If I could give zero stars I would. This was the WORST experience with their service department I have ever had. I went to get my right and left side view mirrors replaced. When I arrived, a service guy approached me at my car, tested the functioning of BOTH mirrors because they do move automatically, and recommended I purchased JUST the mirror for the driver side and the entire assembly for the passenger side. Fast forward to the day I got them serviced, Justin did NOT tell me verbally that they had broken the left/right function on the driver side mirror but had typed it in the notes on the receipt that it was broken during installation. Youd think theyd be liable right? So when I called and spoke to manager Aaron he claims they normally recommend the entire assembly which they did NOT and that they are not liable because of the risks that were also not mentioned. I never signed anything that said they were not liable for things THEY break but they refused to pay for it. Justin and Aaron are BOTH very dismissive and rude. Chuck handled it poorly as well with how rude and nonchalant he is too. Aaron also promised and then took back that Id at least get the labor fees waived because of the confusion. I ended up coming out of pocked almost $700 more and wasted almost $90 on a part I didnt even use. This is the WORST dealership ever. So if youre thinking about servicing your car there dont. Buy a car all you want but their service department is unprofessional and cheating you out of money you shouldnt be held accountable for. Lawsuit moments away.

Just bought my first car here! I highly recommend anyone to come here for a stress and hassle free buying process. Stanley was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He showed me every feature the vehicle had to offer from left to right. I never once felt pushed to make a purchase of the vehicle by him. Derek was also great when I was figuring out the finances to the vehicle! 5 stars is certainly deserved here.

Love this Honda Dealership! Super helpful staff ( without the hassle of sharks trying to sell you things). Awesome lounge / work area while you wait for maintenance. Lastly, not too bad wifi speeds. So if you need to get some work done, stream a few episodes on Netflix, or just need to surf you will be good to go.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Little chubby white guy in the warranty department is very rude and unprofessional. He became upset because I would not allow him to take advantage of a female friend buying a car. Tried to force her to get expensive warranty packets that won’t needed. Mislead her to think it was mandatory for the purchase of the car. Please be aware this guy is very unethical and only cares about up selling to make more money rather than do what’s best for the customer.

Danielle was AMAZING to work with. She took time, even away from work, to help me figure things out as a first time buyer. Not just that, but she was super friendly and very patient with me (Im a Uni student who was buying their first car!)She really helped me feel more comfortable when purchasing said car, and gave me information to help me understand different things that I could choose between without making me feel like an idiot, and I appreciated it so much!!!Sorry if I repeated myself a lot! He was keeping me updated with service via text and sent me a visual report link of the Multi-point inspection that was performed. Great Customer Service!

Great experience all around. Geoff was super helpful & explained everything clearly - plus he was able to track down the part needed to repair my car so it was ready the same day! With all the the shortages and backorders I had every expectation my vehicles issue would be months away from fixing but Leith Honda came through for me! My situation was a nightmare but he was very patient with me and did everything he could to help things run as smoothly as possible. **Update-I received a call from one of the service managers (Aaron) and he listened to me and assured me that they had some talking and training points to follow up on. I appreciated his listening ear and I appreciated him remembering our exchange. I will return to Leith Honda and I hope that I will be pleasantly greeted with outstanding customer service.Original post-The problem began with a lack of communication between my service person, the tech, and me.Im happy to tell my story if someone wants to contact me, but I went from singing your praises with Aaron who checked me in, to being VERY disappointed by the time I picked up my car from Nick. Not completely his fault, but there were clearly a few communication fails, including an incomplete voicemail left by Jeff. Heres hoping to get it resolved so it doesnt happen to someone else.

We had an appointment to look at a used Odyssey and ended up leaving with a 2022 specd exactly how we wanted. Moe was amazing. Hes super helpful, laid out all the options for us and even stayed really late going over the vehicle after we took delivery. Cant say enough good things about Leith Honda, will definitely buy from them again.

