So.., I LOVED going here this weekend. I took my daughter (3) for a mommy daughter date, as she wanted her nails done at a salon like me. I lost touch of my nail tech who I typically go to, so this was my first time here. Service was amazing, and the ladies were so sweet to my daughter. My daughters feet & nails were done long before mine, so while they were finishing up with me, they helped keep her entertained. At one point, they even helped me get her back in the chair she kept getting out of. Usually, I get the most extravagant bling-y nails as possible, but I wanted to try something new, simple & short. The nail tech did an amazing job & I love them so much. I have already recommended this place to some of my friends & I’ll continue too! 💅🏼💅🏼✨

Excellent services by courteous and friendly staff. We got manis and pedis and all of our nails looked amazing. Fair pricing and extremely clean environment. Found this spot in traveling to Raleigh to visit my daughter at NC State...will defineatly return when we are back in town.

I havent been to Beverly Nails for years, but recently have returned. They were prompt with my appointment, were friendly, and professional. I highly recommend!

Ive never had my nails done before, this was my 1st time. They were pretty nice, not as elegant as expected with the wine & flash. Unfortunately after being charged for shaping it was a bit sloppy on one of the nails & another began to come off about 4 days after install. The tech was a bit rough with my fingers, it was a bit disappointing. Not the spa atmosphere i was expecting. For the price Ill be going some where else, my nail tech also said she was not very good at doing designs, that was also disappointing. Over all its fine for kids getting some simple paint. However I suggest going some where else for as an adult.

The staff is nice but they are not too great at foot massage even when you pay extra and I rarely get a good regular manicure. They are just convenient to my house.

The lady that did my nails was very very rude. she was also screaming on her phone and focused on everything else besides my nail she didn’t even paint all of it. i asked for a dark green and she put a color changing polish on it without telling me and saying it will change when i get cold. she also told me my eyebrows needed to be waxed which i found incredibly rude.

Called because my wife left her nail polish in our hotel and needed replacement. They said they had it but when I got there. They were unbelievably rude and refused to help me and told me they didn’t have time after I drove there especially to pick up the polish. Can’t explain how upset I was.

I got a gel manicure monday. first off, the lady i had was awfully rude. she paid no attention to my nails and was in conversation with everyone else working around her. she chipped my nail in the center and also cut into my finger with her nails. it’s friday and one of my nails has already chipped. it hasn’t even been a week and usually mine last over two weeks. very disappointed and will not be returning :(

I came here yesterday to get a gel manicure and it was a horrible experience. It took 1.5 hours, however, nothing was done. I asked the tech to cut my nails, and he just filed. For 30 minutes. Very little attention was paid to my cuticles and painting my nails took 45 minutes. Two of the nails already peeled off because they did not take the time to roughen up my nailbed. Also, the tech rubbed acetone—not alcohol—on my nails after they were dry. I will not return here.

I would never ever visit this place again. My nail look terrible and i just got them done yesterday. Don’t know his name but he had a silver cross around his neck. He was not nice, did not engage in any conversation, handled my fingers rough. The polish doesn’t even cover my nail, you can see brush marks. I wasted my money sand I hate wasting money. Worse gel polish set I ever got in my life. I just got them done yesterday and can’t wait to go somewhere else to get them redone. I’m so disappointed in the nail polish change. Nails and toes. Stay away!!

Paid $50 for dip nails lastSunday. One week later one nail has popped off and others are chipping. When I went in asking for them to be repaired I was told I would have to come back because they were too busy to help me. No worries there! I wont be coming back. I guess its too much to expect good customer service.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit with Jenny. I asked to for slightly short nails, but with more length than I currently had. I asked three times that they not be thick - I will tell you that even typing this is difficult, because they are so bad. They are just as short as my nails were when I walked in, so paid for tips I obviously didnt need. I fingers hurt from where they filed on my skin.Part of the problem was that Jenny spent the entire time talking to someone else.I didnt stay another hour to have my nails redone. They knew I was extremely disappointed, but charged me anyway. I didnt have the energy to make a stink, but I will be returning to have them remove this gunk from my nails. I hope they dont try to charge me.

