Quick, efficient and thorough Flat Fix (plugged a slight puncture) that had been missed on a visit to a “chain tire place” a week before…great, old school service station type of place…the name says it, “…Tire Pros”!

The folks at Glenwood Village Exxon are friendly, knowledgeable and do great work! They removed a nail from my tire and patched it.

I got my tire plug. They were quick. They were able to get the plug done within an hour or two.

I woke up to nail in my tire ! I Google tire repair near me and they popped up. As soon as I arrived I was serviced and out in under 15 minutes. They were professional, and right to the point. Nobody wants to wake up to finding a nail in your tire, but if you do this is the place to go!

Picked up a screw 3/4” from the edge of tire tread - told too close to edge had to replace. Checked w dealer to learn they agreed with this recommendation so made appointment to have tire replaced - showed up on time for appointment and, despite being very busy, they honored my appointment and replaced the tire on spot for what seemed a reasonable price. No complaints. Courteous, efficient service! Can’t speak further to value and quality.

Joel and crew came to the rescue! Headed out to work, stuck with a dead battery in Mercedes with no way to get to it. They came to the house and were able to charge it, then get the battery changed out in same day! It is a complicated job, as the seat had to be removed. Very professional and easy! I needed an alignment on my truck after replacing the shocks and struts myself. Having already worked on the truck, I had already encountered some frozen/seized bolts. Bryan called me and informed me they were having trouble with the tie rod bolts being seized and gave me a detailed breakdown of my options. I never felt that he was pushing me to replace the parts. He indicated they would try and break them free, but if not, I could have to replace some parts. I was prepared for that. Fortunately, they were able to get them free and perform the alignment. I really appreciated the effort. Highly recommend!

I moved here last year and bought tires from Bryan. He runs a very professional shop. All of his people are courteous and knowledgeable. I bought a set of Michelin tires. A year later I had a nail in the sidewall of my left rear tire. Michelin would not warranty it but Bryan gave me a new tire at cost. A gesture that will keep me a customer for life.

Glenwood Village Tire Pros literally saved me hundreds of dollars, in the space of about 30 minutes. My car was stranded - on the street with a totally flat tire, so that I could not drive it. I had no spare tire. After calling them Tire Pros was there in about 10 minutes. They brought a compressor and filled the tire - no tow necessary! I was prepared to buy two new tires - and these are quite expensive speed rated tires (the only kind that fit my BMW with offset tire sizes). Tire Pro, however, offered to patch the tire instead, which they did, in about 15 minutes!I was very very happy with their super friendly attitude and great skill. I was back on the road in no time, for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. GV Tire Pros have won my devotion, big time!

Great neighborhood gas station...friendly,they offer services that used to be taken for granted (check tires, air, clean your windows). Ive been taking my car to them for years for inspections and minor simple repairs. Ive never had a single complaint about them.

I called last Friday to drop my truck off Sunday night for repairs on Monday morning. I arrived late so I left my keys in the nightly drop. I didnt think that I had changed my phone number. Even so I didnt end up buying tires here (I live an hour away and needed tires that day due to an emergency), this place gets 5 stars for their friendly service. I pulled in as my car indicator showed my left rear tire was low and needed attention. Despite working on cars on both bays, they had someone check it out. He started checking the air pressure in the tires and filling them with air, but then discovered that my tread was actually splitting (you could see wires) on one tire. They gave me a very good quote on 4 new tires (all the tires were worn), but they could not get the tires that afternoon. Since I dont live in the area, I did have to go someplace else that had the tires in stock, so I could get home that night, but I appreciated the great service at this place.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a Garage. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, great pricing. Definitely felt confident my vehicle is in great hands.

Professional service with a personal touch. I initially decided to try Glenwood Village Tire Pros because they were around the corner from where I lived. That was eight years ago. I have since moved to Apex and now Cary. And still this is the only place I will have my car serviced. I had unexpectedly had a “dead car” after coming out of the grocery store at 7:30am! Luckily I saw Glenwood Village Tire in walking distance so I walked over and told them my car was working fine then I came out of the store and it’s dead! The guy walked over to my car with me to test the battery, jumped it and I drove it over to the shop. He then did more tests and said it was the battery and he could fix it right then. I went to Glenwood Village Exxon for my annual car inspection. I made the appt. for 12:00 and when I arrived, they took my car right into a garage bay and started the inspection. There was no wait time and car got immediate attention. It was discovered that my battery did not pass inspection. Time for a new one which they had available and installed it quickly. The service and friendliness was great! I highly recommend these guys!

I learned about my car and why I have had problems. No one else, including the dealership, has ever been able to make sense of it. Also, when I needed a tire and I called on a Saturday afternoon, these guys said, “yep, we can get it for you on Monday morning by 8:30am.” No one else was so on top of it. I’m bringing my car here for everything from now on. It’s a good feeling to be able to rely on and trust one place to take care of my car and to know they will charge reasonable rates.