So my lease for my Nissan Altima was going to run out in 6 months. I started looking for cars well in advance as I didnt want to wait until the last minute to see what Id replace it with. I went to a number of different car dealerships from Nissan to Tesla, and found myself at Leith Honda this past Friday. I immediately met Shawn, and explained my situation. I told him I wanted to pay right around the same thing Im paying now, but Im in absolutely no rush. Note that I am 54 and have have had a dozen cars or more so Im very used to the process. Shawn was very nice, and before we even talked in detail about cars, we chatted about being from NY, and a few other things before getting down to business. I never felt pressure and was very comfortable with his sales approach (Im in sales myself so I could appreciate it). He asked if I wanted to test drive the sport which we did. I liked it, but I feel that he sensed I wasnt thrilled, so he suggested test driving the sport 2.0 Turbo. I was so impressed with the car and how it performed, I knew in my head that if we could make the numbers work, it was a done deal. Fast forward to today - I picked up my Accord Sport 2.0 T and Im thrilled. Shawn was attentive, professional and let me know that just because I bought the car, it doesnt mean hes going to just forget about me. He told me to call him any time with questions or concerns, and sat with me in the car showing me all the features and ensuring I did not leave until I was comfortable with the car. Overall I would absolutely buy another car from Leith Honda and they should be very happy with Shawn. Oh and the car - amazing.

I had an appointment for a Recent recall on my 2019 Honda Civic. We brought my Car up the day before to leave it since we live out of town. Chris, our Service Advisor checked me in and told us that they could probably get it in that same day. When we got home, we called back to see if they could change my oil & rotate my tires while it was there. He said no problem at all! The recall was repaired on Thursday and the oil change was done Friday morning. He called to let us know and we went back Friday at lunchtime and picked up my car! Chris went SO ABOVE & BEYOND!! To get all this done for us!!! I originally wasn’t going back until Saturday to get my car. Honestly, he provided the Absolute Best Service we’ve Ever had!!! Thank you Chris!

We bought this car from Leith Honda in November of 2020. We love the car, a nice blue Honda fit manual! We have no issues with the people there. Our issue is with corporate or even the district manager. They no longer provide military discounts for anything but for buying a car. They gave no explanation as to why, they just stated that recently we no longer have that program. I would hope that Honda gets their stuff together to help the people who have served in the United States Army! For a $200 billion dollar company its a real shame.

He went out of his way to make sure that our new Honda CRV was the car we wanted by reviewing all the features and several test drives. It was helpful that he was quite knowledgeable about the different types of Hondas and trims. After the purchase he spent quality time introducing all the unique features of the Touring trim for us. I went to Leith Honda after hours on Sunday. I saw a 2021 CRV on the lot that I really liked. I went to the website and it wasnt listed. So, I called Leith, Monday morning and spoke with a sales manager named Jose he told me someone had backed out of the purchase and it was still on the lot just not online. I told him I wanted the car and to please place it on hold. He CONFIRMED that he would. Got to the dealership Monday afternoon. Met with Jose, he told us that someone purchased the car with a credit card. I asked him how could that be when he said he would put the car on hold for me and he said that he couldnt hold it because I didnt put a credit card on file. When I called, Jose NEVER said I had to put a card on file to hold the vehicle. As a first time car buyer I dont know how car holds work. But since he is a sales associate I thought he would give me all the correct information since hes the one that would be making the commission from my purchase. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET!!! If he simply wouldve told me over the phone that he needed my credit card info to hold the car, I would have done that in a heart beat. Instead he wasted my time by having me drive all the way to the dealership, then had me wait for 30 minutes before he could find the car and tell me someone made the purchase. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

This review is for the service center. The staff are always professional, polite, and communicate well. Wait times can vary depending on how busy things are that day. Having a waiting area that includes comfortable sofa chairs, power plugs, phone chargers, wifi, privacy cubicles, coffee/water, and clean bathrooms makes the wait easier.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Jamal Badwan, my salesperson, was exceptional, carefully explaining all my leasing and purchase options and exactly what each choice would cost me. There was no pressure at anytime to make any decision; everything was up to me. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and without a doubt the best salesperson I have ever had. The customer service was excellent prior to our purchase. After the sale was finalized, everything went downhill. We did not get a walk through of the vehicle as promised. Also, we were promised that some scratches on the vehicle would be repaired the day after the purchase. When we returned the next day the scratches were not fixed and the car detail was subpar. We had to ask them to detail the vehicle again. They promised someone would call us shortly to schedule the repairs for the scratches. Three weeks went by with no call. I had to call and get angry with them before anything got done.

