I was a Lease Purchase driver, one of 15 I think. At my time of leaving they had over 400 owner operator trucks, but still maintained a very small lease purchase fleet. My truck was a 2020 Kenworth, very nice condition. I got it with 34k miles, it had some issues that were not F2Fs fault. It was the most successful Lease purchase program I was ever in.But, I wanted to get a truck financed that i could pay off sooner, I was looking at SFI but they wanted $3,000 down security (for me) to get a used 2018 and bring it directly to f2f. SFI, was leading me towards landstar, told me Id only need $1k(total), Now SFI only wants 600$ for a new truck, if i go to Schneider national with it. (none avail for a few months)8/2021Pros:1. Easy Orientation, Mine was online (zoom meeting, it was during the great rona outbreak of 2020)2. Freedom to use any loadboard you want and build your own relationships with brokers and negotiate your own rates.3. ELD was very easy to use, it was transflo-mobile-plus, and very easy to edit your own lines, (not drive time) Note: need your own device for it (with internet), i used an old phone so I did not have to hand my current cell phone unlocked to a DOT officer.4. Pay, Theyve always fixed any errors Ive pointed out on my settlements, which did not happen alot. They send out the settlement statements wednesday, you get paid fridays so its plenty of time to review.5. Hometime was all based on your planning6. No nagging you to run, or calls if youre not grossing alot this week.. etc.7. Advances were possible if you had issues.8. The hotel they use nearby is actually really nice, and had a small kitchen, they also served a hot breakfast, used to be a buffet until rona.9. Mechanic, their house mechanic was available to perform inspections for me when i was in the area.Cons:1. Communication was great in the beginning, I was able to talk directly to the decision makers, but it got terrible when i left, if you have an issue now you have to strictly deal with your advocate, who can sometimes take multiple days depending on the issue, HOWEVER, i did not have many issues during my time at f2f.2. Maintenance program was difficult to use, and if you had a issue with a trailer you rented, it was not covered(truck only maint program), and Oil changes were a pain to get approved when i started.3. When you quit the company, they hold all your pending settlements / refunds up to the last minute (60days). BUT you get it back, so dont freak out.4. If you do not have a trailer, it is difficult to get one, I guess the market is slim.(also remember, you pay all maintenance and all repairs)5. Cant sign any contracts for a dedicated route on your own. (was offered mail contracts, had to decline)6. Mechanic, their house guy ran into a lot of problems with my truck while swapping a dash and did not complete the job, sent it to a dealer, so Id only have him do small stuff.Overall:Id take my own truck to them in the future, I enjoyed the freedom of having my choice of what freight market I want. The people really make the company great, Ive had some difference with my advocate on occasion, but we handled our issues.Alex was great in orientation, Michelle in Ops was great too, not to mention Paul my advocate he was also great, he went above and beyond on a few occasions.(forgot my jacket and he shipped it back to me) Shane in safety was terrible, but hes in safety so thats to be expected.. haha =)And also lets not forget when your advocate is busy you get to call the main line and get the lovely southern accents of the ladies... and sometimes Mister Wolf, but mostly Mackenzie.. Hi Mackenzie .. lol

Price gouges and no call no shows for pick ups. Alberto Rivera pretends he is a dispatch but is just one absolute cry baby. Pretends to be professional then flips out when he can’t get his way.

We’ve worked with F2F Transport for almost 5 years now and have nothing but good things to say about them! The drivers are punctual, polite and provide excellent communication. Definitely one of the top owner/operator companies out there and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Worked there for almost a year and everything was ok (lot more better companies to work out there)until I decided to move to bigger things..They held my last check and all my escrow for Two months for no reason and when it came tax time only received the 1099 with no expense report ..Try to talk to payroll like a professional and flat out told me that was not there problem if I got that or not. They screwed my taxes so if you feel like fooling with those jokes go ahead ..

F2F transport is hands down a real owner operator company. Not competing with company drivers and not treated as one neither. This is a great company to partner with. Alex and Chanty help you get squared away quickly and the office staff have been extremely nice and cordial. I look forward to many years of partnership with F2F.

