Love this place! After being numerous other places I have found my permanent nail salon. The customer service was great and my pedicure looks great. It was clean and quiet. I will definitely go back.

Great family owned business! I strongly recommend. The people are incredibly nice. They are taking great precautions against covid. I got a regular manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I was very satisfied. Afterwards I went grocery shopping! Great location, people, and services.

Incredibly friendly staff, pretty environment, and good prices. The dip manicure is done very well, with so many amazing color options! I had tips added to my dip manicure too which turned out really nicely and lasted almost 3 weeks. I definitely recommend this spot for a manicure!.

My nail technician was very pleasant but extremely, extremely slow. I left after an hour and 20 minutes in his chair and he was still not finished with a “standard manicure“. This normally takes me 15 minutes at Cameron Village and I was already squeezing this appointment in. I think they should tell you if they’re going to give you a nail tech that takes this long. He was surprised when I didn’t want to finish, but the color was on my nails and it was past time to go.My suggestion to others is to come here for good quality but very long appointment. Skip this one if you don’t have all day.

New to the area decided to check this place out. Was told to try again in an hour, I did. Got in the pedi chair maybe 10 minutes after coming back. Waited 10-15 more minutes before my service started, water got kind of cold but tech warmed it back up for me. Both services took about two hours total. Which was kind of long for a regular mani & pedi but it was worth it. Most beautiful & neat work I’ve ever had. Also got eyebrow waxed, they listened when I said I wanted them cleaned up & not thinned out. Can’t wait to come back.

Always great service. Fast, friendly, but very thorough. Ive been a regular for months theyre always my go to. With a large selection of colors . I love getting gel mani pedis with them.

I have been here 3 times and its been bad all 3 times. However, today completely takes the cake. I have tried it multiple times because I know my mom loves coming here. Today, I came in for a manicure. It was Saturday so I knew they would be busy but I didnt mind waiting. They completely rushed me through. I saw a woman getting a manicure soaking her nails and they were really taking their time. They never soaked my nails, barely touched my cuticles (which really needed attention). They didnt even clean under my nails. I had one guy file my nails (unevenly) and then some other guy came and finished. Everyone was offered a drink and I never was offered. My nails look horrible and Im completely furious.

My first experience at this place was nothing short of amazing. I was in the area for a different reason & I decided to get my nails done while there. I am so glad I chose this location. The customer service was great and the guys (T? Ti? Tee? - no idea the spelling & his dad?) who did my nails were both amazing. So thorough and payed attention to every detail. My acrylic set is completely different (in a good way) than my last two sets at a different place. My nails look so natural and feel so much lighter than my last acrylic nails. It is safe to say I will happily make the 40 minute drive to come to this location where I know I will be 100% happy. Awesome job, everyone!

Went for the first time over two weeks ago for a pedicure. They were super friendly and the pedicure was very relaxing and the nail tech was very efficient and did an amazing job.The picture is of my toes today, which is OVER two weeks after I had the pedicure done. Looks like I just got them done yesterday! I am so amazed. No chips and still looks just as good as it did 2 weeks ago. Longest lasting pedicure I’ve ever had.I live over 25 minutes away, but plan on going here anytime I am out near Crabtree. Best bang for your buck, for sure!

Walked in at 630 and was turned away. Its ok, I gladly went across the street to pretty nails where I was welcomed.

My gel manicure is coming off just after 4 days. I haven’t got my nail done in 4 months. I wanted one relaxing afternoon. I went in and it seemed great. Then the electricity went out and I sat in the dark to get my mani/pedi done. That is all fine but the environment was not relaxing. They had no way to take payments and asked me to go to Harris teeter. Before I left they changed the price I owed two times.If your nail salons electricity turns off the whole experience is gone, not only that but my nails are already chipping. It ha been 4 days. You should give a discount for making me put my feet in a hand nail dryer above a tub of water, in the dark with no music. I am not relaxed and they charged me 5-15 dollars extra compared to what they had online.Completely disappointing experience. It was not worth my time or money.Shame on these people for being so shady and disrespectful.

