I am not opposed to getting a “man pampering” every once and a while especially when it’s first class service. My wife took me here for Christmas and I typically am on edge with people touching my feet. They made us both feel very comfortable and took excellent care of each of us. The facility is private, clean, and the staff is very accommodating! Highly recommend regardless of your gender. Be sure to call ahead to schedule your appointment because they do book out in advance due to their reputation.

This was my first foot massage. It was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was very soothing and mellow. I definitely felt better afterwards. I am visiting from out of town; however, if i lived in the area, i would visit again.

If you want a fabulous & relaxing pedicure with an AMAZING foot massage, this is the place to go. If you want fancy toenail designs and to talk with a girlfriend in the salon, probably not the place. After your pedicure but before painting your nails, they take you to the back, where they have very comfy chairs and a dark, quiet environment for your massage. I’ve done the 20, 30, & 45 minute massage. That’s by far my favorite part of a pedi & they do it up right!! 2 of the times, they massaged my hands and forearms along with my calves & feet. I love treating myself here. Be prepared to feel relaxed when you leave!! After the massage, they’ll take you back to the front & paint your toes. Excellent place to gift someone a pedi gift card as well. Super professional & I love how quiet and relaxing they have made their environment.

Forget the traditional nail salons. This Is hands-down the best place to get a pedicure in N.Raleigh! They completely pamper you and do not rush you through at all. Excellent! By far the best pedicure ever. From the massage to the atmosphere. Everything was perfect. They didnt have a color that I wanted, but they went well above to accommodate me, by finding another color and making it bright ( I love bright colors). She painted my toes with a hurt knee. Now thats dedication. I truly hope her knee gets better! If u are in need of true pampering, check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Had an enjoyable conversation with the gentleman that did the pedicure. He took his time and made my feet and lower legs feel like clouds! Then the spa part was phenomenal. The young man took his time and it felt great. I will definitely return. Everyone is so kind and the atmosphere is quiet, slow, and relaxing. This is my go to place for my self-care days ☺️

We had a really good time. Its very relaxing. We got the pedicure reflexology combo. I was a little apprehensive by reading some of the reviews. However, everyone was really nice. My husband had the lady some negative reviews were written about. I will say I had a few chuckles and sent to a few prayers during the reflexology. There was a lot more popping and smacking coming from his side of the room, but he came out feeling good. There was a lot older lady there that complain about EVERYTHING. I will say that they were very professional concerning her rudeness. Better than most. Great service, good prices. Very calm and spa like atmosphere.

By far, the most relaxing experience of my life. This wonderful establishment has been my go-to pampering place since I moved here. I always get the reflexology. Even though they specialize in reflexology and foot care, they include an EXCELLENT arm/shoulder/neck massage with the one-hour reflexology service. The pedicure services are also amazing. The staff members are so kind and accommodating, and the customer service is second to none. Each staff member is well-trained and customer-centric, so your experience is consistently wonderful. I always leave feeling so much better, physically and mentally, than the way I arrived. Theyve been in business for probably a year and a half, and my husband and I will happily be their guests as long as we live here!Please disregard the one-star review - this person shows a history of smearing local businesses. This is our second visit and it was amazing! I had a headache which went away during my wonderful foot massage. Everyone is very professional and they went above and beyond to accommodate us even after we arrived late. There is no rush, just relax! I work two jobs back to back and I had been having trouble with my feet hurting from standing so much. It was to the point where I would almost cry standing up and my feet were throbbing so bad. I decided to look for somewhere to get a foot massage just to relax and take away some of the stress from working. I came across Foot Massage Spa and decided to give them a try. Best decision EVER! The man on the phone that scheduled my appointment was so polite and it was even better in person. They were so friendly and inviting! I loved the ambiance it was so relaxing. The lady that did my massage did a wonderful job! I go the 60 min foot massage that also included and hand and arm massage and my upper back. It also included hot stones! Very reasonably priced as well! I loved every minute of being able to pamper myself here. I would recommend this place to anyone! I happy to say that NOT ONCE did I complain about foot pain at work today! I look forward to coming back!!

Absolutely love this place! They only do pedicures here which is kind of different! I enjoy getting mine done here for their unique massage part! They take you into another room with comfortable chairs for the massage part of your pedicure. The massage part lasts much longer than your typical nail salon pedicure. Very dim and soothing place! They also have just massage packages if you don’t want to get a pedicure done!

Hands down my favorite place for a pedicure...and it isnt just that you get a leg and arm message too. Three words that come to mind are relaxing, soothing and value. For the same thing as other pedicures elsewhere you get several bonuses. Pro tips: come in either shorts/skirt/dress, wear flip flops or be prepared for the foam sandals and plan to budget an hour of time. You wont be disappointed! (Great for a team event too :)

Easily one of the best pedicures and foot massage I have had! It was extremely relaxing and the attendants were paying attention to me rather than talking to each other in an unknown language - I honestly never thought I would find a nail spa where I didnt feel like the attendants were gossipping about me. They also respond quickly to messages through Google or Yelp which is a bonus. Too bad they dont do manicures as well..

This foot massage spa is out of this world! The quality customer service, the time and attention they gave me is unmatched in any spa experience I have had. The gel pedicure was perfect but after the awesome massage with tons of lotion and essential oil any sign of aches and pains were gone. I highly recommend the Ultimate deluxe treatment for the best service available in Raleigh. I cant wait to return.

