I love that I can purchase jewelry that doesn’t fit and have it sized in only 1 hour!!! Anywhere else you will wait days to weeks for a repair or sizing. They are great at what they do, friendly, fast, and helpful! This was my second visit to the store and I had a wonderful experience both times. I will continue to use Treasure Isle for all of my jewelry needs.

I took two rings to this store to get a quote on how much it would run to replace two tiny CZs, one from each ring.I spoke with a lady behind the counter. She said shed ask the jeweler. (An older man). About 10 minutes later, she quoted me $260.00 to put in two CZs.I was so astonished! I asked her why the price was so high. Her response was simply, I dont know. Keep in mind, the jeweler didnt bother talking to me at all.I take these same two rings to another jeweler, 3 days later. He quoted me a total of $70.00 for BOTH rings! $50.00 for one ring and $20.00 on the other.So, my advice would be: Stay far away from this place! Far, far away! They will absolutely rip you off, if given a chance! And what worries me is, how many people have paid way more than they should have, simply because they didnt know any better!I knew better and going in, I knew what the price should run around. Do not go here!One more thing: When an employee is asked a simple question and responds with I dont know. That should be a red flag too!

Two stars because of the poor customer service. The store associates are polite but the jeweler himself is abrasive. Quite hostile in attitude.

They were wonderful. They fixed my glasses and did such a great job that I brought my grandson’s glasses.

I took my engagement ring in to be resized, and it was done within an hour and fit perfectly. The service was also really great, considering I was super nervous about it to start.Today, I took it in again because one prong was coming up and was looking like it was about to crack. It was also done within an hour, is super secure, and I feel completely at ease to wear it again. Love the service, the prices are great, and I’ve been super happy so far. Will definitely keep coming back!

My son and I went in today to have a few links removed from a watch he received and purchased a battery for it. While waiting I spotted sterling silver hoop earrings that caught my eye. Purchased 2 pair. Love that this business is very close to home and the Customer Service is exceptional! and we appreciated the speedy and proficient service.

Honestly I would have rated a 0 if that was an option. The person I spoke with was condescending and insulting. I was trying to get an emerald set in a ring my wife inherited from her grandmother. When I called, I asked if he had an idea of the ballpark range that generally costs. He laughed and said, Sure and I have a care here if you want to buy that too without seeing it. I cant tell you anything over the phone. There are so many ways that could have been said without being so demeaning.

I recently went to get a ring resized, 2 sizes up, and the complete experience was nothing short of incredible. The young lady working the desk was nice and very welcoming. The jeweler that actually did the work was very knowledgeable and clearly knew his stuff. He was also very nice and kept the mood light while also being very professional. We were even able to pick it up before the hour we were quoted. The work was amazing, especially given the fact it was done in under an hour. This is definitely our go-to for any work we may need done in the future. The pricing is very fair and affordable. True quality across the board.

What a pleasant little jewelry shop! I was sent here from National Pawn to have a gold ring resized and the service was performed in less than 45 minutes. I also had an heirloom ring tested for material identification which only took minutes as well. Prices seem to be competitive and slightly (approx. 5-10% on gold and services) better than nearby large corporate chain jewelers.What stands out most is the outstanding level of customer service. This alone earned my future business. While waiting for my ring to be resized I had the most enjoyable conversation about various gemstones in their inventory of jewelry and was allowed to look at many pieces including some very impressive and rare specimens such as a large vibrant green natural emerald and a brilliant black fire opal. I am jealous of the future owners of those pieces! They also had a large and very fairly priced selection of silver charms.If you want to repair or shop for jewelry and learn about the intricacies of metals and gemstones without the awful sales pressure from the big corporate chains youll appreciate the service at Treasure Isle. Will return many times in the future. Five stars

After reading favorable reviews for this jewelry store, I went there today to see what I could do with my Dads cherished ring that I recently inherited. Phil recommended that I just have it sized down to fit my finger. I thought it would be too bulky & uncomfortable, but he convinced me otherwise. After only an hour wait, I now have a gorgeous diamond ring to wear on my right hand that looks & feels great! I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this jewelry store, and I will continue to go there for repairs and purchases!

