Terrible service, arrogant manager. I went back because the before I had sent my son to get our van washed and when he came back I went to see it and it was like if they just had pour water on the outside. I went to see the manager and showed him the photos and he just blew my off.

Great Wash and Great Service, but you will pay pay pay...cheapest basic just outside wash is $17. The works wash will be around $27!! And when you drive away...both washes look the same. Rip-off

Finally I have found a good car wash. They did a great job, they didn’t just cleaned and vacuumed around, they went deep and took care of the sand after our vacation and the dog hair. I strongly recommend this place and I have already signed for the monthly subscription.

I was paying the 40 dollars a month unlimited wash but everytime i check between my seats i Still see garbage they only vacuum the floor under the seats they dont push my seat back and clean in between for 40 dollars a month i should be getting my money worth

They do a tremendous job cleaning your car inside and out, they do the little details which make them different from all the other places.The only thing that bothers me is when the person takes the car out of the car wash and drives it to the drying line which is about 30 feet at best, they adjust the driver’s seat like he is driving to California and when I get it after the wash and hit my head because the seat is all the way up and forward it takes 15 minutes to adjust it the way I like it .

Busy. Offered a monthly club - main focus. Helpers didnt vacuum well. Wash - interior & exterior done = $20 with tip. Too expensive for service I received. I felt it was a rush job. Wasnt impressed.

Pretty terrible experience. When I arrived I was just putting on my mask and the man working there opens the door right away and his mask isn’t over his nose. I had to ask him twice to put it on when he was speaking with me (he did but he rolled his eyes).The other big glaring problem was they didn’t clean the inside of the car very well. Why pay $20 for a car wash and not have it be clean after?Oh well, I unfortunately won’t be going here again.

Great Car Detail Experience! I wanted to share a really positive experience I had with Roy at the car detail center attached to Frankies car wash on broad street. I had a big ugly scrape along the side door of my car and a small spot where the paint had been removed down to the metal. Before putting it through insurance and paying my deductible I thought I would take a chance on having it professionally polished. Roy came out to my car, looked it over and told me he give it his best shot to buff it out. He even offered to do the the touch up paint for me if I brought him the color match (which after reading the box I learned is multiple steps and time consuming). When I came back to collect my car later that day it looked absolutely perfect! He had even kindly inspected the rest of my car and buffed out any other scratches he found at no charge. He was the nicest guy and did an amazing job. If you are looking for that kind of service I highly recommend him.

I believe they are false advertising. The first thing that you see in their car wash menu is interior vacuuming and I did not see them doing it. Workers are in a hurry to move on to the next car and they don’t pay attention to what they are doing. I gave that two star just for the exterior which was just okay. For sure, I will think before I go there again.

I’ll never go here again. I paid for the platinum wash. They didn’t vacuum under my floor mats and they missed a lot when they cleaned my car interior. Save your money there’s way better car washes nearby. It’s not a hand wash if you care about that.

Reliable service, and their service team is friendly and quick. Ive been here a couple times now and would definitely recommend. It should be noted I go as early as I can in the morning to be first in line for an oil change.

This was my first time getting an oil change in this area and it was a wonderful experience. I usually don’t like to go to places that involve men. But Joe did not make me feel uncomfortable. He was great, kind, and honest. Glad i decided to go here!

Ive never had my car serviced there but did sign up for a monthly rate with the previous owners & not used the service since June 2020. I called to cancel the service January 2020 when the new owners took over. December 2020 I noticed the charges were still in effect. I called, explained the situation to a young lady who was very pleasant & helpful. The owner came on the phone, pleasant & explained that my prior call mustve gotten disregarded due to chaos of new ownership. He assured me I would at least be reimbursed from January 2020 to present. Pleasant phone experience & trust the owners words. I hope the car service is as good as his phone customer service.

By far the best car wash in town. We live next door to a car wash in Verona but drive to Frankie’s in Bloomfield because they’re the most modern and always do the best job.

Clean your car inside and out and do it quickly. They are very careful when handling and do a really nice job.

One of the best car wash around, took our work truck last week and they didn’t wiped the rubber floor.... The outside was dirty, will include picture next time. Maybe it was just their bad day

This is the most unprofessional car wash I ever came across! No one here takes accountability when they damage your car. The workers apologized for the damage but did nothing to fix it!! They shrugged their shoulder and went on with the work as if my $100,000 BMW didnt matter! I should had called the police for damage that was done to my car. The manager behind the desk stated he will not fix anything and its my problem!!! The workers drive the car into the wash which makes them responsible for any damage done by them. As result I will be going to the better business bureau and filling a complaint. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE PLEASE!!!!

Hands down the best car wash I have been to for the price. I had 2 soaking wet 100lb stinky shelter dogs in my car yesterday and today my car wreaked. I went and did their platinum wash and I was floored with how good my car looked inside and how good it smelled. Also, my rims looked great as well as the body. Additionally, the price you cannot beat. I lived in Livingston and it was $5 more a wash with half the quality. Also their monthly wash prices are outrageously good! I will be buying their monthly the next time I go. Id give them 6 stars if I could.