When I asked the service person (Chris) about a coupon (free state inspection) from Bryan, he stated that they couldnt except it. WOW.... What a crazy week..... We purchased a 2022 Honda from a dealer far away due to wanting a specific color that Leith didnt have and wouldnt be able to acquire for sometime. The problem was that after only 4 days the transmission went out stranding us in Raleigh on a Friday night. We were able to hobble to Leith Honda and were met by the most incredible Service Advisor, her name is Carrie Pendergrass. Carrie treated us like we had bought the van at Leith and we had been loyal customers for years. We were blown away at the service and support we received. Carrie arranged with Honda to provide a Rental car since we are a single car family and would have been stranded. She also expedited the transmission which initially had a 4-5 week lead time and surprised us with having our vehicle ready to go in a week. We are very appreciative of Carrie and Leith Honda for caring for us even though we didnt purchase from them. The Leith Honda culture is awesome. Thanks again.

When I went to this honda dealership the first time to buy a Honda no one would come near me. Salespeople no one. I ended up going to cary and had no problem now my Honda is paid for. Now when I went with my battery that only lasted for two years, it was replaced with no problem service personnel was great.

My husband located a Ridgeline truck that he was interested in purchasing at Leith Honda and we drove from Ocean Isle Beach to take a look. Our sales rep, Dani, did a great job with setting up a test drive and prepping the paperwork for the sale. There were 2 hiccups in the process - a lost dealer tag and a too long wait to complete the deal - that earned the dealer a less than perfect rating.

First of all when you go, ASK FOR DANIELLE REYNOLDS! She is fantastic, somewhat new at Leith but has a really wonderful personality. Danielle doesn’t push you in any direction but instead makes you feel like you’ve been friends for ages and genuinely has a good time with you while you find the car you want. She’s very helpful and patient. My wife and I kept changing our minds and making her walk back and forth from the show room to the lot—I felt really bad—but if she was frustrated with us I couldn’t tell. She was that professional.Secondly, even with all the stock shortages Leith really does a great job working with you to find what you’re looking for. We decided on a Honda Odyssey that they currently don’t have on the lot, but they are finding one within a 500 mile radius which they say could be as soon as a couple days and they will bring it to us without extra cost.Thank you Leith Honda!

We decided to buy a 2013 Honda Pilot after getting good use out of our 2007 Honda Odyssey. We called up to Leith Honda to inquire about the vehicle and we’re transferred to Chris Carver in sales. After a lot of discussion with Chris of the best vehicle for our family vs our budget, we settled on the Pilot. Chris went of his way to get us a good deal. The check engine light came on two days after we bought the Pilot. Thankfully it was only an oil pressure sensor. Chris got us the issue fixed through the service department. He also agreed to get us a a brand new windshield doe to some nicks. He even got us a brand new loaner to go get lunch while we waited on the repairs. Chris went above and beyond to to take care of us. He worked hard to make it a good experience

Took my Truck in for transmission service. Was greeted upon arrival by Geoff and my truck was taken back in no time. I was told it would take around an hour to get the service done. I was skeptical because in the past, when I have gone to other service centers, they over promise and under deliver on the time estimate. Not Leith Honda. Exactly one hour in, I was informed my truck was ready to go.The best part was, the actual cost of the service came out to be LOWER than the estimated cost.

My appointment was quick. The staff and my technician was super friendly and helpful. They sent me videos of my car so I could see what was going on. Edited Update: After realizing my first visit caused an issue I called to make a follow up appointment. Long story short, the noise I was hearing was caused by a hubcap so they moved the tires back to the original positioning. I was charged for the initial tire rotation but ended up without rotated tires. If the service department cant properly place a hubcap after a rotation I wouldnt trust them to do anything more in depth with a car. Wasted 4 hours within two weeks here.Original:Yuri and Nick were both very friendly and upfront about the process and charges. It took a bit longer than I expected but overall Im happy with the service provided.