0 stars for sure!!!! I brought in my mom’s wedding band to get redesigned. My mom has passed away, so this ring was of very high sentimental value. I had them do a flush set design with the diamond. I picked up the ring July 3rd and put it on July 4th. At the end of the day, I noticed the diamond had fallen out. I did not bump my ring or do anything that would cause this.A flush set stone should NEVER fall out of a ring within one day of wear, especially when it wasn’t damaged or smashed on anything. I could understand if it was prong set and one of the prongs was bumped but this was flush set which means all edges of the stone should be covered in metal.I went in with a friend to talk to the jeweler about it and he was defensive right of way. He raised his voice at us and told us he “can’t guarantee” his work. What kind of jewelry store doesn’t guarantee their work that has priceless diamonds falling out after one day?!We told him we didn’t want him to replace the diamond and all we wanted was our money back since we provided the gold and the stones so the only thing we paid for was his time (his terrible workmanship). It was $750 for the work. He immediately started SCREAMING at us and said no way was he giving us our money back since we weren’t giving him anything. We kept saying that wasn’t acceptable and he kept yelling more and more and telling us we weren’t listening to him. We asked him if he was serious and he said “yes, WHAT DID I SAY?!” This guy is a condescending, sexist jerk who still thinks women are beneath him.Never give them your business unless you want to deal with a jerk who doesn’t guarantee his own work. He said he was doing us a favor by even being willing to replacing the stone as if we should be grateful even though that wasn’t what I wanted, but that was the least he could do, he then yelled, “no, that’s the most I’m willing to do.”Absolutely awful costumer service, definitely avoid!!!

Foremost, I have been using this shop for repairs past few years – last 2 repairs being within 5 weeks of this writing. Repair is always good and affordable in my opinion – so, 4/5 stars there.However, this review is based on my visit to Capital Blvd shop on Saturday June 22nd around 2.45pm. Visitation purpose was to dropoff a rope necklace for repair – 2 of the strings came undone at spot of recent repair. The experience was not good.The sales lady was very nice and with very good customer service as with prior dropoffs and pickups. Granted it was near their closing time, she quickly attended to me. I showed her picture of the problem taken prior to temporarily closing the undone links tightly (so not snagging my skin/clothing).She helped searched for the undone spot thru the length of the length of the necklace but couldn’t fine it. She requested assistance of the older repair technician|owner gentleman. Well, there was nothing gentle about him! Right away, he wasn’t too happy about the request telling from his non-customer centric demeanor and body language. He wouldn’t even touch the chain less help search for the spot even though I showed him picture of the problem on my phone.As I struggled searching – he stood there looking at me contemptuously. Then, he got irked saying: “Just measure from male/female ends next time”. Moments later, he uttered: “What do you want from me?”, then again “What do you what from me?” (I am sure the other 2 ladies could hear him) – Sir, I am not a jewelry expert – you are! I was in your establishment for repairs – you were supposed to use your expertise to assist, advise or recommend next action.When I finally found the spot and showed it to him – he quickly dismissed it, saying it’s a new spot – not the one repaired weeks ago (I disagree – it’s same spot in my judgement). He asked if he should repair it – I declined, telling him, I’ll seek repair elsewhere. Now, I don’t mind repair cost, but he was too rude for me to spend my money there at that point – I’d reward awful customer service if I did! He obviously doesn’t care for my money. Perhaps, it’s something else deep seeping to the surface!Please, keep the nice lady agent as the customer face always – not the rude, grumpy older “guy” not versed in modern customer service.

I didnt buy jewelry from Treasure Isle yet, but Phil and his team are top notch business people and know what it means to be in business the right way with the best quality hand craftsmanship. I was impressed looking at the pieces. I would recommend them no doubt.

Resized a couple rings in an hour or so each time. Always super nice and helpful there as well. Selection of jewelry is alright, nothing to brag about though.

The staff was friendly and my ring was sized and ready within the hour.