I love coming here, it’s convenient they do a lovely job and they’re prices are pretty good; but i was here last week and as my car was getting vacuumed one of the workers hit my door with another patrons, i wasn’t too upset until i got home now there’s a nice ol scratch on the door. I’m sure if you run the cameras back you will 100% see it. He wiped down the other patrons door just in case there were any marks but left mine looking bad.

After months of being a monthly car wash member we’ve canceled both of our vehicles. Was quoted a price by the assistant manager for a brake job that was half of what the actual cost was when finished. Was told I must have misheard the gentleman which was just irritating. Anyways carwash is always pretty good but I hate when people won’t speak up when mistakes are made. Wasn’t even looking for a price adjustment just a reasoning on why I was told a price and when I asked a second time confirming that was for front and rear rotors and pads and told yes. after the job was completed oh sorry that was only for one side. Coming from the “tech” who left my tires at 42psi I won’t be allowing my vehicles to be worked on there.

Great service. I got the unlimited wash for 50 dollars a month (highest of several options). The lowest I believed is 25 a month. I think it is the smart way to go if you like to keep your car clean. The monthly service by itself in the second visit (compared with one time cost of similar service). There is no way to go wrong with it. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time with no cancelation fee. Note. Must must do it, 3 days before the auto renewal happens.

I left Frankie’s car wash 15 minutes ago. It was my first time there, and what attracted me was that it always looks busy. I went to use my debit card, and it was declined, the cashier said something was wrong with the credit card machine so I waited, she used my card again and it was declined, I showed them my bank account with more than enough money, a man who works there named Mike was there, and he said “that’s not my problem”, I said wow! I will never come here again, him and cashier made me feel so small. The card wasn’t declined because of insufficient funds, it was declined because of their machine. Very unprofessional, and not to mention, they spoke Spanish the whole time, I’m Colombian, and I understood perfectly. Someone else payed for me, very very nice man! I payed him back as soon as I left. But before I even left I noticed my all weather Matt cap was missing, it’s what keeps the Matt from moving out of place. I will never be coming here again, this place shouldn’t have Mike working for them, and I will make sure I left everyone know around my area to never come here again!

I just got monthly wash plan and went there for my 1st wash. During my wash it broke my license plate holder and fell off my plate and ez pass tag ...when I talk with the manager he blame the screws were loose but I never had any problem in last 5 years .the manager was so rude and disrespectful...dont ever care about and try to fix it and walk away.....bad attitude and really really bad experience dont want to go anymore there.....Not even recommend to anyone else...Need to improve there customer service.......be careful.....

I live in Verona, and have a car wash in town, which is fair to poor quality. I heard good things about Frankies so I went and got my car washed midday on Saturday. I dont know what kind of car shampoo you use, but my car looks like it just came off the lot, it is dazzling! I have a dog, so there was a bit of slobber on the windows and they cleaned it all. No streaks on the windows, everything was vacuumed nicely. I was completely happy with the basic wash, but next time I will treat myself to an upgrade. The staff is friendly and personable and treat each car like it is their own, in my opinion. The waiting area is clean and comfortable too. Thank you for doing an awesome job on my car. You definitely have a new customer and as Arnold said; Ill be back.

This place is run like the machine they use to clean the cars - relentlessly efficient. It’s like one long assembly line of scrub, clean, rinse, dry, detail, bye. Boom! By far the best car wash I know of in Essex County.Their Unlimited Monthly deals equate to two car washes in a month. For that extra deep clean use their Flex service which makes the inside of your car look brand new. Well played, Frankie!

Summary: Great service, great owner, very unprofessional managerFrankies car wash is a highly reputable place of business, and I have been a loyal customer for several years. Recently however, the interior of my trunk was soaked after having my car washed here. I am unsure as to where in the process water got in my trunk, but on this particular visit, it was a dry, sunny day, my car remained otherwise in the garage, and no other water was introduced either before or after my visit.Later that evening, I found items I had put in the trunk earlier in the day were now soaking wet (see pictures). I had medical and vehicle documents, professional electronics, and other belongings soaking wet.After emptying my trunk, I found a quarter-inch of water pooled inside, which I wrung out (see photo of water on the floor) in my garage. It took me over two hours to dry everything out (for which I had no choice as my cars electronics, fuse boxes and battery are all in the trunk).I returned this morning to speak with the *manager* (as the owner was unavailable). The *manager* more or less told me that there was no possible way this was a result of their service. I can certainly understand and respect his faith in this car wash, as they have previously, and continue to do great work, however based on the fact that I was dismissed without any indication of remorse, and told that the situation was my fault, is beyond frustrating. The water in my trunk was not isolated, it was everywhere, to the extent that it pooled beneath the carpet.As a result of the managers commentary and disregard for the situation, I will be taking my business elsewhere.To the owner, I am sorry for posting this review, and I tried to resolve the situation courteously with your manager prior to sharing this with the online community.Update: The manager did accommodate my request to review the footage, however my vehicle has been to your location countless times. There is no defect on my vehicle, it is brand new and this is the first instance that this situation had occurred. There was no point during the day outside of at your car wash where water would have been introduced into the trunk, in any way, for any reason, especially to the extent that it would pool in the trunk. To verify, I subsequently went to another car wash to validate the build quality of the trunk, water seals, etc. and as expected, it prevented water of any kind from entering. Seeing as how nobody else had access to the vehicle, and nobody would have poured water into the vehicle, it stands to reason that it came from your car wash. To say otherwise defies logic and is unrealistic. Take care.

