The guys at Precision were professional, friendly efficient and very knowledgeable. They had my one watch repaired and a second with a new battery ready in minutes. Drastically different from my last watch battery replacement experience at a shop in Crabtree Mall. These guys really earned my trust and will be my go to for any watch or jewelry repair need. They might even see me around the holidays since they design and make some of their own jewelry too.

Hard to find a jeweler who can replace batteries in Michele brand watches. These guys not only had the battery in stock but also added a link in my bracelet band. 10 minutes I was in and out. Also showed me how to put some earrings in that I thought were damaged. Learned something new today! Price is reasonable too.

These guys are awesome - weve been trying to get a watch battery changed forever. Weve gone to multiple places with no luck, walked in here and BOOM within 5 minutes we had a new battery. I have gone to them now for over 10 years, always received first class service, and impeccable work and workmanship.When I first went to them, they opened my watch after it had stopped running, and we discovered that the previous and prestigious jewelry company that replaced the battery 5 years earlier put in the wrong seal, which allowed water and vapor to enter the watch and eventually rusted the workings.This watch was a treasured wedding anniversary gift and I wanted to get it working. Precision Quartz was able to find new internal movement for the watch and got it back to perfect condition. The watch is now 18 years old and still running like new.

I went in this past weekend to have a complicated watch band resized. I am usually pretty good with doing this kind of stuff on my own; however, the videos on youtube made it look pretty complex so I decided to bring it in. I was embarrassed with how quickly the owner was able to resize the band (60 seconds at most). He also made it the perfect size on the first try. Very impressed. Price was reasonable too.

Ive had work done by them for many years. Glad to see that they made it out of the Crabtree Sears location alive. Owner is super knowledgable and has always been extremely helpful in the decades that I have brought him dive watches, sport watches, high end fashion watches and now my Garmin fitness tracker.

SHODDY PRACTICES - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!They ruined my mint condition expensive watch while attempting to replace battery. After this incident, the owner refused to do what was necessary to have the watch put back to its original state. Beware, if they damage your property, they were not factory authorized to make repairs or to obtain genuine replacement parts on my high end watch, yet their new website (put up after my incident) states that they are experts in watch repairs, etc. The owner has many false claims directly to me as well. The whole experience has been a nightmare as the owner has gone to great lengths to avoid responsibility for his employee, Wandas incompetence in performing a simple task.

They were pretty quick and fixed my Cartier watch from 1987. I was pleased and it didnt cost an arm and a leg, just a finger. The bad thing is if youre on your lunch hour, you may have to wait in line as if you were at DSS.
