac nails ever come off before the 4 week mark.

Nick does my nails and pedis. He is great. Quiet though lol. Enjoy my glass of wine also. Relaxing atmosphere.

Went there today after seeing they had the highest star rating. I was pleased that i did. Me, my mom and my sister all got pedicures by all men. The friendliness of them all was great. We didnt have an appointment but got in and didnt have to wait long. They greeted us wonderful. We all got the deluxe pedicure and it was wonderful. The massage could been more longer but was nice. Prob so nice we didnt want them to stop, lol. It was a great atmosphere and also give you complimentary drink of your choice and even serve wine. Clean atmosphere and seem to be very professional. Will go again. Highly recommend.

Rude and inconsistent customer service. I went to this place after work, around 5. They close at 7 and they told me they couldnt do my nails. Mind you, it was a simple fill in, no color. They close when they want to and do whoever nails they want to. Ive seen it happen to other customers as well as it happen to me personally.

I started going here 3 years ago. When Jenny was there my nails were bombed along with Nancy with those pedicures. Jenny left so I started going to the two guys. Well the past 2 times Ive had an issue and nothing done about it. How do you just get you nails done and look like you need a fill in. Or how do you break the same 2 nails twice. Smh I have spent too much money in here for this. Then they dont show prices but my service charges were different each time but I get the same thing every 2 weeks. Nothing more nothing less.

This is the only nail spa where I go to get my mani and/or pedi !! The customer service is always good !! They even give you a drink while pampering you.

Very thorough, the $30 pedicure was well worth it, the massage was awesome!
