These ladies were so awesome. I showed up for a fill after getting a full set 2 weeks prior from elsewhere and my nails were wrecked. They were all lifted like crazy and so thick and ugly. These ladies listened to what I wanted and showed me the dip nails! My nails look and feel healthier and are SO MUCH better than before. I’ve never had a better experience. Such friendly people, even gave my friend a diy hack for her toenails! So personable and truly amazing. Their color selection is huge as well. I’ll be driving an hour here every time I get my nails done

First ever set of dip nails! She did a perfect job. Huge color selection. $30. I called like ten places. Cheapest and best work Ive found and I drove an hour for it! ❤️❤️❤️

Clean, quiet place. Amazing work on my nails ! Many colors to choose from. Lots of shellac options. Did gel on my hands, regular color (exact match) on my toes. The staff were super friendly and the woman who did my nails was so sweet. She took her time and paid close attention to detail. Normally after getting acrylics done my fingers are sore, but she was so gentle with her work. Overall I love the look and feel of my nails and I can’t wait to come back.

My mother and I had so much fun today getting pedicures here! All the nail artists were so talented, and quite friendly. The camaraderie in the salon was evident and made the experience very joyful. We cant wait to go back!

I’m reading lots of different opinions on here both negative and positive, makes me think that some days are just better than others. I had a good day there getting a French tip fill. She took me right away and I was a walk-in so good timing. It was my first time and I was pleased to see their prices were less than some other salons. She did a good job so I plan to go back.

The salon it self was very clean and organized. I had a full set of red dipped nails put on yesterday however THREE broke last night. Both while opening gifts at a Christmas party. It was a dry party due to owner being a previous alcoholic. So I really didnt do anything stupid to break them. Im going in today to get them fixed. Hopefully Im not charged but well see. The ladys where great and my nails looked really good once finished. Ill post a update:)

Technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. The surroundings are clean and well cared for and the atmosphere bright and cheery.Only one complaint...occasionally one has to wait longer than expected..but not a usual problem. Customers are well served.

Best massage chair Ive been in at a nail salon, annnnnd they out their elbows into their foot scrubbing. Pretty sure they scrubbed 2019 off my feet, it was baby smooth afterwards. Theyre also very welcoming and friendly. 😊

I have been to multiple nail salons since I moved here a few months ago, and this is by far the BEST one! Got a pedicure and they took their time and did an excellent job!

I have gone to this nail salon 5 times and each time I got a different nail tech. Every time I have gotten a manicure and pedicure with gel nail polish. Every single time they have wrecked my nails. I kept hoping it would get better because they are two blocks from my house. They always get the nail polish all over my skin and cuticles. They often cut my cuticles until they were bleeding and they filed my nails crooked. They always do an extremely sloppy job with the clear top coat which causes lumps, bumps, and rough looking nails. They cure the top coat with every single nail wrecked. You can see in the pictures that they wrecked the clear coat on every single nail because of sloppy application of the top coat. Then they charge you $75 dollars for this embarrassing nightmare.

One of the worst places Ive ever been to. Customer service is clearly not their strong suit. Everything that I wanted to get done, they werent able to do. She kept telling me to pick out my colors but then would tell me, no its not going to look like that. I wanted a matte black, they said yes at first. Then another employee chimed in and said no our mattes look bad. I then wanted an ombre look and she said no. So I ended up just picking one color and one glitter. She was going to charge me $5 more for a coffin shape that I wanted. Ive never had to pay more for that. Then she charged me 5$ more for the glitter, I was fine with that but....I paid 35$ for the most basic look that she couldnt even accomplish. The nail polish was on my skin, nails looked bumpy and around my cuticles looked uneven and sloppy.

Great job IF you can get help. Too short staffed. Twice have made appointments ahead of time. Once waited 25 min past my time to start and once had to walk out because they said wait was going to be 45 min after my appointment to take me. All because they get booked with walkins. They need to honor scheduled appointments over walkins! Wont be back since I cant count on them.

The lady was rude from start to finish and got shellac all over my fingers. I was not impressed with the paint job either since there are dents in two of my nails (I didnt bump anything during drying either, just poor job painting). She was really rough while cutting my cuticles also. Not a good experience with them!

Awful service. I’m front spokane and have a regular nail technician but I am in town visiting. So I came to the closet place with the best reviews. When I walked in, I was not greeted. There 4 nail technicians and 3 customers in. I was approached by a lady and she asked what she could do for me. And I told her I just wanted my gel polish changed. I didn’t want a manicure, JUST the polish change. There was a lady with short hair who yelled across the room “30$”. But the lady that was helping me said 20$. She showed me to my chair and began to remove my the polish. Another lady came in who I assume was a regular because the ladies were very friendly to her. She said she wanted a mani and dip polish. The lady that was working with me said she’ll be back in a few mins. I assume she was gonna get this lady settle and come back and finish removing the gel polish. NOPE. I literally sat here for 30 mins with this tin foil over my nails while the lady That was helping me went to tend to this other lady. She literally did her whole pedi and a message while I sat here.Very very poor customer service.

Ms. Joyce and staff are the best. Friendly and professional. They do a great job! Book an appointment ahead of time off youre on a tighter schedule otherwise, be patient if theres a wait- is worth it!

I’ve been going here for 5 months. This last time I went in with my sister, cause she’s never been here and they did an awful job. They were being rude, & the nails were put on crooked and they were so uneven. Once we left the salon it Hadn’t even been 5 minutes when all her nails were coming off already.

Ladies are very nice and friendly, the prices are good too. Their pedicure/manicure is very relaxing. They offer powder nail polish.Highly recommend making an appointment.Edit: tried the powder nail manicure, looks and feels great but for 2 of us and 3 colors costed $50 more on top of the $35 mani/pedi per person. Pedi was regular nail polish. We thought that was a bit excessive.

Walked in wanting a certain acrylic; instead was talked vigorously into instead getting SNS Dip Powder Nails. They claimed they would strengthen greatly my nails, and claimed that removal was as easy as wiping them with an acetone-soaked cloth. This was not the case. These nails would not become loose for next to 4 weeks, and when removed after soaking in acetone, ripped nail beds apart. Im not sure what was put on my nails, but it certainly did not feel normal. Nails are left brittle and painful. Please be sure to clarify with your nailtech was you are recieving, as they were quite unclear and that resulted in poor nails.

My hubby had a mani as well. We could not be more satisfied with the way they took their time and the level of service we received. I found my nail salon that I so desperately was looking for!
