My wife and I approached them about our wedding bands after having been to numerous other jewelers. We wanted to be sure that we found the right rings for our wedding last May. As soon as we saw our rings, we knew we’d be going with Reeds. Not to mention that the customer service was immaculate.Being that I have rather large hands, finding something in my size had proven to be quite a challenge, but Reeds was up to it. I had several custom sizes of my preferred ring ordered both before and after the wedding. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout the months-long process. Give this particular Reeds heavy consideration for your big day!

I came to Reeds with a few issues. They were all handled exceptionally well by Anna Hart. She took really great care of me and was very patient as we had a lot going on. Annas customer service was top notch. Thanks again Anna and yes my wife was extremely satisfied.

From the moment I called to see if they had 2 wedding bands in stock, Katie, was amazing!! Actually everyone there was very friendly and they had so much patience with my 3 boys and 2 brothers. The manager is a guy I don’t remember his name but he went above and beyond to get us a great deal on a forever wedding band. I asked for water and they didn’t had any, he asked if I wanted some so he can go get one, I said no thank you. 5 minutes later he came back with my water! THANK YOU! Ive purchased a bracelet and an engagement ring here for my fiance at separate times. Both times the associates were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I never felt rushed and I was never pushed to buy anything outside my price range. It was obvious that they cared more about my experience than they were about making the sale and they were willing to cater to my every need! They listened intently and even encouraged me to shop around to find the best ring! Fortunately they had the perfect ring right there in the store. Great experience here. Marie McGill and Crystal helped me through the process of upgrading my engagement ring from a White Sapphire silver halo twist ring to a beautiful 1/3ctw multi diamond oval twist ring in White Gold. The staff was very nice and patient with my husband and I, and even cleaned the old engagement ring for me (from a different ring store.) Very pleased with my experience and would buy from them again for future jewelry needs. Even the lifetime warranty was inexpensive, and includes all the coverages you need to have peace of mind when making big jewelry purchases.

Charles Fort is the best hands down! I feel like were besties lol! As soon as my mother, grandmother and I walked in he greeted us with so much love. It was so genuine, not rehearsed. I’m not one to leave reviews for places but seriously if you need anything relating to jewelry, go see Greg at Reeds. My fiancé and I were looking at wedding bands at the mall and went into two other places first and they were only concerned about selling us expensive rings that were literally the ugliest things ever but were expensive. I wanted a wedding band that was really delicate and beautiful, not some massive and trashy looking thing. Two other places literally wouldn’t let me see a ring I wanted to try on. Greg was the only person who actually listened to what we wanted and helped us find perfect rings for us that are exactly what we wanted. Seriously, don’t waste your time going anywhere else, go see Greg at Reid’s. We won’t be going to see anyone else from now on. Thanks Greg!