Great experience here and 5 star service but took 1 star off because of the high price but fortunately I have a well paying job and a wealthy family so I can afford the high price. ;) Great service by the receptionist and the person doing the foot reflexology. Hope to come back every 2 months and get a pedicure. Love the privacy screens so everyone cant see your business like some other salons where everything is out in the open. This was hands down the absolute best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life, and what it really boils down to is the 30 min hand and foot massage. Make sure you pick a pedicure that includes it! Totally worth every reasonable penny that they charged.

After getting exceptionally good service on many visits to this foot spa, Tuesday evening I come here and the service I received was very poor. Unfortunately the lady that started my pedicure did an extremely poor job of clipping my cuticles. A few minutes into the pedicure she attempted to put scrub on my legs with no intention on and callus removal. I asked her please clip my cuticles and she proceeded to just barely grace over each toe. It wasn’t until after I refuse to go any further with this portion of the spa that she wanted to go back over my feet. After speaking with the manager he explained that she was the best they had and I do not agree because I’ve gone there before and received one of the best pedicures I’ve had. Needless to say I will not be going back and will be advising all of my friends not to either. I’ve give. Two stars because I know I’ve had a much better experience there. Currently I’m at Valencia nails and receiving much better service and the massage it awesome.

Wonderful experience here! Took my friend her during her visit from Arizona and it was a risk since I had not been-- what a pure TREAT! Clean, relaxing and soothing environment, amazing from start to finish! We had the reflexology foot massages that included shoulder, hand and head massages, and I plan for this to become a regular pampering.

The BEST Spa hands down! After leaving Relax Foot Spa across from Brier Creek Shopping Center (Same side as Walmart) totally disappointed, I decided to give this place a try. They have been in business 10 months. The most relaxing atmosphere ever, spa is spotless, pedicure with reflexology, paraffin foot wax and hand/arm massage was superb. The atmosphere alone was enough to request another foot service and I typically dont do reviews. Could not resist this one! Have my next appointment on the schedule. Staff was great, with beverages of choice. Just cant say enough positive things about this place!!! Several signs indicating Spa Voice to be used and no cell phone conversations. A huge plus and everyone seemed to respect that request.

The only reason I am giving them a one star is that I thought I would get a real massage. Every time I go to one of these places I am expecting people who have experience and who are real massage therapy. I needed my foot to be massage so bad yesterday and when the person started working on my foot it wasnt a massage it was a rub down, nor pressure was applied it was a rub down Nor was my legs massage it was a rub down. If you are looking for a real massage my advice is to go to a real massage place. I do not recommend going to any other company like these for a massage they have no experience they only do what your child would do if you ask them to massage you.

I have had many good experiences here but the last 2-3 times I have been the service is not what it used to be. My pedicures now feel as though the technician is rushing and not truly taking his time. I always book an appointment in advance and today they didnt even take me to the back for my massage, which is supposed to be standard for EVERY customer. I was given no explanation or option other than having my massage in the front where the lights are bright and I could here all of the guests having conversations and being rang up. Needless to say it was not relaxing. I will be going to a different foot spa the next time I need a pedicure and perhaps try back in a few months. Please treat all of your guests equally and tell your technicians to take their time and stop rushing through services.

My first trip was amazing, relaxing, and the hand/arm reflexology was such a relief to the pain I deal with on a daily basis. The girl who administered the massage was kind and did her job well. My only complaint: that at the end, I was all but pushed out the door before my polish had even dried. The boy at the counter knew it wasnt dry and tried kicking me out anyways.The second visit was terrible! The large girl who did the reflexology would not stop hurting me no matter how many times I asked her to lighten up, or however many times I cried OW. She told me simply its pressure points. Im sorry but no. She was off the pressure points and here I am now, a week after this visit, still covered in bruises up and down my arms. I could not relax this visit, and even my polish was ruined by the time I got to my car.Im not sure if Ill ever go back. Not if theres any chance of running into her again.

Best place in Raleigh! They start you out in a foot bath and do everything for a standard pedicure except polish. After that you are taken in to the most relaxing dark rooms with extra plush leather recliners. Here you receive probably the best foot and leg massage of your life. Once the massage is done you are taken back to the pedicure chairs for polish application. I HIGHLYYYY recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. You will also never want to leave.

I hesitated in doing a review. I have been coming here on and off since they opened. It was one of my favorite places to get a pedicure. It is a very nice looking atmosphere and the staff is some of the friendliest I have met!!! I give three stars because after going recently it was the second time I was disappointed. My pedicure was so rushed and you could tell the staff was hectically rushed which made me feel uncomfortable and takes away from the relaxing experience I was trying to achieve. The first this happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt with a busy day but this was the second time. While I was happy to see new and more staff, I was not pleased with the experience. Scrubbing my feet was like five seconds per foot.

I booked the Orange pedicure but then realized they were giving me the Lavender. The water was a little too hot and made my feet extremely sensitive to touch. She quickly rectified her mistake and the Orange was brought over. The cold oranges felt so good and instantly I was relieved. Tess was my masseur and she did a wonderful job! Once she learned I have diabetes & suffer neuropathy she made certain to take excellent care with me. My first time here but definitely not my last!

My husband got me a gift certificate for the holidays and I used it this past Tuesday. The only reason I gave it two stars was the atmosphere and how nice everyone was. But... They rushed my manicure and pedicure and the polish started coming off by the next day. I told the massage therapist several times she was using too much pressure, and I developed a large ugly bruise on the the top of one foot. The massage wasnt relaxing and Ive had numerous foot and leg massages to compare with. While I very much appreciate my husband getting me a gift certificate, I wouldnt go here or recommend it to anyone in the future.
