Raleigh Foot & Ankle is excellent! From the front door to your exit everyone is wonderful! The staff is attentive and makes you feel like you are the only patient. Dr. Smith is fabulous! Very attentive, explains everything so that it is understood and goes over it a couple of times. I never feel hurried. I am new to the area and was worried about finding a good podiatrist! No more worries!

This place is fabulous! The staff is so friendly and such an easy check in process. The nurse I had (can’t remember her name) was super sweet, helpful, and informative. I saw Dr. Carrol and really liked her from the get go! She listens very well and explained everything. I feel like I was treated very well and will continue to go as long as I need too. This was my first visit and I was very pleasantly surprised at the uplifting atmosphere. The check-in staff and the nurse who prepared me for the visit were insightful and caring. The staff and doctor that provided services to me today were all very professional and competent but also friendly at the right level and provided the actions necessary to handle my specific condition and help me heal. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was very pleasant and welcoming. It was a plus that everything was new and so clean and organized. I was in and out without feeling rushed. I asked the questions and concerns I had and I was able to listen to the Doctor and get his honest, well-said answers.

I had my first appointment today at the wake forest road facility. It was a great experience the front desk associate was very nice and professional and kind. My medical assistant and discharge nurse were great. The provider I saw was wonderful she explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend them for all your foot and ankle needs.

I am a new patient to RFAC. From the front desk to the back, everyone was so very personable and kind. Dr. Matthews was awesome. The waiting room was comfortable and the overall vibe and atmosphere was perfect. Once referred by my PCP, I was scheduled quickly and the later in the day time slots are a plus for me. Id definitely recommend this provider.

Difficult to find the entrance on my first visit, it is not marked. Google maps shows the parking lot as grassy areas! Easy parking, once in. Short wait. All personnel were warm and friendly.At my first visit, I would have been better satisfied with less talk and more notes to take home. I couldnt remember half the information I was told.Accomplished everything I needed by going to Raleigh Foot and Ankle.

Dr. Smith did a wonderful job helping me out with my toenails. He was very nice, reassuring and professional. I will want to see him again, if I have any more problems. Highly recommend. I want to say that his assistant was wonderful, also. She was so helpful in assisting me in every way.

These doctors and their staff are great. This was my second time in for an ingrown toenail. I was able to make my appointment online for the following day, and I was in and out in 90 minutes (had to numb me up for a while). Everyone was really friendly and made me feel super comfortable. While I hope I dont have any future foot problems, I would definitely go back to these guys.

My problem was a big toe toenail that had to be removed. The staff was caring, professional, and supportive to my issue. Dr. Boehm was reassuring and patient as I described my recent toe history. He performed the procedure efficiently and painlessly, thanks to the numbing shot. The overall experience wasnt as unpleasant as Id feared, and the people were pleasant and professional.

Dontae at the desk was very nice and helpful. The doctor was very personable and gave good tips to avoid ingrown nails. My only dislike is that the appointments are usually late. I made my appointment on Tuesday for 2:15 and still hadn’t been called back at 2:45 and had to leave for work. I rescheduled for Friday for 1:15, maybe went in at 1:25 and did not see the doctor until 1:50 so that is something I’d suggest working on. Great place, super clean and plan to go back if anymore issues arise.

The foot care is excellent, but they advertise that you can book your appointments online. However every time I try to book it online it doesnt work, and its not a problem on my end. So I end up wasting time trying to book it online, and it fails and then I have to wait in line in the phone queue to talk to a person to book my appointment.This problem has been this way for a while and Ive brought it up to them but it doesnt seem to get any solution or attention.

Good first visit. Approached foot issue with conservative steps and they were honest and up front about costs.

Everyone was very attentive and pleasant. The doctor seemed to be well informed on my ailment and took the time needed to answer all my questions. I do think his advice will help heal me. The nurse, or assistant was delightful, professional and so helpful. Other than the fact that it is like a factory and so many clients coming and going, I was very happy with the operation and how it is run.

