The best gel manicure I’ve ever had! I’ve been twice now and plan to be back many times. They don’t sand down your nails before which keeps your nails strong. My gel has lasted over a month each time. Previous places I’ve gone my nails end up breaking after two weeks but here there has been no breakage. Highly recommend! So friendly and quick. Go here for sure.

I have been going here for over 10 years to get my eyebrows done. I have never been anything except completely satisfied! They are all great, but Vivian is EXCEPTIONAL!! She takes time to make sure you are satisfied and will go the extra mile in trimming and plucking in addition to waxing. I’ve been many places where they just wax and leave the strays for you later! I have spent way more money at places for much less satisfaction. This IS the place for good brows!

This it the best nail salon ever, you can even ask for wine and they have the best workers there everyday! I ask for Tracy every time, she has a good chat with you while she does your pedicure manicure. The chairs are comfortable the paints are high quality and it’s the best. They treat their clients like Kings and queens. Trust me I’ve been to more than 40 nail salons in Raleigh and this is the best so far. Don’t listen to the other bad reviews, I guarantee you will be satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been coming to the salon for years having my eyebrows and face waxed. The wax was too hot and burned me in several places on my face. When I told the manager, she apologized and said she would give me a discount on my next appointment.She did not and I wanted to see if she would remember.This past Monday I went in for a specialty manicure.A powdered dip manicure. On Wednesday it chipped badly. Im done.

The ladies are very friendly and do a thorough job. They pay close attention to details so your nails always look perfect. They do not serve alcohol though so this is not where you will have wine while getting your pedi.

My 8 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our first visit (of many to come) here! Everyone was so kind and pleasant to both of us. Thats not always the case in other places Ive taken my daughter, so we really appreciated it and will definitely be back for pedicures.

The woman here are very nice and very friendly. They give you Fast and satisfactory service.

Bad experience: I went for a fill-in...i had to repeatedly ask for a nail to be fixed.. they didnt want to take the time even though there was polish between my nail and the gel which obviously indicates that there was lifting... it was like a tug-of-war just getting her to shape my nails properly like the way I showed her in a picture... When all was done nail polish wasnt smooth. just not happy... I would never go back

Pedicure lasted 10 minutes before sent to the drying area, can get a way better pedicure where they actually scrub for the same price elsewhere. Terrible customer service

Love this place HAve been going here for about four years... The gel manicure is great. My nails do not break and it lasts about 2 1/2 weeks. No dryer time is needed. THey set under ultraviolet light. Best Pedicure around.

Dont waste your money!!! Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I just wanted a basic pedicure. The lady rushed through my pedicure and didnt even file/scrub the bottom of my feet, since I didnt want the upgrade pedicure. My pedicure only lasted 15 mins, before I was rushed to the drying area. I noticed several of my toes had not even been completely painted. After she touched them up with toe nail polish, I had to ask her to apply the clear polish on to the repainted toes. As I am waiting for my nails to dry, I was informed the credit card machines were down. I was told to go to Food Lion next door to take cash out, since I only had my debit card. As I was walking to the grocery store next door, one of the employees followed me to make sure I didnt take off. The poor quality of customer service was astonishing. Not to mention following me like I am a criminal.

Thru are gest, and they treat clients like kings.

Run away from this place.... Horrible service and a horrible color change.
