This is one of the best customer service centered nail salons I have been to. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment the day before. When I went in I picked a color and wanted a design but didnt know what. Jolie suggested a design that was black which fit my personality better than the pink did. She did a great job. I got a pedicure too and time and effort was put into that as well. I have been looking for a place to go to as Ive not had luck with other salons. I think I found my nail home.

Today was my first visit at Manor Nail Bar and I can assure you it wont be my last. Kathy did a fill in for me and she was such a pleasure to talk with. I absolutely love the way my nails turned out! She listened to everything I said and wanted and delivered 100%! The salon itself was very clean and very serene with dim lighting and it was very quiet. Everyone else that was there working at the salon was incredibly sweet and very personable. Highly recommend!!!

I enjoyed my experience at the manor nail bar. It was very professional and no matter how many people they have! They take care of you! They make sure customer service is priority #1. They offer wine and water along with juice. I love it here. I will be back for sure! And the pedicure/manicure services are perfection!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place really impressed me. Everyone is so nice and friendly and does really great jobs. Jolie really makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I was really glad to finally find this place because finding a good nail shop and tech has been very difficult since I moved to North Carolina. If I could leave more stars I so would!

They always do a beautiful job plus my nails grow like wildfire since I started going here. The dipping technique is fast! They also remember every time that I enjoy boxing so to do an additional coat so my nails dont crack or break🙂

Nice salon and bar concept. Service is good, however they have a dog that walks freely around the salon. If you are afraid of dogs or would rather not have a dog around you while youre getting your service, you may want to avoid this salon.

Wanted to get my daughter and my nails done(on a Sunday) and not many placed were open. I Googled nail salons and Manor Nail Bar was open. I called to check closing time and asked if they took walk ins or appts only. I ended up makin an appt for us @ 1:30pm. The location was a bit confusing to find, but we just walked thru the lil walk way and there it was! Upon entry the place was clean and the staff was friendly. We were seated not long after 1st sanitizing our hands then choosing a color. We both got the lavender pedicure and there was much attention to detail, care and very gentle which was great! Jolee did my nails and Kira(who is proficient with color powder)did my daughter, she got stiletto shape with black and red ombre. They both worked very fast and they came out perfectly 🥰💞! I asked for coffin shape and they were the best coffins Ive had done!!! We absolutely love our nails and will be back!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!!!!!! Thank yall so much!!!!!!!*Update* my daughter and I went back to Manor and these are what we had done. Jolee did my refill and Vivian did my design. Kathy did my daughters nails. We absolutely love them AGAIN!!!

I had every intention on spending $200 for all the services I wanted. I drove an hour for a relaxing service with my daughter, a new mom, by my side. When I inquired about a service my daughter was receiving that cost extra money, the owner/manager began yelling at me because she thought that I was asking to get that service for free. I had to calm her down and clarify that I was not asking for anything for free and I wanted to make sure that I was not going to be charged extra for service we did not ask for on behalf of my daughter. This business missed out on $200 because they thought I wanted something that cost $7 for free. While the owner was yelling at me the nail Tech threw down his utensils and walked away because he was mad at my daughters nail Tech for giving her the service. When it was time for me to check out, the nail tech that worked on me scoffed because I refuse to give a tip. I do not recommend services here because I found it very unprofessional for this incident to be handled in that manner. Listening and responding carefully could have prevented her feelings being escalated to the point where she is yelling at a customer. She also lied about her employee by saying that she was new. I have seen this lady in the salon since the pandemic began as the only other employee helping her provide customers with service when she had no other help. Its unfortunate that she treats her employees and customers in this way.

First time getting my nails done and I couldnt be ANY HAPPIER! Went with a friend of mine for manicures and we both absolutely love our results! Kearra, who did my nails, was super friendly and helpful. She patiently explained to me what to expect, what shes doing to my nails, and even helped pick out colors for me since I had no idea what nail polish color would look good with my skin tone. Shes experienced and super detail-oriented. My nails turned out perfect!!! Definitely recommend anyone who is looking to get their nails done to go to Manor Nail Bar and ask for Kearra! The salon itself was clean and they made sure we washed our hands when we first got in. I definitely felt safe going there in the middle of a pandemic.

Found my nail salon! The moment I stepped inside I felt welcomed. My nails have never looked this amazing even after 2 weeks. The nail tech suggested a different nail shape and I absolutely love it. Cant wait to go for my fill!

I am so pleased to do business with Manor Nail Bar. One of my nail technicians recently left and I was nervous and a little hesitant to work with anyone new. Boy was I surprised! Kearra one of the nail technicians did an amazing job. She is thorough, precise, and very skilled. I am a tough critic but she exceeded my expectations. I visited Manor Nail Bar for the first time yesterday (04.03.2021) and I can’t wait to go back. It was by far the best mani and pedi I have ever gotten. All the staff was nice and professional. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my pedicure but shout out to her. Big shout out to Vivian who did my manicure. She was patient with me an indecisiveness and took her time to care for my nails and made sure they looked amazing.