Unfortunately the staff 1/2 delivers on what is promise and paid for. After paying roughly $100, my nails were not shaped and my toes were half painted. I left salon unhappy and decided to call to express that I was not happy with my experience. The receptionist reassured me to come back tomorrow and they will fix it. Day 2 of my scar experience was a waste of my time. They gave me the same Nail Tech who was more interested in watching me shape my own nails than trying to fix the issue. I was told that I messed up my own toes when I put my feet in my shoes even though my feet were drying for over an hour while I was getting my nails done. If I could give them a zero I would. I went around the corner to another salon who is very happy and fixing the mistakes of J&A Nail Spa for me.

Never had a nail soak. No hand massage. Had a rotation of technicians that barely did anything, so no pushing back cuticles, and no trimming.Finished needing another manicure.Will never return.

I decided to try this place due to the good reviews and was brutally disappointed. We made sure to make an appointment for 5 PM. We walked in the door and weren’t greeted for about 10 minutes and I really don’t think we were even put in the computer. They had a great selection of colors I will say that. I sat in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes until someone even acknowledged me. When she did get started, It was more of a lotion massage as they did not even use a file on my toes. After having to wait so long, I decided only on the basic pedicure which ended up being way more basic then the word basic. When I checked out, it was $50.My friend with me wanted a gel manicure who also was waiting 45 minutes. A man came in the front door, sat down and just started doing her nails...weird. She was a little uncomfortable by the way he was using tools and spoke up for them then to get offended by her concerns. They were in shock when we said we had to leave by 7 pm which was 2 hours after our scheduled appointment.I was excited to try this place and they pretty much pushed us out the door.

Love this nail salon! Everyone is very personable and they always do a great job while taking their time. The packages they offer are competitively priced with the other places around Raleigh. The utensils they use are very clean and they also have the plastic liners for the chairs! Their nail polish selection is large. I like to get a gel manicure but reg polish for a pedicure and they have gel colors that are exact matches to regular polish, which is a total plus! :)

The service was great and my nails came out so good. I’m very picky about my nails and no one ever meets my expectations but the gentleman who did my nails was so sweet and did an awesome job. I wish I lived in the area so I could come here forever.Update: I went back for the second time and experienced the same great service. Be sure to make an appointment with Tom! He is so sweet, attentive to detail and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I can’t speak on anyone else but Tom is the man to see.

I purchased a gift card for my wife to use at this place. They did not properly setup the card so when she went to pay the bill they said the card had no money. They told her if she could show them a credit card statement for the gift card purchase then that would suffice. I logged in, found the transaction, took a screen shot and sent it to her. They still did not accept this. They basically treated her like a criminal when THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SCREWED UP. She was about to call the police but they finally found the transaction in their system. On top of all this, they did not apologize or give her any kind of credit for being treated so poorly. They turned a Christmas gift into a horrible experience. I strongly advise you to go somewhere else.

I love this place but there is ALWAYS a long wait. For the love of God get more people. There are only a few people here that can do fill ins and they are always booked. More employees would be great.

I went to this salon because of the reviews I read on Google. Unfortunately my experience was not so stellar. The nail technician I had seemed very unenthusiastic about her job and unwilling to provide any level of customer service. I asked for magazines and she just pointed to where they were instead of offering to get me one. I asked about getting the dead skin scrubbed off my heels and she said it was an extra cost until another employee chimed in and said that she was confused. I asked if they could put my shoes and they said later thus I had to do it myself! The music was terrible. First it was Asain sounding station that I had never heard of not could I understand playing on the stereo. Then they put on basically rap music. And dont get me wrong, I like hip hop and r&b just not when Im trying to relax while getting a pedicure. And there was an unusual smell in there. It was almost like a new construction smell mixed with strong chemicals. It gave me a headache by the end. I always hate leaving bad reviews but I was just so disappointed I felt like I had to let others know. I will not go back.

This salon is always so beautiful and clean! Fantastic experience with nail Tech Henry! He is a very skilled reflexologist...the massage was one of the best I have ever had and Ive had a lot! Henry is also extremely meticulous and thorough and I appreciate that very much. After this experience with Henry, my feet look great and I am sooooo relaxed! I will only be scheduling my appointments with Henry from now on😀.

Wish I could give this place a better review. But I just paid $35 for the worst pedi. The guy doing my pedi rushed and was way more interested in the TV and getting back to his phone. Gave two stars only because of the wine. My friends pedi lasted almost an hour. So, definitely feel like my service was sub par. Not sure I’ll return or at least will ask for someone else and not the guy.
