Dropped in on a Sunday afternoon for a Reg Mani/ Gel Pedi by Kevin and it was smooth and easy, he’s pleasant and polite.

I’ve been going to Posh nails for a few years now and always have SEA the nail tech complete my fill-in and full sets never in my life would I ever have thought I would have received the rude, unprofessional, disrespectful treatment I received just now. I needed a nail repair on on my nails. My natural nail was split. Sea added a nail and acrylic. Upon looking at the nail I explained that I felt it was too thin and that it would likely break again. I also explained that you could see a portion of my skin that would normally be UNDER my natural nail had it not broken, and should not be exposed. I requested that he add more acrylic and just file accordingly. I asked him did he understand what I was saying. He then cuts the nail completely off, tells me he can’t do it and that I can leave. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate after I waited 40 minutes patiently. Never would I have thought. I will never return and it’s evident all the money I have spent there over the years was not valued. I strongly suggest you spend your money elsewhere. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism. Ladies get your nails done elsewhere where you can make suggestions about what you’re paying for, without being turned away. Go where your hard earned money is valued.

I was visiting from out of town and decided to go here for a dip manicure…which I’ve been getting for the past 4 years or so, so I’m pretty aware of the process. Although the tech that did my nails was very nice, unfortunately the quality was not. I had to go back to see them the very next day to repair two of my nails where the dip had chipped off…and I had a third nail where it chipped off as well the NEXT day!! So two days in, I’ve had 3 chipped nails! Maybe this particular tech was new at providing this particular service, but if that is the case, he really shouldn’t be doing it. Needless to say, instead of my dip manicures usually lasting a good 2 - 3 weeks, I will more than likely be getting my nails redone within the next few days at this rate. Definitely a wasted trip to that salon, money & tip. 🤦🏽‍♀️

They do good work but every time i get my nailsDone here they barley last a week. My acrylic starts lifting within 5 days no matter who does myNails.

Thursday afternoon I got a pedicure, which is decently priced considering they do the bare minimum, and a fill-in on acrylic nails. It’s been right at 2 weeks so my nails were not chipped or broken and none needed repairs. The guy who did my nails here literally drilled my nails down until they started to lift (after gel color was drilled off). I had to argue with him that the acrylic he laid was too thin. He said “if it’s ugly and don’t look right it’s not my fault”. All of this to say that on Friday morning TWO NAILS ARE BROKEN!!!Update: I went back for repairs and had to pay full price. I asked if I could have to whole set removed due to poor quality and TERRIBLE customer service and was told that would be full priced as well.

Love to get my pedicures at Posh Nails, everyone is so friendly.

I received a pedicure and a full set (nails) medium length. I paid total $89 with a $10 tip. No more than 10 mins after I left, I was driving and noticed my nail was broke. Literally cracked at the tip. I turn around and head back to the salon, they tell me I have to come back later because now they are busy. 5 hours later I come back with now 2 broke nails. Did nothing but click my seatbelt. I get a woman to fix them. My biggest problem was her BLAMING me forThe broken nails. She said I needed to be careful 😂 like no way is my nails supposed to break that easily in less than 10 mins. It’s clear that he didn’t put much if any acrylic. Scamming paying customers and then blaming them. Black woman love long nails & if you don’t want to do them correctly then don’t offer the service. PERIODT

Clean, no strong smell. Employees were polite. Convenient location.On the down side Nail Tech could not do any designs. Would not ask for help. I came in to get a design. Could have painted my nails myself and did a better job. Polish did not go all the way to the edge of Nails.

Bad customer service. No smiles. Not pleasant. Doesn’t communicate with customers. Not the place to go if you want to enjoy a relaxing experience or even an “ok” experience. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Horrible customer service. First technician obviously didn’t want to do my nails so she told me 30 minutes which would leave only 30 minutes for a 60 minute service. After another technician spoke to her (not in English) my wait time miraculously went to 5 minutes. When I got in the chair the technician asked me if what I had were my natural nails I said yes but it was gel overlay with gel polish. She wanted to argue with me that it was my natural nail and I would need the polish soaked off. I kept telling her she was mistaken but no I got moved to another technician because she was hell bent on convincing me it was natural nail. Well after the second technician got a look low and behold it was indeed not natural nail so guess what, moved again. Finally got my nails done over an hour later. Never going back to this place. I totally will make the time to go to my usual place next time.

The 1st experience was great. Afterwards, the last 2 times my polish pealed off and my nails chipped. I was so disappointed. Im currently looking for a new nail shop. The owner does a great job on eyebrows though.

Wonderful Service

I dont know what the other people are talking about or who they are referring to. I have gone into this nail salon 3 times, all the times I have received great service. Today I went in for a pedicure and a fill in. Sea took care of me and he was great.. He took his time and was very meticulous with his work. My hands and feet look and feel amazing! And everyone was very nice and friendly, smiles all around.

