Fast service and very nice people. Even tho they only do appointments, I was able to get one the same day i called so that was great!

Incredibly friendly staff, pretty environment, and good prices. The dip manicure is done very well, with so many amazing color options! I had tips added to my dip manicure too which turned out really nicely and lasted almost 3 weeks. I definitely recommend this spot for a manicure!

I had not been to this nail salon since before the pandemic started and went for the first time last week. It was easy to make an appointment day of, even with stricter safety measures. Everyone was nice and socially distanced with dividers between clients and staff at each nail station. Staff and clients were still expected to wear masks which I appreciated. I got my usual gel manicure which was $35- a reasonable price, and the quality was just as good as always. Still looks perfect a week later!

I absolutely love this place. They were very attentive and did a fantastic job. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely come back.

I got a deluxe pedicure for $43 and added a wax service. They charged me $15 for gel polish and another $10 for cut down. Never again. I’ve never paid over $60 for a pedicure!!! Do not go there!! Next time I’ll go to the mall and pay $50 for the same service.

I got pedicure the first time I went to the salon. The lady scratched my skin so bad, that it took a few weeks to heal. I decided to give it another try, but to get manicure this time. First of all, I am not a fan of paying before the service is complete, because I might not like how the service is done. The lady did nit speak English, so it was hard to communicate my preferences. They charged me $18 for a classic menicure while it says $15 on their website. I think they should have honored the price of $15 once I inquired of the discrepancy, but they did not. Finally, the application of nail polish is mediocre. The shapes are not done great either. Will not return to this salon

Always great service. Fast, friendly, but very thorough. Ive been a regular for months theyre always my go to. With a large selection of colors . I love getting gel mani pedis with them.

Probably the fastest pedicure ever. Only 20mins. Then under the dryer for 10mins. $35.....so not with it. Wish I’d gone across the street ☹️

My friend and I called the day before to make 9am appointments for Saturday. They are very thorough with covid guidelines and the shop is spotless and clean! My gel pedicure was wonderful and Son did an amazing liquid gel fill for my friendly. Highly recommend!! Go check them out!

Shawn the owner son treated me extremely rude on my visit. I left with polish that was not all the way colored in. I saw him speak rudely to two guest who then left. It was sad and I am not pleased at all with my nails. All I got was a fill in. Do not come here. The reviews are lies.

Love this place! Ive gone two times now, and both times Ive received very high quality experiences. The first time I went for a manicure and pedicure, plus nail art and may nails came out evenly shaped, and the nail art was spot on. I was also impressed how several staff members could do nail art. In other places I have experienced that maybe the staff members can only paint a flower, but Pretty Nails seems to be able to make anything possible. The second time was with and she was great too! She hand painted designs on my gel manicure, and it turned out so cute. She also spent time to make sure it was right, if something looked off to her, she would wipe off the design and do it again (this only happened one time as she of course is really fantastic at nail art, and it was because she thought it should be redone--I thought it looked great! She has great attention to detail, and you can tell that she really wants the design to look great.).I also think that the environment is really nice. Its not a typical nail salon, and I appreciate the fact that the owner put so much thought and effort into its custom design. Its very uniqueSome people have mentioned that it is pricey, but I have been charged a lot more at other places for nail art. Ive also experienced at other places hidden charges that add up along the way that I am surprised about when it comes time to pay, so Im happy thatThanks Pretty Nails for creating an extra special business !! Im so glad I stopped in for a pedicure! The nail tech did an awesome job and took her time to make my toes look pretty. They have a great selection of colors to choose from. The massage was so relaxing and the staff were friendly. The salon is clean and the prices are competitive. Highly recommend!

All in all it was a great experience. Called same day to see if there were any openings for me and my significant other and thankfully there was a spot for us both. The nail techs knew what they were doing and were great at giving us instruction on when and how to move our feet. We both got the deluxe pedicures and felt it was worth our money. They to dont make you feel obligated to tip, but with their services youll tip them anyways.

The owner did so well managing two pedicures at once! My toes turned out perfect, and the massage was so relaxing. Really clean and new chairs! Highly recommend, but make sure to call ahead and make an appointment, even 10 minutes prior.

Amazing find in Raleigh for nails! Went with my dad and sister while on vacation after reading the good reviews. We did get appointments since we would have 3 at the same time, no trouble to get a time slot calling 1 week ahead. When we arrived they were busy but promptly got us to our seats. My nail tech seemed very new and did not seem to know how to apply the callus remover but overall did an ok job. The nail techs my sister and dad had were excellent. I had another tech do my nail art and she did an incredible job. Very reasonably priced, super clean with individual tub liners. Will definitely keep this place in mind when we return for another vacation. Its been a month since I had my nails done and they still look perfect!

