I’ve been with USAgencies insurance for a while. Jessica Ayala is one of the most professional and responsive worker in that building, providing great communication and awesome quality service.

The agent Jessica Ayala was short with me didnt display any enthusiasm at all. Would get smart with me in a sarcastic way. Wasnt friendly at all.

Courtney Butler was very professional and quick. She answered all of my questions and explained my policy in detail. Showed great customer service and dedication.

Day 3 and I still can’t get anyone on the phone from the Alabama office. I got through to a agent on Monday she said she was busy and would give me a call back. The agent never got back with me. On Tuesday customer service from the 1(800) number told me there were no agents answering the phone they suggested that I call back today. I woke up and called early and I still can’t get through to a agent. I’m trying to remove a car from my policy and pay my bill. I’m considering canceling this policy and going with another company. I honestly don’t want to continue doing business with a company that’s never available. BTW my work schedule will not allow me to catch the office before they close. That’s why I’m attempting to call. I will have to take off to handle this business with my insurance company!

I have tried to get in contact with people from the office in my area and im always redirected..the online portal is not secure so its hard to pay online and they take forever to turn the insurance policy back on to a positive status once disconnected for a day. I really expected more from them.

I didnt even activate a policy. I went in to finalized on a quote and the little girl in the Opelika store that was there was rude as heck. First of all, when someone walks into your establishment you say good day and at least pretend to be engaged. You dont tell them to sign in and then come back and then continue to be on your phone. I am in customer service so the first minute a customer is in your presence defines their entire interaction with you. I get back there and this lady starts talking to me like im stupid... telling me what most people do and where most people keep their information. If you dont like your job then dont work there. She was the face of your company on the day that I went in there and I was very very irritated. I know one review wont make a difference but if you employ people like that then it doesnt speak highly for the company itself.

They do not give change. I made a payment and had to wait for my receipt. I over heard the lady who was behind me say she was short 60 cents. The lady who worked there said it’ll be ok, she could use the change from the guy before her. Very slow service. 1/2 the time there’s more then 1 worker, but the 2nd worker is never helping anyone. Sometimes you have to wait for the lady to finish her personal phone calls before she helps you

If you are looking for cheap insurance you are going to get it and you are also gonna get the cheap services that come with it!!! Do not buy insurance through them !!!

I requested a quote online and I received email to call a agent at the Opelika AL office. I called Lakesha Greer received a quote. Paid over the phone the Deposit for insurance. Once I receive the email documents to sign and returned I noticed that the price was too high. So I email her to cancel. Then I called her to cancel, her msger stated she left for the day. Ms Greer, said the following day that she would look into my cancellation and get back in contact with me. 4 days passed and she didnt contact me back. I went into the local Roebuck, Al office. Thought that the matter was resolved after they spoke with Lakesha Greer, but it wasnt. She didnt cancel the policy on that day and she didnt submit a request for my refund either. So, the agent in the office after going back in a 2nd time said she requested the full refund. And now i received a check for only a portion. I had to go back in the local office today. They said they couldnt do anything. I would have to call her boss. This has been exhausting and time consuming. Its been over a month and the issue is still unresolved all bc Lakesha Greer refused to do her job and take care the issue the same day or the next day. Smh So sad.

These people should be ashamed of themselves making one person work when its a thousand customers in the store but overall Ms. Erica was real nice.

Long wait times, even to just make tour monthly or policy renewal. The employees stay on their personal phones wasting the customers time. Plan on being there for upto 1 to 2 hours.