I LOVE Sea. It takes his time and pays really close attention to detail. My nails always look so natural. You are always greeted with a hello and offered a soft drink or a glass of wine. I Highly recommend Sea hes awesome!

Where should I begin? I have fumbled around for years trying to find the right nail tech. I was referred to Chris and fell in love the first visit. Everyone there is just wonderful and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I drive 45 minutes one way and dont complain one bit. Thank You Posh for providing such great service.

Worst powder gel dip.. the selection of colors to choose from were not many. Got the powder gel dip On June 19, today is June 24th and my clear coat has peeled off on many of my nails, making them look dull. If you want designs and nice nail decoration, this is not the place to go. I asked for a decorative nail and let’s just say, I walked out with all my nails the same color and not a single design. The place seems clean, they have wine, and they are located beside a great eye brow threading salon, which is the reason I stopped by.

Tina is amazing. She has been doing my nails for years. I will follow her anywhere! She is precise and gives that extra attention to detail. Love love love my nails!!! Thank you Tina :)

I’ve came here many times to the worst customer service on countless occasions but today made me livith. They choose and pick who they would like to service at any given time frame. If i could give them no stars then i would. Worst experience ever. Came to the nail salon and was told that they were able to do my nails for me to sit for 15 minutes and they are now stating that they could not do my nails due to them closing! Worst nails place ever!!!! Don’t waste your time

I have been nail hopping trying to find someone to do my nails and slay them and now I have found him. Mr. Jack is amazing, down to earth and has affordable prices. Go see him and you will be so glad you did. My mother got hers done first and then me and my daughter. #lovingposhnails

So I initially had no problems with this place but they started showing their true colors. I came in to get a full gel set which cost me $40 not a bad price but it should be decent. The shape was wrong and uneven as well as my nails starting falling off the same day within about two hours. That’s ridiculous! When I went back to get the issue corrected they wanted to charge me for an entire new set. That’s unreasonable I had returned within 2 business hours. They argued with me and gave me attitude as I tried to explain my situation and in other words expressed that they didnt care about my issue. Overall very unprofessional and rude. I wont be returning! In addition they have bugs all over the place! I have pictures but can’t seem to post them here.

When I walked in I was greeted and told to pick a color, after doing that they put me in a pedicure chair and probably had me waiting there for like 20 minutes, in that time my water got cold, and gotten various stares from the workers. On the bright side it gave me enough time to figure out where I was going to get my pedicure because I decided I wasn’t going to stay there. I shouldn’t have even put my feet in the tub because they don’t use liners and everything looks old and outdated.

From the moment I walked through the front door I was greeted by a technician and from there that was all she wrote. My technician, Tina, gave an awesome pedicure and amazing foot and calf massage. I also love the jail polish she used on my manicured nails which has been helping my nails grow immensely. Overall, great customer service; top-notch service, and decent location.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Bad communication, little English from staff. I had a manicure and pedicure and if I could give less than a star i would. The polish was too thick and dried very poorly of course. Please please stay away!!!!!!!!!

The people there are really nice and funny, they have amazing different colors and the place is really nice the chairs are really comfy and they have massage chairs for pedicures and it’s really a nice clean place, I’ve been here several times and it’s amazing.

Absolutely amazing! They are really kind and do an awesome job of supporting healthy nails. ( personally my nails have grown and became significantly stronger. And my feet always feel and look amazing after a pedi! The prices are reasonable and you get 100% of what you paid for if not more.

Got my eyebrows waxed and now I have burn marks on my face. I’ve been there a few times and it was fine. This time there was a different girl. I’m not sure she knew what she was doing.

I should have read the Google & Yelp reviews 1st before trying this place out. Beyond subpar experience and this was 1st time. Nail tech (kinda older guy) couldnt speak English at all so I had to keep calling for an interpreter to say basic things. And to top it off he had an attitude-I mean voiced raised and all for example about me asking him to re-do a nail he messed up on. I asked politely through the interpreter and he was yelling about it. Crazy.Oh and they rushed me out with drying my nails. I sat for about 15 mins. using the nail dryer and a lady (actually the eyebrow tech) came to me and said my nails were dry. 5 minutes after walking out, 2 of my nails got chipped. Im definitely not going back.

A hidden gem! The techs are cheerful and friendly, and really attentive. I received the best foot massage here! The decor is simple, but the shop is very clean.

The people were by far the nicest people I have ever dealt with, but the service was not well. I got my nails done last Monday, and because my nails were not glued correctly to the acrylic, it’s already peeled halfway down/ off of my nail..not to mention it’s on multiple nails not just one, so there’s dirt trapped inbetween my fingernail and the fake nail which looks horrible all because of the Lack of glue. Another default I had with my set was that they were so thin that they literally chipped and broke on the first WEEK of having them, if you consider 1 hour after midnight a full week.. I’m so disappointed and really wished for the best but was not given that.

If you not spending alot of money you may ger old nail polish and raggedy customer service. I had to speak to her tell her what I wanted but when it was time to pay $25 is all i heard from her. After having to get her to correct my polish 3x. In raleigh to catch a flight no worries it was a 1x visit.