Ive been to at least 7 nail salons in the Raleigh area, but I finally found Pretty Nails. The other salons Ive been to here are noisy, not too clean, with staff that barely acknowledge you; or if they do, it is to up-sell you on something. Im so glad I found this place! Pretty Nails is friendly and relaxing. They play beautiful music, the salon is spotless, equipment is very clean, and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. The staff is professional, warm and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you like a relaxing environment for an inexpensive top-quality manicure or pedicure that lasts!

I was referred here from a nearby nail salon, since they were very busy, and I was initially very pleased with both the services I received as well as the great customer service. The nail tech doing my pedicure was so pleasant and gave an amazing pedicure! Def 5 stars. However the older woman who did my nails at the back is the reason for this rating. She clipped me twice as she filed my sns powder off, filed my nails to thin, and 2 days after one of my nails broke. Now a week later 3 more are broken and/or chipped.

Today is 2/01/2020 and I got this gel manicure on 1/16/2020. I’ve used four different nail salons around Raleigh in the last two years and none of their gel manicure have lasted this long without one scratch. I’ll be going back.

I’ve been going to this shop for over a year. I’ve always been satisfied until today. I walked into the shop (door was unlocked and propped open) and was told that they didn’t open until 10:00 am, although they’ve always opened at 9:30 and it says so on the window, but the worst part is that there were other women, not of color, getting manicures and pedicures as I was being turned away. When I inquired about others being serviced I was told, “We allow some people but we don’t open until 10.” As an African-American, this was concerning to me. I’ve never met or seen the nail tech that told me this. I love Sean and Lisa; however, I won’t be back. I’m only giving two stars for previous satisfactory experiences.

I’ve been going to Pretty Nails for almost 10 years. Son does a fabulous job and all of the ladies are awesome for pedicures. I highly recommend this place if you need a place where they remember you and make you feel at home. The place is gorgeous and clean, the massage pedicure chairs work well and They take their time to do it right and I never feel rushed. I’ve gone to several others to try something different but I found myself going right back. I’m very pleased with Pretty Nails.

I liked this one chick a lot but unfortunately couldnt get her since I didnt remember her name. She was great with my eye brows.Now the bad part that will probably influence why I might not come back. I was getting my nails done by I believe Melissa. Half way through my french manicure she told me to pay. Youre assuming I dont have the money on me. I didnt see anyone else do that with ANYONE. Of course I took it out of her tip. At the end my nails were terrible. My fiance even told me he could have done a better job. No wonder she made me pay upfront. Because she knew she wouldnt be good.

I have been going to Pretty Nails and never had a problem until a few weeks ago. They gave me a finger nail fungus!!!! I’m so disgusted. I’ve never had this happen to me before and it’s been a very upsetting process, it still is not gone. Apparently their cleanliness is not up to standards. Please be aware!!!

The nail tech did a great job on my nails however when she was done she charged me $40 for an acrylic fill in! Nothing special done, she cut them down for me and I got gel polish all which should not have equaled $40! Ive never paid that much for a fill in maybe a full set. Wont go back again because she took advantage of me telling her it was my first time visiting and completely overcharged me with little explanation as to why

Ive been coming here for almost a year ever since my friends wedding. They are always so professional and do really great work.

Im not happy with my experience here. First thing I said when I sat down was that I wanted the same polish on my fingernails and toenails with a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The nail salon worker said okay that works. I get my pedicure done and then she tells me to pick out a gel nail polish to match. Maybe Im used to nail salons that can make any nail polish into a gel nail using a gel topcoat but turns out this place doesnt do that and they dont have exact matches so if you want exact matching gel nail and regular pedicure, you wont get it here, but they will tell you it matches and that they were right and they know nail colors. Okay, my fluorescent baby blue fingernails and periwinkle toenails say otherwise but yeah, youre right.

Ive been coming here for 18 years. The people are friendly, service great, realaxing atmosphere. When you are done, stop in at Relish next door for lunch or bring your daughter for a nail polish and Menchies when done.

Decided to write a review after going to another nail salon and realizing how much better my experiences at pretty nails have been. They do an amazing job and make sure the customer is happy during and after their visit. Manis, pedis and waxing are all great. I recently got a gel manicure and it lasted longer than any ever had - almost a month! Wont go anywhere else from now on.

Worst experience ever. I asked for a manicure and she spent 5 mins with me and didnt even finish and rushed me out.... worst customer service ever and they charged me to basically cut my nails... DO NOT COME HERE.