My friend and I go here regularly. We never wait more than a few minutes to be seen and they do a great job. I usually get a gel manicure and it last 3 weeks. This is the only place Ive gone that hasnt ruined my nails by scraping the old gel polish off. The pedicure chairs are great. They have a good selection of colors and brands to choose from.

Massage Envy is an awesome place. I dont know why this comment is showing up as a nail spa. I love the Stretch service. I would give them 5 stars if my facial didnt start 20 minutes late today yet still finish on time. Felt cheated, but I will still return because in 2 years that has only happened twice.

Very disappointed with Jenny’s service. I signed in for a manicure and dip powder. My cuticles grow fast so I have to get a manicure first. After sitting down I told the technician I wanted a manicure also, but she dipped one finger anyway. Mentioned again, I need a manicure “as you see I have a lot of cuticle which looks messy.” Then she finished and told me to sit at the drying table. Needless to say she did not clean off my nails and I had so much dried nail polish around my nails, very messy. After my nails dried I had to ask for lotion because I was NOT supplied any during my service. I’m not sure why people don’t provide services they would want. Very disappointed!! I will not go back.

I love Jenny. She is amazing . she was able to really understand my needs and did a beautiful job on my nail.

I like the scenery of this place but thats about it. An older lady did my pedicure and she sucked! She didnt scrub my heels and her polishing job was horrible. I kept having to tell her to redo different things. I will try this place one more time but I will NEVER get that lady to do anything for me again. My friend loves this place so I will give it another shot.

I always get a beautiful gel manicure here. It lasts for three weeks. The sparkly chandeliers and clouds painted on the walls are nice to gaze at while getting your nails done. They offer complimentary water, soda, or wine. Its my go-to place!

They did a lovely job with my gel nails and told me to come back and they would take the polish off for me when it was time. I guess I dont have enough experience with the business, but I was surprised that they charged me to take off the polish. This is after I already spent a good amount for them to paint them. And they charged $10 for removal of the gel! That is steep in my opinion. After watching them remove the gel I found out I can do it myself at home. I think that if you spend $32 at their salon for a manicure, you should get the gel removal for free. It was such a simple process.

Very unsatisfied. My gel doesnt last and is supposed to be strong. I work behind a desk should be able to last, right? Yes, they offer beverage but i pay for their business not for the beauty of their place. These last couple of times their jobs really sucked!!! Dont go!

I love this place. My nail technician Jenny is wonderful. She knows my style. I love the costumer service from wine, coffee, tea, or water for the customers.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is a Must! My employee who referred me “Lyly”one of the best technicians that I absolutely love her work. We both would go every 2 weeks for service. I purchased a gift certificate on my card for my employees and she passed away, suddenly unexpected 😞 she had no family in the Raleigh area, so I was not able to retrieve the $65 certificate. I spoke with the manager in January who knew me and my employee very well. She asked that I send her my credit card purchase and she would check to see if it was used. I was told today that I couldn’t use the certificate because someone could have stolen it. Iam a business owner myself, know that I have spent over 1,000.00 in you business and have referred many of my clients to come to your business, why would want to steal $65 from your company. Iam so happy with my technicians. But I want the owner to know that you will lose a lot more then $65 that you stole from me. Customer service is everything when you are in business. Our 5 woman group stopped in for mani -pedis. A little pricey, but worth the extra ca$h. Location has plenty of help on hand, plus the facility is large enough to accommodate large parties, I would recommend making an appointment. Great experience.

I feel bad, but this was one of the worst manicures I have gotten. I went with a friend that got a basic manicure & I got a shellac (gel) manicure. Our manicures took exactly the same time, you would think that since I was paying twice as much perhaps I would get a little extra care. There was no sugar scrub or hand/arm massage, no lotion. My cuticles were barely pushed back (very lazy) and when completed, it clearly looked like my nails needed another coat, very streaky. Polish was left on on my cuticles and on my skin! It was very unprofessional looking. As an aside, we were never offered anything to drink either. The facility was really nice, but I feel like I overpaid for a manicure that looks like I did it myself.

Very disappointed. I got a gel manicure that started peeling badly the next day.

Worst nail salon! I got my nails done and paid $45 and they started cracking right off within 3 days. Came back to the salon and they fixed them, which I was again charged $45. Now the top coat completely came off another 4 days laterand I went back in. The woman refused to give me my money back after telling me I shouldn’t have been charged to get them fixed in the first place. I would never recommend this salon to anyone based on them being unwilling to help me and they’ve ruined my nails.

