Great Customer service....I knocked on the door; no answer..Got in the car, about to pull off.. Elder Gentleman came out, asked what I needed ( battery replacement for watch)..he grabbed my watch went inside and got to work..he came out about 25 minutes later, he told me the price ($10)..I passed him twenty notes..he told me to keep it...(he didnt have change for twenty notes).I paid him (with singles I had in the armrest which came out to ten notes...we both smiled and laughed..it was a great physical day for me.🎉🎈🎊🎂

Came in for a ring to be sized fell in love with the owner and his ethics with work. Will be coming back very soon to see him again. Work on my ring was quick, beautiful, you can not tell that anything had even been done to the ring. Its perfect its beautiful.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Lee Jewelers here in Raleigh. I received the ring on February 20, 2016. Ive had nothing but trouble since I got the ring. The first thing I noticed wrong with it were the prongs that hold my large diamond were different sizes. I took it back to have it fixed. He fixed it (not to my liking, but better than it was). I still thought the prongs did not all look the same size, but I let it be. I have since had the ring in for repair twice because I have lost diamonds around the halo of the ring. I lost one halo diamond in December of 2016. I lost the other diamond in November 2017. In March 2018, I noticed one of the diamonds on the side band was missing. I have lost three diamonds in my engagement ring in a span of two years. I went to see Mr. Jim Lee about this. I spoke with him personally and asked him for my money back. He would not do it. He was rude to me and told me to go on. He said wasnt going to sit there and listen to me. I recorded the conversation and would post here if I could. Its really disappointing to have something thats supposed to be so special to have given me so much trouble. Its disheartening to know its not made right and whats worse is how rudely I was treated. I went to Baileys after this last encounter with Mr. Lee to have them repair it for me. Ive not had a diamond fall out since. Mr. Lee will never touch my ring again.

Jim tolerated my complete ignorance and went through ring after ring to help find something the wife would love. Once we found the ring, he helped find a great diamond, and all for a great price. When I went back to pick it up, hed found the perfect matching band for it, again, at a great price. Im very happy with my experience.

I had my engagement ring repaired by Lee Jewelers on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. After 19 years of use, the prongs were worn down, and we ended up opting to have the prongs remade and the band resized.As a metalsmith myself (I work with copper, brass, and silver), I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship, the speed of the service, and the reasonableness of the cost. I highly recommend this jeweler and believe you will be more than happy should you choose to use him.
