Bryans Auto Repair did an excellent job fixing my Corolla. They were very considerate and fit me in without an appointment and performed all work for a very fair price. They were very informative with their recommendation of what needed repair. Their work was amazing. My 2001 drives like a brand new car.I will definitely recommend Bryans Auto Repair and they will be my go-to auto mechanic from here on out.

Stopped here with my husband when we bought his car a couple weeks ago and the service was awesome! Came in for the prepurchase inspection and he was so friendly and pointed us to the brewery directly across to chill until he finished the inspection! We grabbed a couple brews and hung out on the picnic tables for a while, then by the time we walked back he was finished and we were ready to go! Laid back, professional, and cheaper than a prepurchase we had done over in Wilson the day before. Highly recommend, made our car shopping experience much more enjoyable!

Bryan’s Auto replaced the glow plugs and module for my sprinter van the same day as promised. In doing so, they discovered damage in my rear differential and showed me a leak I was unaware about.After further review I discovered the leak (very bad) was caused by damage from a tire service center I saw the previous day. To be sure I looked at the spot I parked at the previous night to see the leak was there, proving that it had started before my initial visit to Bryan’s. Not only did they inform me about a problem unrelated to the reason for my visit, they fixed it at a great rate and I couldn’t recommend them more.Joseph actually refurbished the damaged differential plate and warrantied it. He did this because the replacement part was going to take 10 days to get in and he knew I couldn’t afford to be off the road for that long.Without their service and interest in the health of my vehicle, I most likely would have destroyed the rear differential by running it dry. Which would be a killer for my business.I don’t usually take time to make reviews but the level of service I have received at Bryan’s from the team both in the garage and up front have been exceptional. I am happy to have finally found a mechanic I can trust to do great work at great prices.Thank you to Bryan & the team!

They replaced my car alternator. Every since they replaced it, my car have not been running correctly. They say all there parts have a warranty. But believe me, they going to make it hard for you to take advantage of it. Its been 4 months now and my car still not running like it should. Throughout the months I brought my car up there at least six times an each time they had it for a week. They always say they dont see nothing wrong. So now I have find a another shop thats knows what they doing. I wouldnt not recommend this place for anyone.

Really nice place. Cheap fast labor and most importantly you can bring your own parts. Can do walk in and make appointments Id highly recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a Groupon for headlight restoration. I couldnt be more pleased with the results. My 2010 Nissan Rogue headlights were in bad shape- but now they look like new. I made an appointment and the work was done in less than 30 minutes. Yes, I recommend.

Good mechanics, they work fast and always keeping you inform of your vehicle, never had an issue with them and they are very affordable and polite.. I have taken my car many times for different problems and they seem to fix it, even find the replacement parts cheaper than a regular auto parts giving you a warranty on their part!!! best service and deff will make them my regular mechanics

My car was towed to Bryans Auto Repair on 10/16/2019 after it lost power. On 10/29/2019, I called for status and they indicated that they had not started working on the vehicle because they thought I was out of town for an extended amount of time. Dont know how they deducted that, but OK. However weeks and weeks passed and I received no return calls from Bryans so I finally filed a BBB complaint. Bryans excuse was that they were waiting for me to pay my bill, even though I had given them a sizable deposit AND the car was not fixed.I called several dozens of times over the course of Nov., never talking to Bryan, nor getting a call back. I even dropped in to try and find out the status. No luck. I finally got word the car would be done 11/29. I called again on the 11/30 and supposedly the check engine light was on, which was a complete shock, as it has never illuminated as long as Ive owned the car. Bryan was taking the car to BMW to reset the light. In the meantime, they gave me a vehicle to drive since it has been in their shop to long. However, it was an unregistered vehicle, which for someone with a Class A Commercial License, this is serious.Again, after an absurd number of calls not responded to, I was finally told an entire computer had to be ordered but no ETA for completion. At that point my patience was shot and I’ve reached my limit for putting up with the bull! On 02/29/2020, I finally went to pick up my car, only to find, a gash on the side of the car, check engine light still on and NOW, the car does not shift into park. So I am now stuck with a car that is worse than when I took it to Bryans. Ive asked for my deposit back but once again am not getting any calls back.This shop is both unprofessional and unreliable. To possess a customer’s vehicle for over 4 months, and still not produce finished product, but one with more damage is ridiculous. To continuously dodge a customer’s call, and to force the customer to find alternate transportation for an obtusely exaggerated amount of time, and not communicate progress is extremely unprofessional...not mention the slanderous accusations communicated to the BBB saying they were just waiting on payment to release the vehicle. Stay clear of this shop.

