My husband and I went to look at this I’ve been eyeing! We walked in and we’re immediately greeting and introduced to Kellie, who took me right to the ring I wanted! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! I got my ring, received wonderful customer service from her and the rest of the staff! We had a great experience and I LOVE my new ring!
I purchased this ring from Zales at the Crabtree valley mall. Early last year with insurance. I took the ring into the store on July 13 to have it repaired in was told I will have it back on august 3rd. I realize it was now the 6 of august still know one from the store called to let me know it was ready for pickup. So I called them to find out what was going on and was told the ring been ready for pickup they didn’t know why i didn’t receive a call. That was the first problem.😳 My husband go to the store to pick the ring up to get it home and realize it was never fixed. So at what point did the someone in the store check the ring when it returned back to the store to make sure the item was good to go. THIS IS Unacceptable on all levels. For a customer to have to go through this with a jewelry store whom they trusted with her items. All I was told is they can resend it….PSA save yourself a trip. Do Not Go To This Location. For the record this is my second ring purchased from this location. I been going here for years this was a upgrade for my 15yr anniversary.
Go to get my ring resized and cleaned for the warranty it was supposed to be back August 10, it is now almost a week later and I never received a phone call saying it was ready, I call them about 100 times God for bid anybody answers the phone, I finally get a hold of them and they can’t find my ring!!! 🤬🤬🤬Will update!
This store has the rudest employees. Today my husband and I were in the mall so we stopped to have my wedding set cleaned since we purchased it from Zales, we patiently waited while one other customer was being waited on, then the sales clerk asked if we wanted to see something, and I said no, I would like to have my wedding set cleaned. She asked if it was purchased at Zales, or if I just wanted my jewelry cleaned, and I explained it was purchased from Zales, she then wanted to see my receipt and warranty which has never been requested before. This the second rude employee I’ve encountered from this location. I wouldn’t buy anything else from this store ever.
Demaris was extremely patient and helpful with my fiance and I shopping for our wedding bands. Store manager was also very friendly. I look forward to doing business with them more.
I had a bad experience here. Purchased a necklace online, broke once and when they returned the fixed necklace it was in a big knot I had to untangle. A couple weeks later, the chain broke again in the same exact place. Went back to return and they said I had to go online, went online and they said I had to return it in store. Finally called online again and they accepted the return and refund. Employees werent the kindest, would suggest going somewhere else for jewlery.
Horrible customer service from the older blonde woman Kellie. I came in with my fiancé after he purchased a ring and wanted to exchange. When looking at rings she kept telling me that I didnt know what I wanted and I need to go home and figure out what I wanted first. LOL isnt looking for rings supposed to be trying on different styles until you find what you want?? Then when I tried on a ring she would be like yeah you clearly dont like it even when I said that I did??When we came back to return the ring a few days later (I found a nicer ring at a diamonds direct where the customer service was excellent) she was being very condescending and kept saying Its all about you Dont worry were gonna make sure youre happy Almost like she was annoyed that we were returning it. Definitely would not recommend shopping here ESPECIALLY not with Kellie she is rude, unprofessional, and is not here for the best interest of the customer!
Took links out of my watch I bought at another Zales and a week later it fell apart... when I brought it back, they said they couldn’t do anything, and sent me to another store. When my husband and I picked up his wedding band it was still too small. They suggested we go to another store downstairs to get it resized. This particular Zales is extremely unprofessional and makes the entire Zales company look like trash. Not impressed at all, very disappointed.
Honestly, the staff is nice in person but their customer service when it comes to addressing orders online is a mess. After visiting the store I had to order the wedding band I wanted and have it shipped to the store. It sat at a store for a week and a half without them notifying me. I called multiple times a day and they never answered. I had to call the overarching Zales customer service to get a status update date. After finding out that it was in fact ready to be picked up (and had been for a week) it took them over half an hour to find my order then I had to send back to get it resized. So I still dont have it and who knows when Ill get it back or if theyll even notify me.
I dont have enough time to explain how terrible my experience has been with this Zales branch. Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, even just another Zales as I only have experience at this one. Insults my fiancee, and managed to not even put the right name on paperwork for jewelry that had been sent out and took the owner looking it up on security camera to find out what happened and finally locate it. More but honestly just avoid...
I had a great experience here. So I was picking an engagement ring for my girlfriend at the time (Fiancé now) and the lady that worked there helped me pick the best ring out. Not only was she knowledgeable about the ring, but answered every question I had. I brought my kids with me and my little girl was running around the store and everyone was just so nice. If you to buy a engagement ring or any jewelry I would definitely recommend this Zanes.
I purchased items with a new associate on 12/10 who I could tell was learning. She tried to get all the answers and needed assistance. The associate she asked for help was Terry. HORRIBLE customer service at best. I’ve had bad experiences with her when my diamonds came out both my rings. At one point she yelled and the lady who was helping me for asking a question. I’m a manager in retail and there is no way I would have allowed this in front of customers. On 12/12 I placed an order online and had them shipped to the store since the customer service is not the best. Well here it is 12/21 and I have to mail these items to different states and haven’t received them. I called customer service and my items(all 10) have been shipped and received at the store a few days ago. Not one phone call. I can promise you I won’t be shopping at this location EVER!! I have one more item I’m waiting on and I know they won’t be calling but have a smart answer when you come in before they call.
Horrible customer service. Was also told I would receive a call from management, which never happened either. If I didn’t have the lifetime warranty on my rings I would never go back.
Closes before posted store hours. First time I went, it was 30 minutes before the mall closed and their gates were down and they said they have to close 30 minutes early to reconcile the store. The following week, I tried to go an hour and a half before the posted closing time and they said they were closing an hour earlier than their posted hours to reconcile the store. Over it, will be shopping with another jeweler.
I will never go back here. Ever. One lady was really nice about the issues at hand but the other lady made unnecessary comments under her breath where she thought I couldnt hear her and didnt help me in the slightest. I was there to pick up two rings, should have been in and out of there in 5 minutes with both. I had to stay and fight for one of them for an hour and a half. And one of the rings (the one I needed resized, down one size) still doesnt even fit right.
Really impressed with this store. Bought my wife some gifts over the years. great selection.
Pick out my engagement ring today 5/21:29. Kelly helped us and she was amazing. She was very patient and helpful. The purchase was smooth and she was VERY professional.

