So I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone, this is this first time I have ever been here and it was the worst. I asked for a fresh set considering I had already had a fill in mutiple times on the nails I already had. Yet the still did a fill in, they guy was not easy on my hands, I never have had a nail tech hurt me like they way he did to the point I yelled at him because it hurt so bad. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. I then asked for a design on my nails, and it was horrible so I asked for them to just take it off! Communication was horrible, and at that I was charged $40 for a fill in and a horrid job. Do not go here. I now have to go to another nail salon to see if they can fix them.

The customer service was nice but I paid $90 for my toes and nails which is the norm. However, I got my nails done last week, almost all the nails are lifting and one nail has lost its gel and shellac. My toes are chipping although they are shellac as well.This may be the worst nail job I’ve ever had.

This is by far the absolute worst manicure I’ve ever had. First of all, I had to ask for the manicurist to trim my cuticles and he did a terrible job. At one point he filed my nail, which I had asked him not do, and then just painted over the dust and globbed on a ton of polish. There is nail polish all over my fingers and the polish looks sloppy as it is terribly uneven at the base of all of my nails. Also, he had to put on one fake nail and it’s not even straight! It looks like someone had a seizure while trying to do my nails. How hard is it to paint nails? It isn’t rocket science but if you are doing it as a job maybe you should figure out how to do it well. Never ever go here!!! Complete waste of money.

I have been going to Eva Nails since they first opened. I have to say, out of all the salons I went to, this one offered the best service. The price is perfect for anyone who wants to get a classic clean. I recommended this salon to many of my friends and they all went there. If you are looking for a good deal in price, great service, and best environment, this is the perfect place to relax on a stressful day.

I have been going to Eva Nail Salon since it first opened and the service is wonderful. Out of all of the nail salons, they have the nicest and cleaniest salon and their waxing services are the best. I would recommend Eva Nail salon to anyone!

I am begging you to take your money somewhere else. If there was a zero star option I would use it. The man who works here has no idea what he is doing (or maybe he is just too lazy to do a good job) and gave me a HORRIBLE manicure yesterday. I will never be returning and wish I could get my money back. If, for some reason you are forced against your will to go to this place, there is a very nice younger girl who did a fabulous job on my nails a few months back.... but even then she cant possibly fix the unsanitary and unprofessional environment on her own.

Kind hearted people

DONT GO!!! I went in there a few weeks back to get my nails taken off and a guy who works there did them for me. He didnt soak the nails in acetone or use proper technique at all! He cut them short and pried the nails off one by one. Needless to say, they hurt extremely bad for the next 2 weeks. I decided I would give them a second chance ( bad idea) and today got a full set. A woman who works there started doing my nails and was pretty good but then the same guy from earlier finished them and they arent at all what I wanted. TAKE YOUR MOMEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

This week a friend of mine was asked to leave their store! He has been a regular customer there for 3 years. He is a big man in a wheelchair, and apparently another custormer complained that she felt uncomfotable around him or something so they refused him service and asked him to leave! He was hurt and insulted! He has always tipped well. I am a big woman in a wheelchair, I get pedicures,and always take my daughters with me. A couple times my whole red hat group has gone! We will never go to Eva Nail salon on Falls river. And if you care about your family, I would encourage you to develop a relationship somewhere else! What...they dont like fat people? They dont like wheelchair people? Well, I guess thats a good enough reason for me not to go there and to encourage otehrs not to either! Sad! very sad!

So, so so disappointed! I couldnt get there before 6:30 (I needed my nails painted for a job interview the next day) and when I got there the door was locked and I was told to come back tomorrow. I know it was late, but I thought I still had 30 minutes. If you close early when there are no clients, that should be posted on the door.😞😞😞😞

Ugliest acrylic nail set ive ever gotten. They were way too thick and when i told her she said they looked normal an refused to fixed them. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

I came in on Saturday to get a gel manicure. And by Wednesday the gel polish came off of practically every one of my fingernails. Needless to say that will be the last time I ever go to that nail salon.