Incredible..... I was looking for a mechanic to change my Oil Pressure Sensor.. every shop I called told me they can fit me in next week. I pulled up at Bryan’s shop and they took me, changed it at a fair price, kept me updated on the status... got me right.. no issues... I’m definitely going to use them again.

My vehicle stopped blowing cold air, so I took it to Bryans Auto Repair for an inspection. I dropped my vehicle off the night before, got a call at 11:00am the next day and it was determined I had a leak in my A/C condenser. The mechanic broke down the cost of parts and labor for a new condenser and A/C recharge, I approved the repairs, and my vehicle was ready to be picked up at 5:00pm the same day.Excellent communication, quick service, and a fair price. Bryans will continue to get my business. Great operation and great people.

I went there for oil change and other minor issues. While minor issues were secondary, they did a good job with oil change and inspecting the car for issues I mentioned. I was almost charged 85$ as inspection charges but they cancelled it as the mechanic did not explain it to me beforehand. It would have been better if the mechanic spoke English which would have made communication clear. Overall good experience.

Great Experience! Great Prices! Great Everything! The receptionist i believe her name was Allesia??? I went in for an oil change and to have my inspection and failed the text because of my battery and she was so helpful and understanding. She made sure i was getting a fair price and did all she could to accommodate me. The mechanics are so friendly and knowledgeable and actually take the time to explain to you what is going on with your car and why it’s happening. I will definitely be back!!!

Bryans Auto is my Trusted Go To for all things automotive. Bryan and the staff are not only knowledgeable but also honest in their work. Just recently I found myself in a jam due to a Check Engine light and a bad sensor that was causing the oil temperature gauge to drop to zero. Naturally, once this occurred, warning signs on my dashboard became a frequent occurrence as computer sensor was stating that my car had no oil and should be turned off immediately. Additionally, my car needed to be inspected, yet could not pass inspection due to this issue. I received quotes and advice from 3 alternative mechanics before going to Bryan. The first could not resolve the issue, the second completely disregarded my need and simply wanted to schedule a $100 diagnosis nearly 5 days later, but refused to look at my car a moment sooner, and the third offered me a quote that was out of this world expensive. I made the time to swing by Bryans and had the dilemma repaired, check engine light off and inspection completed within a day at an affordable price! This is one of many instances of great customer service that I have received from this business. Bryans has performed engine work, oil changes and even brakes on my auto in the past. I have recommended Bryans Auto to many friends and coworkers since and will continue to do so!

Great experience getting a brake booster replaced in a 1999 Grand Cherokee. The mechanic was really friendly and diagnosed the problem right away. Just as importantly, he wasnt pushy at all and didnt try to sell us anything extra. The Jeep is working great now.

Ive been going to this shop for 2 years now and Im glad to say this is my mechanic. They are all very friendly and very knowledgeable of what theyre doing. The prices are great for any job youre trying to get done to your car. Ive had coolant problems, suspension problems, radio installed, overheating issue, brake jobs, oil changes, spark plugs done, windows fixed and they will give you the best price and finish it fast.

Was Looking to get oil change / car inspection. Made an appointment about week out for 9:00am and when unfortunately upon arrival he tells me he didn’t have anyone certified to check and pass my inspection. Waste of time and no common curtesy to call me and tell me. Horrible service overall but I can’t attest to car service.

Loved the place went for brake pads and oil change and was in and out the service excellent. I will never go to any other place.
