I don’t generally take time to write reviews, but I felt the service, kindness, and professionalism displayed by the owner deserved recognition. My wife hit her wedding ring bending the setting. Michael was empathetic, and did and excellent repair. The ring was ready the next day. Before I dropped off the ring, Michael photographed the jewelry and showed me his measurements of the stone, which allayed any fears that something unethical could take place. I highly recommend Vigari Jewelers.

Travis and Michael are the very best in town. I always take anything I need repaired to them. They always exceed my expectations. My jewelry is always repaired as I have asked and shines like it is brand new. I never worry about leaving even my items I have inherited because I know they are in trustworthy hands. Also love the jewelry that they carry in the store as it isnt the cookie cutter items found in other jewelry stores. I came here to get a replacement leather watch band for my husband’s junghans watch after struggling to find a reasonably priced and appropriately sized strap of the same brand online. the customer service at vigari was excellent. they took time to show me their entire strap catalog and in my case they were able to get the one i wanted in within a couple of days. my husband can wear his watch again and this was so much more pleasant a shopping experience than all my online attempts!

Best Jewelers Ever! Not only are they the nicest guys in town, they have wonderful prices. No more buying junk jewelry. For a few dollars more, I get quality. And they opened me up to a whole new world of sterling silver. I never bought sterling because it tarnished, there jewelry doesnt. I highly recommend you check it out. Beautiful jewelry!

There were 2 employees helping customers when I came into the store, I didn’t mind waiting. However, I left after being there for 10 minutes because during that time neither employee greeted me or even acknowledged me in any way.

Michael Vigari has an eye for beautiful, unique pieces. I love their selection as well as the exceptional customer service. We have bought several special occasion gifts through the years from Sweet 16, graduation, anniversary and a friends 50th bday gift. I prefer to support a hometown jeweler vs some mall chain store. Michael and the staff at Vigari Jewelers are fantastic! The atmosphere in the shop is friendly, comfortable, not rushed, and you never feel pressured to get anything. The prices were excellent! My husband and I had been looking to buy some wedding rings last month and decided to go into the store because it just happened to be in the neighborhood and locally owned as opposed to the big box stores we had already visited and did not care for the service or prices at said stores. I must say Michael and staff greeted us and welcomed us into the store and were very happy to help us find what would be right for each of us. Of course it only took my husband one trip to pick what he wanted but I went back 4 times trying to decide between different rings and Michael was more then happy to let me try on rings again and again until I finally made my mind up.