Posh Nails was the first place I tried for nail care when we moved to Raleigh, and I love the time that they take with their customers to make sure they have a great experience and want to return!

They at so nice I even had a woman who was cool and loves kpop I was like amen at least someone in this salon loves kpop.💜💛

I went there for the first time today and got a mani pedi. They got started on me super fast. My nail tech Kevin was super nice and great at massages. I fell asleep at least twice while getting massaged. The massage chair wasnt bad either. Thanks. The nails look great.

I love Posh Nails, They take there time and gives great massages and does amazing eye brow waxing. The location is in a nice area and I will highly recommend Posh Nails to anyone.

First time getting my nails done here, I got acrylic nails and they made them crooked and the lady told me my fingers were crooked, not the nails. I went a couple times after for fill ins and they were okay but they never fixed the crooked nails. I went in a couple days ago for another full set and I wanted a specific color and they basically did what they wanted. I asked if they could change it and they said they wouldnt. I am so upset with how my nails look. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I cant remember the date I made this appointment, but the first time I came to this salon I got a full set of acrylics and they were amazing! They stayed on for a month and lifted only a little. I came again on my cousins birthday, July 9th, and got another full set. The same guy that did my acrylics before did them again and they were great, but two of the nails did pop off. I dont blame the guy because I do wash the dishes even though Ive told my parents that it would ruin my nails (but theyve been paying for the manicures, so if they want me to go to the salon every two weeks then its up to them!). I went on my birthday, July 27th, and decided to pay for my deluxe pedicure and get another full set. The pedicure was AMAZING and my feet were so smooth. However, a different guy did my full set this time and he BOTCHED them. I dont know if this guy was trying to rush so he could smoke his cigarette or what, but Im pretty sure the store knew this guy had ruined my nails. I had extra powder on my fingers, under my nails, and somehow on the palm of my hands. The polish looked like a child did it! Im shy and I cant understand their accents that well, so I just paid the money and left. The nails were so horrible that three popped off within the week and they havent been exposed to that much water. I would recommend this place for a great pedicure, but if you want to get a full set I suggest you keep looking for other places.

The salon looks great but the service is not. I have been three times, the work is ok but the customer service is not great unless youre a regular. Why would I become a regular??

A guy who works there (older man with a gap in his teeth and glasses) yelled at me, never once did I yell at him and I recorded him for proof. After he finished my cuticles and lotion etc., and only had the nail polish to do he told me I should pay now so my nails wont get mess up digging in my purse for my card. I gave him my card and he says... oh, our internet has been messing up but I can try your card. So apparently their internet was down and they failed to let customers know this before coming and demanded me to go to an ATM because I didnt have cash or leave my card and come back with the money later. I explained to him that I did not have time to run to an ATM because I have a job interview that I need to leave for soon. I understand its business but let us know these things BEFORE performing a service. He also YELLED at me to NEVER COME BACK because I couldnt patiently wait for the internet to come back on after I waited for 15minutes while he was on the phone. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS POORLY!

This is the only place I get my nails done in Raleigh. Very clean and if you catch them on the right day, it will not be crowded and the technicians will give your nails extra attention.

One of the worst gel mani and gel pedis Ive ever had. First, there was about 10 gel colors to pick from (about 20 regular colors). Second, my tech kept talking/venting about her personal life (Im sorry Im not trying to be rude, but really???). Third, it took such a long time for her to complete my nails and toes...she kept having to take off the polish and redo it. Lastly, my GEL mani started peeling the NEXT day. My toenails were uneven and bubbly, and completely uneven. I text and let her know my nails/toes look awful. She says shell redo them for free next time Im in Raleigh. Now a week and a half later, Im heading back to Raleigh and text her, and shes not willing to do the pedicure for free like she first said. Dont bother with this place!!!

I went there before going to the beach a day before and all I can say is that they did a fantastic job. My nails never came off.

My nails are thick and when I went back for them to thin them out (same day) everyone looked at me like I said or did something wrong. After finally getting in the chair the guy filed my nails (didnt even take the gel Polish off) and put on another clear coat. He is the nail tech here so he should have known that its the gel Polish that made my nails thick. I left out with the same thick nails. Never again!!! Tina is the only one in there with skills! If you cant get her leave...quickly!!

I have been going to this salon for over a year...nail tech Chris was my dude...well after my last 2 visits I notice my nails would break easily. I have an overlay by the way. It always start with the Cryloc ; it would crack and break and leave my real nail exposed. This last visit I went to get my nails cut down, because I have a 2yr old and a 5week old, I ended up getting, of course a fill in, cut down and I knew I needed a replacement for my left thumb that had broken, like described above. I dont know why all of a sudden my nails are breaking, maybe they switched to a cheaper Cryloc. I dont have the time nor money to keep getting nails replaces 4-5 days after getting them down. Lets just say I will NOT return!! Chris no hard feelings.
