Johnsons Jewelers helped me create the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee. I knew I wanted to work with them as soon as I called. Kara answered right away and spent a few minutes going over my basic questions. When I called some of the other places in town I was put on hold for awhile before speaking to someone who made me feel like I was just a sale to them. Once I visited, Caroline worked patiently with me while we crafted the perfect ring. I felt so well taken care of and the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend them to others.

They had a wide range of options and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for.Our only complaint is that customer service was sometimes wonderful, but occasionally frustrating when we felt we could have enjoyed slightly less attention and input.

Dan and his team were incredibly helpful when it came time to purchase an engagement ring last year. Dan worked very hard for me over the course of several weeks to bring in different diamonds to help me find the perfect one. The entire experience was exceptional, from the friendly service, diamond education, responsiveness, time spent with me and pricing. What a wonderful experience! I brought a Swiss Army watch here to have the battery replaced since they’re an authorized retailer. They told me they could have it done in a day, but the engraving I had requested would take a couple days. They knew this was a special gift for my husband’s birthday so they actually got it all done in less than a day! I’m so grateful that they went the extra mile for me and also for their exemplary service. Will definitely be back!

Amazing and very knowledgeable staff! Helped me find my wedding band in under 10 minutes after we got the preliminary questions out of the way: what style do you think you want, color etc. It was extremely clean, and very inviting. This is always a good go to for something unique and perfect.

I had a great experience purchasing my engagement ring at Johnson’s Jewelers of Raleigh. I’m somewhat of a novice when it come to jeweler, so it was really important to me to find a jewler that I could trust. Their staff made feel right at home and took the time to explain all the intricacies of purchasing a quality stone. I visited their store over the course of several weeks to find the perfect ring. Through it all, they were patient and helpful without making me feel rushed to make a decision. Their staff is amazing and the ring was perfect.

Dan and the girls were awesome! This is the type of place that you would feel good about spending your money. The people are warm and inviting. Its not the typical wine and cheese type of jewelry store that sees customer service as them doing you a favor. Although, they do sell excellent quality goods. I stumbled in pretty angry after the place across the street took a week to replace a watch band. Soon after being greeted with smiling their faces I realized that this was just the type of place that I expected from the jewelry store in the shopping plaza. Boy.. did I have the two stores confused! The ladies of Johnsons helped me when the other outfit across the street disappointed. See, to Johnsons I wasnt just another customer or pushed aside for someone else that may have been spending more money. They felt I was just as valuable. I cannot say enough great things about this staff and this store! Susan was very helpful when I was shopping for my engagement ring, as I wanted a ring with more of an antique style. They carry a great selection of engagement jewelry, with vintage styled pieces (Whitehouse Brothers) so I could have the vintage look without worrying about the metal getting of a true antique ring getting damaged, bent or messed up. Susan and Dan helped my fiance and I get the ring of my dreams without breaking the bank! Thanks again yall!

I can also find nice wedding and baby gifts that will last a lifetime- they even wrap it for you in the most beautiful paper and bows! I recently took a vintage Rolex into Johnsons Jewelers without knowing much about the watchs history. Joey was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about the watch and was incredibly helpful in providing considerable detail about the watchs background. He also helped me re-size the band and offered stellar advice about other things I should consider doing with the watch (maintenance, potential cosmetic repairs/associated expenses, thoughts on other bands, etc.) - all free of charge.He was a pleasure to work with and is clearly an expert in his field. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for guidance on what they should be doing with their watches.

Personal service with personable people. These folks have been doing this for many, many years. They really know their jewelry. All repairs are done right here, so no need to worry if your jewelry is going to be sent out somewhere and get lost. They have repaired several pieces for me, including antique pieces. Blown away very happy, brought my mothers antique engagement ring in to give to my fiance, it need a bit of work sizing, fixing broken diamonds, and a solid clean the crew there worked together to give my fiancé and i a great experience the ring was done very quickly and was also done right i was blown away by the work they did, the jeweler and the sales team really made us feel like family definitely recommend

I have delicate, small metal figures hanging on the wall that were my grandmothers. My son bumped into one and it fell and broke. I thought it needed to be soldered. After calling several jewelry stores, no one could help. My husband took it to Treasure Isle on Capital Blvd. because its close to where he works. They went above and beyond to fix it an an unconventional way. Bottom line, they did what no one else would help with for something that means a lot to me. Definitely go there!

