Let me start out by saying that I rarely post 1-star reviews, but thought my recent experience with Walls Jewelers warranted one, not to vent in anger, but simply to inform and prevent other consumers from making the same mistake. Let me also say that, reading all the 5-star reviews, I suspect Larry and his wife appear to be nice and well-intentioned people, but just not qualified to work on any kind of higher-end merchandise.In keeping with the concept that a picture is worth a thousand words, please see attached what was a brand new never worn watch taken to Walls for a battery replacement. The watch was returned in exactly this condition with dozens of scratches on the back and the o-ring gasket intended to seal the case pinched and hanging out. Even more upsetting, two other ladies watches exceeding $2,000 in value each were also scratched, and one of them appears to have its back cover cross-threaded and not tight to the watch case.Sadly, when these issues were brought to their attention they did nothing other than to become defensive, justify their work and actions, taking absolutely no responsibility for the damage done to the three watches.In closing, I am a small business owner who desires to support the same whenever possible. In this case, it ended very badly for me in a very expensive lesson -- consider yourself forewarned.

Excelent service and value! Another jeweler quoted me over $300 to repair my watch. Mr Walls did it for less than 1/3 the price! I’m a customer for life!

Owner is a gentleman. I have been there several times for watch repairs, battery change. Always been a nice experience for me. Charges are decent or cheap.

This place is great for repairs, battery replacements, and Citizens watches, if you like. Larrys been in business for over 30 years and is an honest and skilled business owner. Although he carries mainly Citizen brand watches, he can repair and work on most other brands as well.

Great place - larry was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. incredibly affordable. ill definitely be returning for purchases and adjustments.

Ripped off for a repair - took months - was told by wife they would remove stone and I could pick up the ring and then Larry said no. I expected a bill of about $50 and it was $228 - repairs I didnt ask for or expect. I cannot believe with a repair that expensive that I was not called and asked if I wanted to proceed. My family and I will never go back. Larry and his wife treated me terribly. She was rude and hung up on me. His words to me as I left the store were you can get a lawyer - Ive played this game before. I never thought about or mentioned a lawyer. This whole situation is distressing. The ring was a gift from my son many years ago.

Just left with 2 watches that are now as good as NEW!!!! Thanks Mr. Larry for your fast service!!!!

I brought it to Walls and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. They had it done in just a few days and they did a beautiful job. The price was also extremely reasonable. Im so happy!