Their service departments communication and logistics is terrible.Appointment at 1030 for just a simple headlight repair (normal repair time is 30-45 minutes), said it would take 1 hour from drop off time and to wait for it to be done. Its now 1130 and they still havent worked on my car and when I asked if it will be done soon, they couldnt give a definite answer.Will not come back to this location.

Good experience. Had to take my car in for a recall fix related to the fuel pump motor. Justin, my service advisor at Leith, was great. Very kind from the time I dropped off and kept me updated throughout the day. He offered recommended services, including a full explanation, but wasnt pushy when I said I needed some time to consider. Leith offers a one way shuttle from the dealership, which I was able to use to go to work. Reggie drove me safely, and we had a nice chat along the way.Only annoyance was getting back to the dealership at the end of the day. Seems if I have to take my car in for a recall (i.e. Hondas fault), I shouldnt have to inconvenience a friend or pay for Uber to get back to the dealership. Would make sense for them to offer a courtesy vehicle, a stipend for Uber, or a ride back.

This was our 6th Honda purchased from Leith. So, you know we are loyal Honda customers. It is always a great experience when purchasing a new vehicle. I wanted a 2021 Silver Honda Passport with the Touring trim. Even though Leith Raleigh didnt have that particular model in stock - they were able to find it at one of their affiliated dealers. Stanley Collins was awesome to work with through the whole process and I would highly recommend. I love my new Passport and got a great deal too!

Max, Tommy, and Peter all went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful buying experience. It took less than 3 hours from start to finish and we left with a brand new vehicle, when we were in the market for a used one because of our payment budget. The entire process was smooth and organized. We never felt pressured or forced, like you often do at a car dealership. The drive was well worth it. We have a Honda dealership about 20 minutes from home, which I have purchased from twice previously; and my experience with them was less than smooth, not friendly, and took all day. But after our excellent experience a Leith (an hour and a half from home) I will be a customer with Leith for life. I cannot say enough good things about Leith Honda.

I went to purchase a vehicle a few weeks back, but I experienced mystifying behavior from the sales team. Firstly, Sheila (their sales manager) was very rude. Being a recent foreign national, I was ill at ease as she was very stern with me probably because I did not have a credit history (I can only assume).In addition, while their website inventory showed 4 vehicles of the model that I was looking for as available, and having it confirmed by calling their customer service just before going in, they said that they might have only 1 available and stated that the service team do not have a proper idea of what is actually in the inventory. Next, after having told them which color is my preference, they said that the model is no longer available as all have been taken. After a few minutes, they said that only the one I want is available, but they cannot negotiate a lower price (they were quoting $200 more than the online quite I received). In addition, I was given this ultimatum: if I dont accept their rate, then there are others waiting to take it.I rechecked a couple of days later, and still found that three of those vehicles were still available.I still give 2 stars because the finance person didnt try to push me into purchasing add-onsConclusion: They attempted to corner me into purchasing the car at a higher rate and were still rude while at it.

I had an amazing purchasing experience with Chris, Leslie, and I believe Philip who I finalized papers with.I felt respected as a customer, unlike other dealerships I visited. They wanted me to buy the car I wanted at the price that was comfortable for me. I was at no point steered towards more expensive cars or badgered. They made the case for the additional options, as they have the right to do, but when I said what I was or wasnt comfortable with buying that was it, no guilt games or anything.Thank you again to Chris and Leslie, and heres to a new car!

My mother purchased 2012 Dodge Caravan on 05/20/21 at Leith Honda. Before she left the dealership the TPMS sensor was and they released some of the tire pressure but the light is still on. To make matters worse the malfunction light came on 05/21/21. She took it straight the mechanic and they said that the van gave a catalytic converter code, meaning it needed a new one. He also stated that Leith Honda most likely reset the malfunction light and that they did that because it usually takes around 100 miles before the malfunction light comes back on if the problem wasn’t fixed. So they knew the catalytic converter was an issue and didn’t disclose this information. My mom talked to the business manager when she signed her paperwork and he said that if anything happened within 30 days bring it back and we’ll fix it. When she called to let them know an employee named Danielle Reynolds whom she talked to before purchasing the van. Started saying we sold the car as-is and it doesn’t fall under the lemon law. From my understanding if a dealership sales a car with known problems without disclosing them is illegal. Leith Honda you can still make this right!

