One of the best gyms in the area! Its a big facility with just about anything you could possibly need. Facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly. If you train strongman, this is without a doubt the best gym in Jackson to train at. They have a yoke, sled, sandbags, and a few other specialty equipment. If you like the old school feel, there is an area in the back called The Yard. This is a secret gem. Chalk, loud music, heavy weights, all in a closed off area that doesnt disturb the rest of the gym. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

Originally a five star review.When I went there (over a year ago somce) they had the worst smelling locker room with carpet... carpet... which retains moisture like sweat.. smelt horrible! Trashcan in there was full.. most days. Equipment is great and its huge but why the one star? Because I got a new debit card.. they stopped getting my money so they used a third party to call me 3 times a day with a prerecorded message. Tried to get them to stop but have had no luck. Thanks focus fit for this...

Worst customer service Ive experienced at any chain or privately owned fitness establishment. Both the management and the training staff were extremely rude, telling me I wasnt allowed to use my GUEST PRIVILEGES to bring my friends to train with me. Also saying what I could or could not wear, after witnessing several obscene articles of clothing in the past myself. They canceled my membership with no justification, while continuing to let other members use their full membership options. These people dont want you to improve yourself or begin your fitness journey, unless you pay them extra training fees over the top for a bench press class.At the end of the day, this is a business, and we care more about our bottom line, than people using guest passes, and not enrolling for a membership.

I enjoyed this gym. It was great and it was walking distance from where I stayed. I will say make sure you go into FULL DETAILS WHEN CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP! Once again 📢 (MAKE SURE THEY EXPLAIN YOUR CANCELATION PROCESS) I was under the impression you can cancel at anytime and not get charged.

Clean with a variety of equipment. They have equipment for all types of workouts and the staff is great.

This place rocks! You should definitely stop in and talk to the knowledgeable and friendly staff about whatever your fitness goals may be.

The gym is great but when I went in and informed them that I was going out of state for a few months I was told no problem just come in upon our return and reinstate the membership. While we were out of state I received repeated calls wanting payment for past months. So I called and spoke with someone who was talking with the owner but would not let me speak directly with them I was told my hold/suspension was not valid without written cancelation and I had to pay for the past months. I called repeatedly and left messages for a call for the owner or management to please give me a call. Good luck with getting out of the no contract agreement. The thing is we really like the gym and would return if it wasnt for their trying to collect money not owed.

Best gym I have ever been too. I love going here. Staff knows me and is very friendly. Great hours. Great trainers. Clean and plenty of room to do what you wanna do.

I really enjoy focus fit! Its convenient and close to home. Its always clean the staff are friendly and dont mind answering questions when I ask for machines to be recommended for my workout. Im so happy they changed to 24hrs!

I apologize for a rude review previously. I was Under the misunderstanding that I could cancel without a fee.... I apparently had not understood what the rules were about canceling or the payments involved for the forest several months. I believed I was in my time frame and still do. I chose somewhere else that has child care that I needed. The facility was nice and clean. And have many friends that do love it. Just please when you sign up understand the rules and payments.

Do not buy in to this is a no contract gym. It’s a bait and switch if you want to cancel you get the run around and they report it to your credit. The gym is over crowded and I really didn’t like not being able to use any of the equipment because all the body builders had it surrounded. As a women I suggest you find another gym.

This is a great gym, there is no judgement, just a lot of people who want to be healthy and get stronger. I actually use one if the personal trainers from 180° fitness located I the gym once a week and love it, it keeps me accountable and he is helping me achieve my goals for weight loss and building muscle. I highly recommend it to anyone, they have a new kickboxing class, zumba, fast twitch, boot camps, it really is a great gym experience.

Large, open workout floor with lots of equipment. Great price, friendly staff, and kept very clean. Available trainers, lots of large Screen TVs in middle section to look at some working out. Equipment will maintained. No mini - TVs on elliptical and treadmill but in my experience those tend to act up anyway.

Not willing to accommodate reasonable requests. Does not allow CNN to be shown by local staff. Okay with showing Fox on two tv. Will be moving my membership as soon as it expires. What happened to first amendment rights.

I am a member of focus fit and have been since March and have never been dissapointed! Ewuipment is up to date and always clean. Staff is very polite and accommodating and answer and question you have. Glad I chose to join Focus Fit!

24-hour gym with nice equipment with two easily fixable problems that would make it a great gym. (1) TVs playing Fox News - Not everyone who works out here is an old white man. Its divisive . . . stick to inclusive sports, outdoors, home reno. (2) Lights are intense daylight colored bulbs that can cause headaches and sleep issues in some people. Unflattering to all people. Otherwise great space.UPDATE: Update: Thanks for response and sorry I did not clarify - Yes, great that you have energy efficient LED lighting, the company that installed them simply sold you the wrong temperature bulbs, selling you daylight LEDs that are harsh and blue in color, which causes sleep issues, headaches, etc. for some people, when they should have sold you bright white LEDs, which is considered “normal’ lighting, closest in color to incandescent bulbs. Still a great gym, just hard on some eyes.