I had an appointment at 5 and they started on me an hour late, good thing I didn’t have any more plans for the night so it’s okay! Nails came out cute :) will be coming back. Staff is wonderful and there is a cute dog!

I moved here in May and have been looking all over for a damn good nail salon and this is ABSOLUTELY the best place. Prices are good (typical) and Kathy is the freaking bees knees. She’s amazing, educated and such a sweet person. I can’t wait to get back to get my next fill. I’m in love with this set and they are such good quality. 100000000/10 recommend!!!!!

I LOVE this place! I always get my nails done with Jolie, and she is amazing. She always suggests good colors for me and will tell me if something honestly looks bad. I’ve had pedicures with multiple people and they are all good, you can’t go wrong. Very impressed with the quality of the dip manicure, it lasts with no chips for at least 4 weeks! This is was my first visit to Manor Nail Bar, and I loved it! Sue (my nail tech) was so sweet and patient as I explained what I (thought I) wanted done. I ended up getting a regular gel manicure. She was very gentle and gave extra attention to preserving the health of my nails! Johana and Vivian were also very sweet and fun to chat with while getting my nails done! I’m looking forward to going back!**Edit (after visiting MNB two additional times):**I just wanted to come back and share additional thoughts, since I have now visited Manor Nail Bar at least three times in total by now. The nail techs that work there are all incredibly friendly and inviting. However, I have had some frustrating results/experiences with my nails. At least twice, I have sat down with one nail tech and have started the process of a dip powder manicure only to have her shooed off by another nail tech and finished with rushed results. My nails end up with a weird bumpy/wavy finish that never smooths out. And the sealing too coat starts peeling days later. The shaping isn’t consistent either. I’ve never had this issue at other salons, so I know it’s not just something I’m doing. My husband and I just moved here from out of state. We stumbled upon Manor Nails online and decided to try it out. I am SO HAPPY we did because we absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly, their work was amazing, and they did an incredible job keeping everything sanitary due to Covid! We throughly enjoyed our experience and will 100% be back!Ps- The gentleman that did my mani/pedi was amazing and although his name is evading me at the moment, his attention to detail was incredible! Amazing salon! Staff members are professional and welcoming. Very good prices for high quality job. Today i received gel manicure and lavender pedicure. Pedicure was so relaxing, girls even give you proper foot massage, i get leg cramps due to pregnancy, so felt like in heaven hahaSecond picture shows gel nails 3 weeks after i got them done in this salon, no cracks, nails got stronger and longer. Blue nails is today’s result, love it!Also, very clean salon, staff members follow safety guidelines for covid-19.

Kathy is absolutely incredible. Took on the challenge of pretty much making me a whole nail because I have permanent damaged on a finger nail that can’t use tips but I really wanted acrylic, now you wouldn’t even be able to notice that anything was wrong. She nailed the design, was so sweet, funny, personable, and her attention to detail really stood out to me. This was my first visit here, haven’t had my nails done in years and will definitely be back.

This is one of the best nail salons Ive ever been to. It was a very clean and relaxing environment. My mom and I both got manicures/pedicures. Gigi and Keira were our nail techs, and they were excellent. The massage chairs were like heaven. Id like to give 5 stars, but something happened during our visit that really bothered me.While i was getting my manicure, another worker came into the salon. She may have been the owner, but I dont know that for sure. Anyway, she walked in with 2 dogs, and no they were not service dogs. One of the dogs was VERY hyper and proceeded to jump up on one of the customers. Not in a threatening way...it was being friendly. It then started running around the salon. The 2nd dog was smaller and calmer. I told the lady who was doing my manicure that I wasnt comfortable around dogs, so she told the other worker that I was afraid of dogs. The worker/dog owner put the hyper dog into another room. She then explained that her dogs were very sweet and would not bite. For the next several minutes, the hyper dog continued to whine in the other room. Finally, they put the dog on a leash near the entrance. It still whined occasionally.As great as the service was, I wont be going back to this salon. The issue for me was not if the dog would bite me or not. I just think pets should be left at home, not brought into a nail salon where a clean and relaxing environment is what most customers are looking for.

It was my first time going to this nail salon and it was amazing! The lady who did my nails was super nice and made sure they were even and looked good. They are ensuring safety there during this pandemic by asking customers to wear a mask, frequently wash their hands while there, and they even have sneeze guards up to protect both the employees and customers. Amazing quality and customer service and it was also fairly priced! Definitely going to go back!!