For one i took my ring to get fixed that had a warranty on it cause it snapped and it needed resized so it finally comes back after a month the lady forget to do the resizing which it was suppose to go from a 9 to an 7.5 so i go to pick it up and oops they forget when i especially asked for it to be a 7.5 then now they sent it back off it’s been 2 weeks and they said they were going to rush it callled yesterday the lady said it should be here today on 9-29 call today and they don’t know where it’s at or anything and they didn’t give me the receipt so that i could track it so Iv called over 10 times with no answer
This company is extremely missing leading with deliveries and quality checks and if you have any issues good luck with customer service because its joke. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE should be call the Im sorry we cant do anything for you they hire people to apologize and thats about it.
Bought a ring for my finance. Ring looks great but I am currently on my way to get another diamond remounted. I proposed may 29, 2017. Its now april 11, 2018 and she has lost two diamonds. One more and i will be requesting a refund and finding another store.

I took my mother ring in to be size she pass 5wks ago and now they have lost her ring How do they think that can be replaced I want my mother ring back. We sent several items of before and never had a issue. Kelly was aware of the situation and knew I felt uncomfortable about sending ring of but she promised that it would come back so I trusted her like I had so many times before. They say they can replaced ring with exact ring but that means nothing to meit not the ring I took off my mother hand two days before she passed So I will wait and pray they find her ring and be more stress out than I already am Thanks zales u really know how to treat your customers!!!!!!
My husband and I started with ZALES in New York for our wedding set, excellent service at the Parkchester, Bronx New York location. Since relocating to North Carolina Ive visited the Crabtree Valley Mall location several times; they have provided excellent customer service while being extremely helpful and patient. Ive also been very satisfied with an online purchase that I made last year!
Came in one night before my moms birthday about 30 mins to closing so i still had some time to look around. I was not greeted by the 2 ladies working that night, one blonde lady chewing gum was on her phone texting which have must have been important so i asked her could i have my watch cleaned, she looked at me and clearly brushed me off to the other lady turns out she was nicer and more friendlier. I got my watch cleaned. When my watch was cleaned it was around 8:45 p.m., so the lady with the blonde hair kept asking me to leave as if she was in a hurry to get me out of there, i told her id still like to browse for a birthday present for my mom, she didnt offer her help to me at all, and clearly told me to leave because we are closing. At this point it was 8:47 p.m, i saw her clearly saw something negative to the other lady. She just kept looking at me and said you have to leave now or ill call mall security until i finally left at 8:52 p.m. I will never go back to the store ever. The blonde lady was totally rude to me and probably racist as well.
I came in there yesterday afternoon, February 27th, to have my finger sized. When I walked in I clearly said I was just coming in to have my finger sized and I wasnt buying anything. The man in there helping me started telling me to get a Zales Credit Card. Ok? First off I told you I was only needing my finger sized. Plus, after I said no the first time you asked me you should have quit telling me to get one. I do not like walking into a store and being pushed to buy something or sign up for a credit card. After I said no the first time, the sales associate should have taken my answer as is. I will not be back to that store!

Dispite all of the negative comments and reviews, i was trapped in the Crabtree Vally mall for some last minute shopping and decided to give them a shot. Carla greated me within seconds with a cheerful smile. I showed a picture of what i was looking for and she was able to help me find that perfect gift at the right price. I had a wonderful experiance and was able to get in and out within a very short amount of time, never feeling rushed or like i was inconviniencing the staff. I highly recommend giving this place a shot and looking passed what negaitive reviews are out. Whats the worst that happens? You go a few shops down and get a coffee? Great staff, very friendly, and very helpful!!
The sales lady was calling my Fiancé the wrong name regardless of how many times we corrected her. Also found out that she lied about the warranty information. She just said everything was covered for two years, but didnt explain that we had to bring it in every 6 months. So thanks to this store we lost warranty coverage and had to pay for a diamond that fell out. Also I forget her name, but dont trust the blonde woman that does sales. She just pushes the sale and leaves out vital info. Would use other Zales in Raleigh.
TERRIBLE. I have dealt with 3 different sales associates since January 4th - ALL RUDE and they have all told me something different.. Obviously they do not follow any certain policy. I dropped by wedding band off to be resized, was told I would have it back by last week - and still dont have it.. and they cant tell me when I will be getting it. They are very unfriendly and unhelpful I would not recommend this Zales location to anyone in search of any kind of jewelry. They are the absolute worst.
Too bad we were lied to about your lease policy. Nobody wants to spend 5grand on a $2500 ring.I will never ever shop at Zales again. Your sales associate knew very well it needed to be paid off in 90 days but lied anyways.

Should not say on google they open at 10am when clearly they do not open till 12pm. spending my money somewhere else.
