Absolute best place to buy an engagement ring. His diamonds are great in quality and very reasonably priced. He is personable and knowledgeable throughout the process. Several friends and I have all bought our engagement rings and diamonds from him. Awesome place for earth and lab grown diamonds.

Todd is fantastic! A friend recommended Godfrey’s when I was looking to have some work done on my wedding band. He ended up doing some minor work on my engagement ring and wedding band to make them more comfortable on my hand. I have used Godfrey’s Jewelers for jewelry maintenance and sizing. Todd is very knowledgeable about family pieces that I have taken in. Most recently, he made a new setting for my stone and I am very pleased with the final product. Not being exactly sure how I wanted it done, he was able to suggest and guide me with the design. I never feel rushed when I am in the store.

Todd and the Godfrey family are great jewelers. They take their patient time with every customer with respect and care. Though not a big store, he has a computer program to visualize what you want and will get what you want. It is a family owned store. Id much prefer to contribute to my fellow small business owner than a chain store or publicly traded company. The service given at this store shows the difference.

I cant say strong enough how good a jeweler Todd is simply the best.We have known him for many years and he is the only jeweler I would trust my ring to be reset into a new mounting. The absolute best in town. Todd is one of the most creative custom designer is, the store has a family friendly business ethic, and sell top quality merchandise. I have purchased new jewelry, todd has taken old pieces and re-created up dated designs, Ive traded some pieces with them and took an old coin and he matched the perfect chain from Germany he found. I would never go anywhere else for repairs too. I cant say enough good things.

My mother passed my grandmothers wedding ring down to me for my 23rd birthday. Being such an old ring the band was bent, and it needed resizing. After going to major jewelry stores we found Godfreys. I am so happy we did, I had literal nightmares about leaving this ring with people. Not only where they more cost effective, the provided great customer service. The ring was done in one business day, and it looks stunning. They offered regular cleaning services which I will be taking advantage of. Not only did I get my great grandmothers ring, I also found the only jeweller I will be using.

I brought my Grandmothers ring (family heirloom) in to have a ruby replaced and to have the yellow 14K dipped in white gold. I also had a white gold box chain to be fixed. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks but these projects were completed in about 1 & 1/2 hours!!! I am so happy and pleased with Mr. Todds beautiful work as well as his reasonable price and impeccable turnaround time!!!! All smiles here!!!

Got my wifes engagement ring here. Great prices and selection. Todd is very helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience here was with Todd. We brought my wifes ring in to have the stones changed out. While the stones were being switched out Todd had to damage the setting in order to remove one of the stones without destroying it. He decided to do this without consulting us first. We were contacted that the ring is finished but is damaged and were told it would cost extra to have the setting repaired. I objected at having to pay for damage that may have been avoided if we were consulted before the damage was done. He refused to even lower the cost of repair, and instead discounted the price for changing out the stones. In the end we were returned a ring with one setting damaged, and will be going to another jeweler to have it repaired as I was afraid more damage might be done during his repair without my consent.I reviewed this as two stars because throughout the whole ordeal Todd was polite and respectful, but was firm that we should have to pay for the damage he caused to our ring. If anyone is to go with this jeweler I would suggest having something in writing requesting that any additional costs or changes from the initial agreement must be agreed upon by both parties before continuing with the repair.

They resized my ring and they did an amazing job!!! They finished sooner than expected and my ring fits perfectly!!!!

I live very close to Godfreys and am ashamed to say I hadnt noticed it even though Id been to the shopping center where its located countless times. I needed to get my thin wedding band reshaped a bit and wasnt sure where to go. After reading the Google reviews, I called Godfreys. From my first interaction on the phone to the time I picked up my rings, everyone I interacted with at this family-owned shop was nothing but a dream to work with. It turned out that my engagement ring was slightly warped as well and one of the smaller diamonds on it was loose. The team fixed everything in less than 4 hours (including a much needed polish), and I could not be more pleased with the end result and the entire experience. I also noticed that they have some really classic and amazing looking pieces in the shop. They definitely earned another lifelong customer today.

Quoted me way to high costs for servicing mechanical watches...as in more than Omega or Rolex would charge. and as you can see from his response, he has an attitude also. way to get to get new customers!