I had a great experience with Merry, she was an excellent salesperson and helped me find the perfect used car that I was looking for. Another dealership didnt listen to me at all when I gave them my budget, they just showed me the new cars and tried to get me in one of them. But Merry listened to exactly what I wanted to spend and what I wanted to see, and I found a Buick SUV in excellent condition.I offered a trade in and they gave me a good value for my trade, brining the SUV down to $14,9K, and I was prepared to finance the rest. I thought the finance team was nice enough, personable, but they really pushed the additional warranty on me. I was advised that I could cancel the warranty (and additional $60/mo. for the basic warranty level) before the first payment and that the payments would then drop back down to the original payment price. However, when I called my finance manager within one week of the purchase to cancel the warranty, like he told me I could, I was told that he would cancel the warranty but that the payment would NOT be reduced! After going back and forth and even speaking with the manager, they are not going to reduce the payment back to the original price. I am VERY disappointed that I was advised that I could cancel the warranty within a certain time period and that my payment would then be reduced back to the original price. If that is not the case, then you need to make sure all of your finance personnel clearly emphasize that the payment will NOT be reduced after cancelling the warranty. I dont want the warranty because I dont want the additional payment. Now I am stuck with a payment that is much higher than I wanted.So, Merry listened to me and got me in a vehicle that I wanted and was comfortable with, but then the finance team screws you over and takes all your money. Very disappointed.

I went here to have my car serviced and the service was pretty good! Upon arrival I was greeted by an associate who checked me in (I made my appointment online about 3 days before) and she let me know my car would be ready in about 1 hour.The waiting area was very clean and everyone was appropriately distanced inside and they even had space for waiting customers to sit outside!My car ended up being finished about 15 mins early! And I was sent a video with details on my car via text.I had a good experience getting my car serviced here, so I will definitely be returning!

Big thanks to the Leith service team! Late Friday afternoon of Easter weekend we hit a pothole on the highway and bent a rim on our Accord. We were passing through town, called Leith Honda from the highway, and we’re directed to their closest dealership with the rim we needed.When we arrived at the dealership, it was too late to install the rim and tire, but Patrick in the Parts department pulled the tire and rim we needed, loaded them into our car, and Monique in the Service department called around the area to find a tire shop open late enough and able to work us into their schedule. At which I wasnt prepared for. Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated, waited about an hour and twenty minutes to get it done. Once I left the lot I heard the “wubwubwub” noise coming from my car. I drive the 9 minutes away to my house and get out to find a screw lodged into my rear left tire. I immediately call service and speak to the rep who helped me. She told me to come back in and that they will take a look at it. I come back in and she gets a service tech to check it out. He says it is too close to the sidewall to patch it and I need a new tire.After he says that the service rep (who was great) says that after speaking to the service manager about my situation... I kind of stop her and say “wait are y’all trying to say this is my fault” she defers to her service manager so I just ask to speak to him. I go and speak to the service manager (Aaron Muller) and he says it is more likely I picked it up on the road than in their shop as they don’t leave nails around (it was a screw). I have the tire and rim warranty so I really don’t care and I let them know but the principal of the matter is they are trying to get away from something that is their fault. I even went as far to just say I just want some admission that it is more likely that they did it and he says “so you want me to lie?”. I tell him he’s already lying and he ends the discussion there. Again all I even wanted was to have some decent customer service and have them admit to it being more likely.Aaron was not very helpful and just seemed like he didnt want anything to do with me. He said it would be different if the screw had his technicians name etched into it, so I suggested maybe they do that (obviously we are both being snarky). I would have accepted any type of apology, if he had just said man that sucks but we will get you fixed up I would be perfectly happy.The rep I spoke to was very nice and so was the sales process but the service manager has soured me to the place.