Stopped here after going everywhere else looking my fiances engagement ring. I ended up going with the Whitehouse Brothers ring after working directly with the owner, Dan. I was able to order the ring and have it customized exactly like I wanted it with all the hostipality and charm of a small owned business. My fiancé and I had a great experience at Johnsons Jewelers. Dan worked with my fiancé to help him pick out the perfect engagement ring for me.After our engagement, we went back into the store to look at the wedding band. Dan and Susan, another employee at Johnsons, welcomed us and wanted to hear all about the engagement. Both of them were so sweet and genuine. Dan sat down with us and explained all the details of the ring and the diamond, which I greatly appreciated. He also cleaned the ring for me (even though Id only had it a few days) and gave me a bag containing the cleaner, paperwork for the diamond, and his card. Dan also made an appointment for me to get my ring resized.The following week I went back to get my ring resized by the jeweler, Brian. Brian came downstairs and personally approved the correct sizing. I dropped my ring off on Thursday around 5pm, and it was ready by Friday morning. I got to the store 5 minutes before closing on a Friday (5:55 pm), and both Susan and Brian were waiting for me to try on and pick up the ring, which was sized perfectly.As a younger person who does not know that much about jewelry, it can be intimidating to go into a jewelry store. Dan and Susan made me feel so welcome and at home, and they made me even more excited about my beautiful engagement ring. This is an exceptional small, local business where you will get personalized service. We will definitely be returning to Johnsons for any future jewelry purchases!

Ive had a top-notch experience buying my (now) Fiancees engagement ring from Johnsons Jewelers. I shopped everywhere for a specific, unique ring for my fiancee, and Johnsons was a different experience from the rest -- Joey Lee and Carrie (among others there) made me feel as though I was their one and only customer. Joey was searching for a unique stone for me, was updating me throughout his search, and ultimately found the stone that was perfect for the ring.After I purchased the ring, the great experience continued. I took the ring to get resized, resized again, and also had some minor adjustments made -- they were always so helpful and willing to work with me until I got the ring perfect for my fiancee.The team at Johnsons was truly invested in helping me and were willing to put-up with my relentless pursuit of the perfect ring for my (now) fiancee.THANK YOU, JOHNSONS!p.s. We had dropped off one broken earring for repair, and also supplied the matching earring for comparison. Not only did they not repair the first earring, but they also ruined the second earring. I then took both broken earrings to Treasure Isle instead where I was able to have them repaired.

Today I called Johnsons to inquire about a jewelry service that their website led me to believe that they would offer. I am interested in having a 1.1 carat loose diamond set in a 6 prong white gold setting/band. When I acquired about this service, the receptionist was ONLY interested in where I purchased the diamond, and where I purchased the setting. It turns out that I purchased both from reputable online dealers (Bluenile for the stone and Shane & Co for the setting). Once the receptionist heard these two facts, she immediately stated that, They typically dont get involved in these types of situations. I had to laugh! What kind of situation does she think this is? The situation is simply setting a loose diamond in a ring, and according to their website, they offer this service. The receptionist proceeded to say that, Since these were online purchases that Johnsons could not verify either the quality of my stone or my setting, and that is another reason why, They cant get involved in situations like these. Ahemmmmm. Hello lady! You are a jewelry store. You should be able to assess the quality of both stones and settings! Are you telling me that your jeweler is so incompetent that he cant assess the quality of a round 1.1 carat loose diamond, and a 6 prong white gold setting? LOL. If he/she is indeed that incompetent, then I think other potential buyers need to be made aware of this fact, and that any potential consumers should use caution when doing business with jeweler who cant assess diamond quality and setting quality/strength. Thank you very much, but Ill take my business to a jeweler who CAN access quality!