Nice car wash. They finally added LED lights inside, so we can see our car being washed. All they need now are automatic squeegees inside the windows so they can be cleaned every 15 minutes. Then I will give it 5 starts.

Paid for a monthly plan and everything seemed good but when I came back I had to pay for another car wash because apparently they only charged me for one car wash and not the monthly plan so now I had paid 23 to plus they wanted an extra 45 for the plan a month. Not exactly trying to pay 67 $ for a car wash

I have been coming to Frankies for a while to get regular washes. Ive always been satisfied with the service and staff. So, when I had to bring in a work vehicle to get an interior detail job, coming to Frankies was a no brainer.I ended up speaking with the owner, Joe, and the detail manager, Julio, to work out exactly what I needed. They gave me a reasonable quote and promised a quick turnaround on the vehicle. When I went back to pick the car up, Frankies far exceeded my expectations. The cars interior was like brand new! I have even referred a few colleagues here who have commented on how great the car looks. I will definitely continue to bring my car here for washes and hope to get a full detail on my own car soon!

Highly recommend for detailing. I got my interior detailed and the two guys did an amazing job. Reasonable price ($85). I had year old stains and they got them out. Very pleased and would return!

I have never in my life given a review of a car wash but I went here today because I was in the area. I paid for the Silver package and was not disappointed. The windows and outside of the car was cleaned and shined to perfection with no streaks. It was well worth the $18 bucks and to date THEE best car wash Ive been to..I even thought about purchasing their monthly package and I have never been so impressed to think about that before..do yourself a favor and go to Frankies...its worth every penny!One more thing I forgot to add, there was the beautiful dog near the door after you pay and I forgot his name but he was so sweet and made my day brighter🐶

Buyers Beware! One star is too much! Saturday afternoon 10/19/19 Our Vehicle paint finish was damaged from the car wash machines. We contacted the Police for a property damage report, The owner “Joe” made no attempt to inspect or offer to repair the the scratches caused by his poorly calibrated unmaintained equipment. Arrogant In fact, he accused us for the damage and denied any liability.We have canceled two gold monthly passes totaling $1150.32 annually.We have no choice but to take legal action for the damage to our vehicle.We will notify everyone we know so that this never happens to them. Friends, Take your business elsewhere.

Tried this spot for the first time today. Not happy with the final product. The workers rush through with cleaning the inside and drying the car. Noticed many dirty spots that were still present after I left this place. Stay away from here and look elsewhere for a car wash.

Very happy with my monthly car wash package. I was paying $20.00 a wash every week in West Orange and Ill save big time now. This place has some new technology and top quality service.

Cant say enough about this place. Took my fiancees car here today and didnt realize till I got back that two noticeable marks (which I thought was bird poop) were still left on the car. So I went back to speak to the manager and we found out one was tree sap and the other was gum and he took care of both for me by hand. I was so pleased with the service that I brought my car there too. So happy I found a place I could trust. I should also add too it was very quick both times, wait time was less than 5 minutes.

I have been here a few times with my car and had excellent services done. I went today and I noticed a small scratch on the back of my car. (Had not been there before) I was happy with the service like the previous times. I just wanted to inform the management and the guy was very rude and very defensive right away. I was not talking rude to him at all. I was asking if they could buff it out. Since it took paint off, I was informed that I can order the paint and they can patch it for me. As much as I appreciate the offer for what had happened, its his rude attitude that makes me not want to go back. If I do return for carwash services, I hope to never see the one guy again. The other guy who I spoke with was much nicer and knows how to talk to customers. I understand they make good money because I always see the crazy lines from the place, but if a customer has a concern and is not talking in a rude manner to the management, do not talk to the customers in a rude way.

I have been there 3 times in the past few months. The 1st visit was great, the 2nd was fair and last week was awful. The front people hardly vacuumed the car and when it was dried off and saw how disgusting it was a man in the front re vacuumed it for me...Total wasted of $$$$$

I got the platinum for the first time today, decided to go there because of the great reviews. Even though there was a long line I patiently waited and it gave me a chance to decide which service to choose. I decided to choose the Platinum but then I had to ask if my mats were going to be washed only the front ones were sprayed and wiped down (not washed) the trunk one was not nor was my truck cleaned at all. My back seat were dirty and my trunk filthy which is where I needed the most cleaning clean. They rushed and did a horrible job. I called to speak to the manager the lady that answered the phone was very nice took my name and number down to have the manager call me but I will not be going back since they do very sloppy work. I will go back to my car wash in Rutherford because they do a great job and do care about everyones car no matter what kind of vehicle you have.