While i was there i was happy except for the fact that the trailer rent i paid didnt cover a thing. I picked up a trailer at the garage from being repaired then had to fix that repair myself because they collect but dont cover anything then when i decided to leave they said they hold escrow for 60 days but after 90 i recieved nothing. After i hounded them about it they gave me a third of what was owed to me because the next driver blew a tire 3 weeks into pulling the trailer and they say it was deemed that the tire was bad before he got the trailer so they took my money to replace 2 tire and pay a service call. Long story short i should have believed the reviews i read and stayed away from tbem. I read reviews of how they held escrows that shouldve been returned but figured id give them a chance anyway. My mistake. Stay clear of them unless you have money to burn

Dont do business with this company. Their driver hit a fence at a delivery they did for us. He did $686.00 in damge. My customer tried to stop the driver but he drove off and wouldnt stop. I immediately called and texted the driver. No responese from him or from dispatch. I left messages about the damage with both as well as emailed his dispatcher. No response. I withheld the $ from their payment and they called saying they didnt hit the fence after I had already paid for it. They went after my bond so I had to pay them. I will never do business with these scammers again!

I have been leased to this group for 4 months and I have to say it has been great. No BS everything has been done just as they have said it will be. I have finally found a home for my business. It is refreshing to have a company realize I dont work for them, but with them.I highly recommend this company to any owner operator who is looking to take total control of their business.

I couldnt be happier with my decision to Partner with F2F as an owner operator. The support staff is very friendly and responsive to the partners needs. Signing on with F2F was the best business decision I have made, and I do not foresee leaving anytime soon.F2F is a reputable carrier with a great model for owner operators who dont want the hassle of running their own authority. Unlimited income potential, strong and supportive office staff and a great reputation with brokers makes F2F an excellent choice.Book your own loads, negotiate your own rates and decide if and when you want to work!

Im not a very capable person when it comes to using technology. And by technology I mean computers and so forth. With that being said I just completed orientation. I was having difficulty understanding a few things. Everyone from the owner on down went above and beyond to help me. That is a rarity in the trucking industry. I was treated well, great food and outstanding lodging. If you have drive and initiative, you should do well here.

My husband feels after 32 years of experience, this is the best decision he has made and only wish we could have done this a long time ago. After 5 of those years of being owner operator, this is the 3rd company being leased to, has been the best company hands down. I love the time we spend on the road together, ( I dont drive), I love it because we are so much more comfortable running how we want, going home without any questions, and not only picking loads out of a small list of what is available. We pick our own freight from any and all loads that we want. The company does not book loads. The company treatst us like family/partners and DONT make us feel like we owe them. I feel like all of us are on the same page. I would recommend this company to anyone who really wants to do better. I can tell that we are liked quite a bit through some brokers we deal with. We dont get a driver refferal bonus, as we dont need it, but pass the word along to help someone do better. I give this company a 5out of 5 star rating.

Ive been with F2F since June this year. I absolutely, believe that this was the best decision, Ive made in trucking, so far. I started out with Prime and then Schneider on the IC Choice program. Both of those companies gave me valuable experience but, F2F transport is a whole new level, only step after F2F is having your own authority. I brought my Schneider Finance truck over, running F2Fs Authority, plates, insurance, trailer, etc.. Im calling the brokers and booking the loads, seeing the actual rate confirmations. The staff in Chattanooga are down to earth and a pleasure to interact with, a far cry from my past experiences. I would definitely, recommend F2F transport, to anyone who is leased on to a mega carrier, picking loads off of a company loadboard, making company driver pay. Just to put it out there, We do not receive referral bonuses. Im just passing on my positive experience, so that maybe, itll help the next person. Safe travels

80 percent is low i would not pay you 20 percent for accounts receivable. That is only for dumb arse. What value do u give for 20 percent. 10 percent has some value but at 20 just stay as a compnay driver. Take all risk for what. Mabe a pay check to pay check renter driver think this is good. I will bring my equipment on for 92 percent. That my offer take it or leave it. i dont need you but we can make money if you willing. i make money with or without out youToday. After reading other reviews that worked with landstar this might be good for you. But there is much better out there. 10 percent has valuefor acounts recievable and authority. You can factor for less then 10 percent of gross. So acounts receivable has some value. What value is the other say 13 percent you pay a tire discount?