Love your new location! I waited to see the doc for maybe 2 min and I was early too! Everyone I met with was kind and helpful. I will ALWAYS recommend Raleigh Foot & Ankle!!

Dr. Brower spent a great deal of her time caring for my foot. I very much appreciated her careful attention.

The new facility is nice and spacious. The staff is kind and skilled. I was pleased to be able to get a more involved procedure done than was planned. My only issue is that the larger office means much longer walks from waiting to treatment and back, not ideal for foot and ankle sufferers.

I hate that I didn’t even get to speak with a doctor about the lady over the phone showed a level of unprofessionalism that I did not expect nor appreciate . Getting this procedure is already a sensitive subject for anyone so we come looking for strong feedback and a way for all of our questions to be answered or just simply gain some clarity . The young lady over the phone had the rudest, unwelcoming tone and demeanor the entire conversation. I literally had to beg her to bring someone else to the phone and when she did, she gets back on the phone, informs me someone else is coming and abruptly hangs up . The next young lady obviously found the whole scenario amusing and didn’t seem to much interested in my complaint, nor did she offer an apology or reassurance nor could she provide me with any intel or piece of information regarding my questions or concerns . I have no problem paying whatever fees are included and all I needed was a simple estimate. Reading reviews, I believe this business does great work but if that’s the type of hospitality customers are greeted with, I’m sure I’m not the first to reconsider .

Today, I had an excellent experience at the Raleigh Foot and Ankle Center. Dr. Bohem removed a corn from the bottom of my left foot. I was no longer in pain and began walking better. Also, I enjoy receiving pedicures from the staff in the Salon. I have been coming to the Raleigh Foot and Ankle Center for seven years and I plan to continue having my feet cared for at the Raleigh Foot and Ankle Center.

I always have an awesome visit here. Staff is very friendly and experienced.

Excellent service and care. Very friendly and professional staff. New clean, spacious office also. Will be scheduling Lapiplasty with Dr Jordan Meyer who has given me two cortisone shots in that foot with very little pain.

Called the office to make an appointment for my daughter who is suffering from in grown toe nail and the receptionist that answer the phone was either having a bad day or something. She was very rude and not pleasant at all. I had to finally stop the conversation and tell her I’ll call another office because she was very unprofessional. When I was clarify what she needed because my daughter would have been a new patient she was cutting me off and re-asking the questions Sternly and rude as if she was frustrated about something else. Very very unprofessional. I’m not saying that speaks for the entire office staff, but I had to send this so that the doctors will know she is causing them to lose potential patients and I wanted to see Dr Carroll that has excellent reviews on ingrown toe nails.

The staff was open, kind and very welcoming and answered questions as I asked them. Dr. Dougherty was thorough in his examination and told me what to expect before and after my treatment.

A very negative experience - the doctor kept us waiting for an hour past our appointment time and then seemed completely oblivious. In fact, he only apologized when I pointed out how long he had kept us waiting. He then rushed through his assessment - after waiting an hour, we saw him for about three minutes. This practice seems to be all about maximizing profit, not patient care.

I wasn’t in a lot of pain, just uncomfortable most of the time. Dr. Woelffer changed my life! A quick shot and I have no discomfort whatsoever. Seriously life changing!

Dr. Woelffer is the best, most competent doctor I have ever seen for an injury. I have a long history of fighting with doctors to acknowledge my pain & to get an accurate diagnosis. With my current injury I had gone 6 months without a diagnosis & was told I would have to get an mri which I could not afford. I instead visited Dr. Woelffer to get a second opinion and within 5 minutes of my visit with him I had a diagnosis & a recovery plan that wasnt expensive & gave me more hope than Id had in a while. HIGHLY recommend this practice.

My son went in for a referral for shoe inserts. He got it, but they also began working on a possible fungus he has, and they removed a toenail. I cannot express how grateful I feel, as the change in the color of his toenails has been bothering me for a very long time.I think they are the very definition of great customer service, This is not our first visit here and won’t be the last! My son leaves for college in the fall, so they found this problem at a very fortuitous time.Thank you Dr. Dougherty and staff!!!
