What I wanted, what I got, how I left.Originally I stopped in to have my nails done similar to the Pinterest inspo pic.I asked for coffin and off bat Mimi states that the shape and length would be $80, I was confused at the price but let her proceed because obviously this was going to be an exact replica of the Pinterest picture for that price. The second picture I actually paid $92 for and as you can see this ain’t it.. slept on it went back the next day to have them fixed and there were a lot of things there weren’t able to do, I was able to receive a flawless coffin, however the colors weren’t right so I asked to change the design, every design I pulled up they gave me a reason on why they were unable to do the design for some reason or another. I finally got discouraged and asked for my nails to be removed, and for a refund. At this point I was argued with on why I should settle, my nails were chopped, wrapped with acetone, and no one spoke to me for the next hour. Finally I was issued my refund, continued to be ignored and left for a business meeting with my nails looking like this🙃, please ladies, gents do yourselves the favor and save your money.

Everyone was nice especially the girl at the front, unfortunately i spent $63 (after $10 tip) on solid colored dip nails and was charged extra for gel even though i didnt even know i was getting that and after 3 days the polish started to peel off. i went back to get them fixed which gratefully they did but two days later they peeled again and now most of my nails are chipped. just not the best qualitybesides for that the salon is super clean and pleasant.

I always come here for my mani/pedi. This place makes me feel relaxed and care for. Always professional, clean, and kind.

This salon is the honestly the best one Ive been to in the last 5 years. Very clean, friendly, professional, fair pricing, and the staff do your nails exactly how you want them without making you feel bad. Kelly is my absolute favorite!!! She is very kind, does your nails perfectly, and is quick. Going to miss her and this salon since I am moving out of the state! Great place

So… I drive from Apopka ALL the way to this place faithfully because they’re the only ones who do my nails PERFECTLY. Mia is awesome (I’m sure the others are too but I’ve never worked with them) and the energy in the atmosphere is consistently positive. Finally!! #FanForLife

Pedicures are great and good pricing. However I got a gel manicure with a matte finish and they put initials on 2 of my fingers and charged me $55. The tech couldn’t do the design I originally wanted so I made it easier and they still aren’t that great. My nails also already look like their growing out and I got my nails done 2 days ago. Most likely won’t be back for a manicure.

I had a nail appointment for acrylics with butterflies to have done for my graduation. I had Jenny and when I first got there I was told that for the nails I wanted, it would be $30 total. Well as we proceeded we went to put the acrylic on and I was then told that I would have to pay $80 for my nails. Now usually I do not mind pay a little extra for nails but $80 was wayyy to much so after a little built of trying to figure out what to do I proceeded with the color I chose and it was not regular acrylic. I then had to go to another nail salon in order for them to fix my nails and add the butterflies and at the end my total was only $30, so needless to say I will not be going here again.

Sally was highly recommended and what a wonderful recommendation! She is amazing! Very detailed, and efficient in her work! She loves what she does and you can see it! I loved her service! I already made my next 2 appts with her! The salon is extremely clean and sanitized. Staff is wonderful. Location is great! Ty

I love this spa. I have been having my nails done by this family of owners for over 10 years. This location has been open for a little over a year and it is immaculately clean, great location, and very friendly techs. My daughter and I are always treated with respect and the customer service provided is top notch. I am almost always a walk in and we always get in even if I have to wait a little bit but never very long. We are never rushed and our nails are always beautiful when finished. I will always recommend Venus Nails & Spa.

I love Venus Nails. I was so happy when they opened a place right down the street from me. Their new facility is beautiful and luxurious. I always leave happy with my manicure and pedicure, and my waxing. I dont always understand the girls, but theyre always sweet, and kind. The owner is kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I definitely give this place a thumbs up and would recommend to my friends.

First place I’ve been to that is taking Covid seriously. Everyone wears masks and temperatures are taken when you enter. Beautiful place, clean, spacious and comfortable. Great service.

I highly recommended this nail salon, especially Tina. I walked into this salon after experiencing an awful manicure at another salon the same morning and Tina immediately took me to her station and redid my nails the way they shouldve been done. I was very pleased with her and the salon. This is my go to salon from now on.

Nice place but be careful - they will charge you an extra $5 to shape your nails and say every nail salon you go will charge. Which is not true. This is the only place Ive been that has ever charged me to shape my nails.

I walked in on a whim and happy I did! They just opened 2 weeks ago. The pedi chairs are awesome. Staff was friendly. I did the dip on my nails. It is Christmas so I went with red tips with a gold tip accent on ring finger. Turned out great!

Love, Love, LOVE Venus Nails!! I walked out of my old nail salon after a horrible experience and Venus Nails & Spa welcomed me with open arms and repaired the horrible manicure from the previous “spa”. Since then I only see MiMi who does the BEST Ombré nails and eyebrows. Thank you Venus Nails, I am a client for life!! Anyone who comes here is in AMAZING hands!

My mother &&’ I came in for 2 fills with an APPOINTMENT &&’ we still waited for 45 mins . The nail tech even took people who walked in after we were already waiting for 30 mins . What’s an appointment if you still have to wait almost an hour to even seen . If I could give no stars I would .

Im on my husbandAcct we here with an appointment and after 40 min I left why make an appointment if you do go by them. I drive 25 min to go here wry disappointed . I will not be back