I walked into Beverly Nail Spa with an hour left on 07/07 and thought awesome this looks like it will be an amazing salon to come to... But I was terribly wrong. I asked for a full set Gel with Gel French, got what I wanted but within 4 days my right thumb nail broke as I was looking in my purse for my cell phone. I went back thursday to get my nail repaired. Then on Saturday as I was sticking my hands in my back pockets at work, and my left thumb nail broke! Not to mention that I paid $52.00 for a full set and tipped the nail technician $5.00 - so total I paid $57.00 for a set of nails that are lifting and look like Ive had them for 3 to 4 weeks. While the environment was nice, the quality was not. Will not recommend and will not go back.

The staff here is super rude. I came in for a pedicure, and they barely scrubbed or massaged my legs. The pedicure literally lasted 15 minutes, when they usually last 30min at other places. I would rate this salon negative stars if I could. I don’t recommend. Go to celebration nails on six forks instead, they do a great job and are super nice.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now, for both pedis and fill in’s. And every time I’ve came in for a fill in I’ve had a problem but I’d always go back to give them another chance Bc everyone is so nice, especially Paul. How ever the last time I was there which was a couple days go for my every two week fill in I left with the worst fill in job I’ve ever had in my life. I pointed out to one of the nail techs all of the imperfections, they did nothing about it. All the nail tech did was right a number on a card handed it to me and told me to call that number if I don’t like my nails. The gel on my nails started chipping the every next day on 4 different nails, the coffin shape is every uneven the Acrylic is uneven and chucky. There also parts on my nails that she simply did not paint. Every disappointed. Every poor job

I really like this nail salon. I had both a mani and a pedi and thought the technician did a great job on both. The color selection is extensive. I did not feel pressured to buy up to a higher, more deluxe package. I was offered a free beverage of my choice. I went in the middle of the afternoon so it was not very busy. Ill definitely go back again.

This place is awful! The technician did not know what she was doing. Several others came over to show her. I left with half a nail job. Disgusted!

I went here for the 1st time today and fell in love ! Im not sure of the name of the lady who took care of me but she was AMAZING ! I dont get my nails done ever but I did last month for my birthday at Professionail in triangle town center mall and my nails looked horrid . I went for a fill in today since I just so happened to be in the area and it was the most professional nail shop Ive ever stepped foot in . Compared to the lumpy uneven nails I received for my birthday I look like I went to some high priced top of the line salon but I got awesome service for $30 . This is definitely my go-to shop from here on out !

Had my mani and pedi done here for the first time yesterday and I am very disappointed. Very poorly done and today my gel polish chipped. Too much money for less than satisfactory service. Oh, the wine was the best part of my experince.

I went to get my eyebrows and now one is longer than the other and one is thicker, but the lady before me had her eyebrows perfectly done. Now i have to go to somewhere else tomorrow to get them fixed!

I went here 3 days ago and got a full acrylic set. The whole time i was nervous cuz the lady barely seemed to understand what i wanted. I had to repeat myself many times. Finally we were done. 2 days later 2 of my nails just popped off. I went in the very next day and asked for a refund ($40) and for them to fix. They said ok to both. Clearly said yes to both i repeated separately just to make sure they knew what i wanted. I get them fixed and say ok may i get my $40 now the lady said yes. I walked to the register and she asked what i needed. After again repeating myself she said o noooo we no give u money i fixed!o i was pissed. Then someone who was in the back when i came in came up and claimed they didnt hear me. Acted like i was lying and threatened to call cops on mee!can u believe that. They ripped me off and threatened me. But thats ok i wont be going there ever again and i would never recommend them.

Staff is very rude and tend to completely ignore you. My nails usually look good but I cant get past the rudeness so Im looking elsewhere to get my nails done.

Ive been going here for a couple years now and it has been getting worse and worse. They are very rough when doing your nails and I got my eyebrows waxed there and they did a horrible job. One of my eyebrows is longer and thicker than the other and I have to go get it fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went there for the first time & I was a little unpleased. The owner painted my toes and he was getting the Polish on my toes. Plus, I found them rude and my friend didnt like her toes. It was just messy.
