Lisa did a great job on my nails. She also arched my eyebrows. I am very pleased with the quality of my nail work. I would recommend this location to others. Several customers have gone to this shop on my recommendation through the years. I changed to a shop closer to my house but I didnt like the service so I returned to Elite Nails.

Service is good and people there are nice.However, the skill there is poor. I did pedicure but did not satisfied with the result, though he tried to fix it later.Generally, its a good place if you are in a hurry since there is no long waiting line.

I’ve actually never gotten my nails done here but I do get my brows done and they’re amazing. I was really skeptical the first time I went in there but after my first visit I refuse to go anywhere but there. I now go out of my way to get my brows done here. I’ve had the gentlemen do my brows twice and it comes out good but not my favorite. However, the two women there especially the shorter lady are wonderful . I’ve told them what I needed and she’s done it perfectly every time. They’re all super friendly and the process is in and out quickly. As far as waxing goes I definitely say five stars.

Very poor service. I simply asked her to scrub the rough parts of my feet and she said she already did it. I showed her where she had missed and she just continued to put lotion on my feet and completely ignored me. I am very disappointed!

Im adding to my review. As nice as they are. The service is beginning to slip. They only have 2 people working. And the wait is ridiculous only to get in the chair and be told. SHE LISA doesnt have time to do your designs and then proceeds to half ass paint your nails. The work was rushed and shotty. And I was offended by the service. I wont be back. I waited 3 hrs. And my nails look like crap.They are nice and very accommodating. I just wish they would up their skills in design. And the prices are a little much for acrylic. But I like it there. And its convenient. 🙂

Terrible !! People are indeed nice but I pay for a service and expect it to be correct.#1 theyll over charge you in a second- my daughter and I went. I got a full set and she wanted her natural nails painted with designs. For casket shape I was charged extra... for each color we were charged extra. When youre choosing your shape when is it ever extra for your choice???#2 I asked in advance for the price. When they were done the little girl who took payment uped the price by $5 dollars.They take no pride in their work DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!!

Theyre efficient. As someone with a busy schedule this place is perfect for me. Although, you might want to schedule an appointment since they get busy.

One of the worst set of nails Ive ever had done. They were not what I requested. Nail tech assured me they would be better than what I requested. Not!!! For what I paid, I endured them for two weeks. I was too embarrassed for anyone to see my hands. Definitely will not return here.

I got my eyelashes done one time before I told them they fell off within the day I went back to give them a second chance to do them again I ask them to please make sure they are on right not even an hour later they fell off! A waste of my money for $25 😣😣😣

I go here to get my eyebrows done and I love it. They do a great job.

I just left from this place and they did a terrible job. I’m not a picky person but I left there very disappointed. My gel polish is still wet and sticky and they tried to tell me that’s how gel polish is, which isn’t true because I get it all the time. They over charged me and said that was the standard price. I wouldn’t go there at all!!!! Don’t waste your money!

Theyre nice and do really good eyebrow waxing, however theyre always short on staff and tend to always be rushing and the work looks sloppy . I came for a nail repair and he glued my tip on crooked and put so much acrylic on it that it was the biggest nail...and this was my index finger ..it looked like it belonged on my thumb and I had to keep telling them to file and fix the shape, and he didnt put the top coat on

Terrible service!!! I was nickeled and dimed for everything!! If I wanted my nails cut down, $5, one nail a different color $5 etc, I was given a mediocre pedicure that was priced at $25. That was reasonable but my nails were uneven, color was uneven, my cuticles werent touch. Then they got upset when I asked them to correctly do it.This is place is designed for a person who is not used to having quality work done. I will never come back here.

They are terrible, they are so rough with your hands, & I was bleeding. As soon as I left the store my nail broke.

Dont go there !!! They over price you and talk bout you as well. Same day my daugther nails broken. Never again will i go

I had gel nails and the gel kept peeling off even after i went a second time, then after that i had got coffin nails the shaping of the nails wasnt even right it was a total mess.

Horrible owner and horrible service.