Very rushed job and it showed. There was no cuticle care, very little nail care. She literally cut me and made me bleed on 3 different fingers because she was rushing so much. She wasnt careful when applying basecoat and got it all over my fingers so now theres sms powder stuck all over my fingertips. The nails themselves look good. But the skin around them looks crusty and gross now thanks to her shoddy work.

I don’t get my nails done often but my friend and I decided to try this place out since we live in the apartments near here. I have had the best experience at this nail salon! Julie helped me pick out the perfect style for the shape of my nail beds and even helped me pick out a super pretty color to go with them and I’m in LOVE!! The quality of my nails are exactly what I’ve been looking for in a salon I will definitely keep coming back!! 😊👏🏼

The people are very polite and the place has a nice vibe. But the quality of work is not worth the price. Maybe they rushed it a bit because business was picking up, but my girlfriend is really disappointed with how my hands looked afterwards. Me, I don’t care. But we did a couples mani pedi and when we left my nails look scraped up and my cuticles were untouched. But they have a cute dog walking around so...eh

I had a rainy day off from work today and thought to stop by and try Manor nail bar out. I had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure and dip nails! They really take their time to make sure they are not cutting corners and providing quality work at the same time. My nails look so natural! This is a first for me! They even let me borrow their umbrella when I left! So thoughtful and caring!

Manor is on the pricier side compared to other nail salons in the area, but the quality is WORTH IT. I’ve been to Jolie for dip manicures at least five times and she always does an exceptional job (great color suggestions, consistent nail length/shape, covers the entire nail with polish and doesn’t leave the edges bare). For pedicures, I highly recommend Kim because she does an excellent and consistent job throughout the entire experience (she was even able to cleanly polish my very tiny toe nails!). I recommend this salon to all of my friends.

Today made my third visit to manor nail bar and i will start by saying this is now my go to nail salon and i will be returning every time i need any service! Every visit has been personable. I am greeted promptly and associated with my reservation by name. Always offered something to drink from the beginning, and have left each visit more than satisfied with my nails. Every member of the staff was sociable and friendly, they offered good advice as well when i was indecisive which is nice if your like me and need feedback sometimes lol. I have also gotten a pedicure and eyebrow wax done here, and was satisfied with both services as well. i would definitely recommend this place.

Jolie the manager is so sweet, when I was not satisfied with one of the old staff members work she did everything to repair the relationship and make sure I came back. Kathy does great pedicures, the shop is clean and all staff members are skilled. I even noticed Jolie sanitizing client chairs after each service which is especially important during COVID. If you are looking for quality work and a clean atmosphere look no further!

This nail salon is a little gem! I went three weeks ago after eyeing it from my gym right next door, so I deiced to give them a try. Kim was the absolute sweetest and they make you feel appreciated. Three weeks later and my nails still look awesome! My gel polish and pedicure are still perfectly in tact. 10/10 recommend.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place is so amazing I just had to!! The place is so cute and so clean and comfortable. I went in without an appointment for a pedicure. I usually get acrylic nails but I hate getting the tip on my nails because I tend to rip it off, but the extremely nice technician was able to brush the dip powder on and give me an extension without the commitment of glue! They came out so much better than I could have expected! All the technicians were so sweet and did an amazing job on both my toes and nails. Highly highly highly recommend. Will be back soon!

My first experience at Manor couldnt have went better. Very kind and friendly staff. The lavender pedicure was so relaxing and well done! Will definitely be returning!

I took my 10 year old daughter with me and we got gel polish and pedicures. The service was amazing, fun conversations with the staff, and it was one of the only times that we felt so welcome when bringing a child in for services. Quality was top notch, too! I will absolutely return.

New favorite shop! Great location and they do amazing dip powder nails. I came to Manor Nail Bar after having a bad experience with dip at another shop and now I refuse to go any where else. I get compliments from everyone on how beautiful my nails look. I have referred all my coworkers and friends to Manor Nail Bar. If you go try the dip powder it last weeks and looks just like gel if not better!

Jolie did an AMAZING JOB on my nails and I am not easy to please! LOVE the colors that they had for SNS dip. She suggested a color that I had not originally selected and it looks amazing with my skin tone. The staff was so friendly and the facility was clean. Will definitely be back!!!

Manor Nail Bar is so cute and clean and the staff is extremely friendly! Jolie did my pedicure, dip manicure and eyebrow wax, and she was very professional and thorough with every treatment. I will definitely be back!

My favorite nail salon in Raleigh! Every employee I’ve dealt with has done a great job with my nails. The color lasts a long time and never chips. All the nails techs are very thorough and professional. The salon itself is very clean and cute. I high recommend Manor Nail Bar!
